I have been paying for Zoom Professional for years, but Zoom has failed to provide a sound stream (music tracks) that I can send to singers, so they can sing along to it (and I can record their vocals)The problem is that as soon as the vocalist starts to sing with the track, the music I am sending cuts out, so the client has no way to be able to keep in time or in pitch with the music.  This is a really big drag and I am shocked that it still hasn't been fixed by Zoom after 4.5 years! This problem doesn't occur when doing the same thing on a Mac but I don't get on with MacIntosh computers and neither do many of my colleagues, a large number of whom have complained of similar difficulties on Zoom when using Windows. I became aware of this problem back in 2020 when I first started using Zoom. Not happy. Anyone else's comments appreciated.     

I know there are posts about Zoom previously requiring either a passcode or a waiting room, but I have been using my account and another church one for two years without having to have either. Is there a workaround? It's disruptive to the events.

zoom cannot be installed on Windows 10 any more?if we get it downloaded from the link https://zoom.us/client/5.17.7.31859/ZoomInstallerFull.exe?archType=x64 provided on the page https://zoom.us/download#client_4meeting - the installation starts, but its window dissolves in the air at the middle of the installation process and the process itself disappears from the List of processes in the TaskManager. Disabling ESET antivirus doesn't help too.If we get it downloaded from the link 

Hi, My attendees are now being asked to register with a 'corporate Zoom account' when attending meetings.This appears to be a new issue - how can I change it so attendees don't need to register?

As of last week, all guests I now invite to company Zoom meetings require a corporate account to join. I have tried to adjust the security settings but it it says I need to be an admin to make changes (I am the only admin on this account). Not sure how to fix it or what it has suddenly changed. 

I'm unable to use keyboard or mouse to interact with zoom on MacBook air. I have 2020 1.1 quad core 8GB. I only have this problem with zoom and only sometimes, it doesn't make sense. Very frustrating. I've had my Mac checked by Apple and they say it's fine. As I teach a class on zoom it's very stressful

My personal email is <sample email>. This is my apple id. I somehow created in the past a zoom account using my apple id and a private relay address. I deleted the private relay address from my apple id. I also moved <sample email> to my main zoom account. However, when I sign in with my apple id and sign in with apple that now has <sample email>, I'm signed into the private relay account. How can I delete this account so that sign in with apple authenticates me into my main account?

I have enabled pass codes in the master account and individual host account and personal meeting room settings.   Any new meeting I create has only a pass code.  Meeting created via integration with Calendly or Outlooks default to a waiting room.  I can edit the setting manually, but this is a pain.   How can waiting rooms be banished and pass codes used for ALL meetings.   Thanks

I am hosting a conference and recording it. At the same time, I select the "hide self-view" option, so I don't see my video, but other users can see me. However, my video is missing in the recording. How can I hide my video from myself during the conference, but make sure it is visible to others and in the recording?

Since the most recent update, I have trying to use my zoom workplace app. I can join a meeting and sit and listen fine, but as soon as I unmute and start to speak my application crashes. Not only does it crash, but then the application continues to close and reboot over and over until I shut it down. I have gone through all of the fixes I can do such as updating the application again, unplugging everything from the computer except for the power cord and I even deleted the entire application and re-download it and started fresh. This is not happening in any of my other video chatting systems so clearly it is isolated to zoom. Is anyone else experiencing this and is there a fix because I am dead in the water with this application as it sits.

Not just my own that I created. This would even help with my first bullet point.Possible?Thank you.

Our non profit for years have done meetings weekly. We use a cell phone to show actions happening and a computer for video audio chat. Until recently when connecting the cell phone it would ask to connect to audio and we would say no. Now it auto connects to audio causing insane reverb and we are unable to have our meetings. Zoom tech support has been useless. Any help is greatly appreciated.

As of March or April 2024, the video audio is trying to block out background noises from videos that previously worked perfectly. It's as if the audio is trying to focus on one specific person but it's not always the right one. Meaning that some information is missed by people who are trying to learn from the videos. Is there a specific setting that can be adjusted so that the video plays without blocking background noises?

I need help muting the host's computer audio, I do not want to hear the host's music. This new update has overhauled the ui and now the option to AT LEAST mute their computer audio cannot be found. Does anyone know where can I find this option?

Often when I try and share my screen during a meeting, i get a blue screen with an exclamation mark.  why is that? 

I host trivia events and the players join their teammates in breakout rooms after each round and each time this happens the chat lists all their names, line by line, when they enter and exit the breakout rooms which makes the chat almost useless because it pushes the actual text messages above the space that can be seen. How do I turn this off so the chat only displays the actual text messages that the participants type?  

Brand new MacBook Pro, M1, Monterey 12.0.1,  zoom client 5.8.3. There are no backgrounds, filters, or studio effects. I have made sure that VB was turned on in the web portal, I have signed out, signed in, restarted, rebooted computer, and still nothing. The only option is blur. I can upload my own images, but there are no defaults.

Hello, Tonight, while on my Zoom meeting, 3 people (unknown to us) came into my Zoom meeting.  The next thing I knew was that someone else was typing very bad things in my URL window. How were they able to take over my computer?

We did have a Zoom meeting a couple of nights ago which was recorded on Zoom cloud. An email was received from Zoom that the recording is available with a link. When one clicks on the provided link, a screen opens with the camera icon and a large X on it. The message says: "The media could not be loaded, either because the server or network failed or because the format is not supported". I am getting this message all morning! We never had any such problem before. 

I had a zoom session yesterday that I recorded to the Cloud. After processing, I got the shareable link so that recipients with the link can view the recording. I was alerted that it resulted to a 400 Error Bad Request. I tried to copy and paste the url in a browser and got the same error even if I am logged in to my zoom account. I tried to use the chat to submit a ticket to support, but the chat does not have a way to submit online to support. The only other option was to do a live chat with a support agent, which my plan does not include. That is just poor customer service, IMO. Who configured this support process that does not allow submitting a ticket online instead of a live chat? It's definitely not urgent and I and just download the file, then upload to youtube, but that just means I am not able to take full advantage of my paid plan, right?  Next time I won't ever use the Cloud recording feature. I can hear music clear and crisp before logging in to zoom room, when I open a room it changes the settings on my headset and i can only hear parts of the songs.  This is the same for my attenders when I share sound.  If I unplug my headset and run it through the computers sound it works.  I need to be able to share my sound from my headset.   I can hear speak fine, it's only when the computer is playing something (so relaying from computer to zoom?).  I'm not real tech savy so would love some help. Thanks

We conducted and recorded (it was indicated) a Zoom meeting and the recording doesn't show in our cloud or local recordings. After looking around our account for a solution,  the meetings tab still shows the "start" button, as if the meeting never occurred. We had the meeting and we know that it was being recorded. Has anyone experienced this of know how we might locate our recording?  Thanks!

I have all of my meetings set to automatically record to the cloud. Over the last few months, and most recently last week, I have had several recordings that never showed up in my queue of recorded meetings. This is a liability that I am extremely concerned about. It seems like a glitch in the zoom product. Please help!

Hello - I was the host/account owner of several meetings and recorded each of them to the cloud, but sometimes I pressed record and other times i assigned a co-host from outside of my network who would press record to cloud. Each time I was the main host. Although Zoom claimed to have recorded all of the meetings during the meeting, all of the recordings that the other person pressed record for are missing. Other people have pressed record before in my meetings and it has worked. Where could the recordings have gone???? Please help.
