Hello, I need technical support for our system!We recently moved to a new location. The studio is set up again as it was before, and we also have a 1-gigabit internet connection again.Unfortunately, we had a problem during our conference last Wednesday where the audio had about a one-second latency. So when something was said, you could see the mouth movements, and the words came a second later.The problem is that I, as the host, could not see the issue. Everything was synchronized for me. But our call participants had the problem. However, it was only with us. Their video and audio were synchronized with each other. It was just our signal that arrived delayed.We use Sennheiser wireless systems whose audio is sent through a mixing console to an Atem video switcher. From there, the audio and video are sent together to the Mac Mini, through which we host the Zoom meeting.Nothing has changed in the cabling! Nothing has changed in th

Hi All, Can a basic user record the meeting to the cloud if done from a Zoom Room? I know the Zoom room will allow the user to go over the 40min limit I also would have thought it would allow them to record to the cloud but the button is greyed out even tho when I click on Participants it says i'm the Host. Thanks in advance.

I recorded a Zoom meeting to my computer and now it will not open. It states that the link is not valid. Is there anyone that can assist with this?

I held a meeting through my zoom account and ran a poll during the meeting. My issue is, zoom is not showing that meeting on previous meetins or is it allowing me to pull my polling results.  I do not have any other zoom account (organization specific etc.) so I am not sure why it would not show in my account. I am really hoping someone can help me find the poll!  Thank you for any feedback/assistance in advance. 

I would to have a gavel option. We do a lot of meetings using Roberts rules and orders and the ability to gavel the group to restore order would be appreciated 

Hello: When I video record myself giving a lecture, it is not recording properly. I prefer to use google slides and save to local. But when I look at the video playback, the slides don't advance when I advance them, even though I am clicking on the advance box within the shared portion of my screen. Please help me solve this- I have had to re-record things 3 or 4 times to get it to stick. 

We have a big event lined up for Sunday. We have a business license (300) & a large meeting 500 add-on, so we can host upto 800 attendees live on the call? 500 + 300.  Please confirm. 

Hello, We are using Zoom Web SDK, now user can set virtual background from limited selections(images) preloaded with SDK. It seems there is no way to allow user to upload or use their own virtual background image

Every time I start a call, my laptop camera automatically zooms out. I heard it can be because more than one person is speaking, but how can I disable it? 

Hi everyone,I’m wondering if someone can help me. I am a therapist with a Pro Zoom account, and I have a system that sends out a meeting reminder with my Zoom link. The meetings aren’t pre-scheduled in Zoom.Is it possible to use just one meeting link for all my sessions, where clients can use that link and be placed in a waiting room until I accept them?I have the "waiting room" feature activated, but I'm a bit confused about some of the other settings. Should I activate "meeting passcode," "personal meeting PMI passcode," or "embed passcode in invite link for one-click join"?I don't want clients to have to enter a password—just click the link and join. The system that sends out the link only sends a hyperlink without any additional instructions or passcodes.I'm assuming this is possible and hopefully simple to set up. However, when I sent a test link, I received an email notification that someone had joined the meeting, but I didn't see any notifi

For the first time, I was recording a Zoom conference in which I was not the host. The host granted permission.  My camera was on and the participants in the call could see me. The "camera off" icon displayed and nothing could remove it from the screen. It's visible in the recording. How do I make that icon disappear when the camera is on? 

Hi, I am using Zoom Workplace Pro. After I set up a meeting, I go to 'copy invite'-- the invite does not include this option - of any toll free numbers for participants to dial in -- nor does the meeting offer any way to let participants synch/download the meeting details into their calendar I thought my Workplace Pro plan would allow for these options. Can't figure out what's missing and how to activate those functions. Help? Thanks!

Hello, everyone.I used to be able to record my meeting on my computer every time I had a meeting.However, all of sudden, it is not working from today. What is the reason? Zoom has updated itself automatically today and I am not able to record my meeting on my local computer anymore.Must I use cloud recording only?  Please help me.

Hello, for some reason I cant see participants who sign in. On their end, it says "The host has another meeting in progress". I bought a new laptop and needed to download zoom again. Am I missing something?

Has anyone ever used Zoom and HubSpot together, without enabling the "Only authenticated users can join" from Zoom and still managed to have the Zoom recordings sync up with HubSpot?A bit of background: A month ago, we moved our internal meetings to Zoom and needed to implement an exception in HS, that would not sync meetings that only have our company domain from Zoom. Now I'm being told that I need to enable "Only authenticated users can join" which is an issue as this would create friction in the sales process. Has anyone ever tackled a similar problem or maybe knows a workaround?

I have been using Linux Mint Matte for work and since then the meetings have been freezing randomly. I have already tried avoiding different tools and even restarting the meeting manually before everybody entered. Sometimes it goes a week without freezing, but sometimes it freezes three times during the same meeting, within one hour. I do not think I have identified anything in common when it happens, but maybe it has something to do with screen sharing. Supposedly, there is an automated message that is send everytime this happens, but so far, no difference has shown up. Also, it seems that, even with the updates, the Linux version is well behind the Windows ones, not receiving the attention it needs. It is quite annoying and I have been considering switching to another platform.

Individual registration can be very difficult to manage when dealing with student classes. In addition, sharing links can sometimes make the individual link option of limited value, even though it is an essential feature to have. Regardless of whether registration required is turned on/off, I'd prefer to have at least screen names be captured for polling results and reports, which I understand does not happen and "guest" is recorded instead. (I also appreciate the challenges of people having the same name, but that can be managed.) I have heard that you can not have registration required and then turn it on after you set up the meeting, whereby users will need to enter their name and an email address and can proceed into the meeting with the same link, no individual links needed. Will that capture the registration information? That would be ideal getting screen names and email addresses. Has anyone tried this?
