When I am in a Zoom meeting using my browser on a Chromebook, the meeting chat jumps around so it makes it difficult to read the latest message. Even when I am reaching it, if someone posts another message, the window will jump. How to correct this?

I created meetings with capped registration. When I created the groups, I added co-hosts who will be leading these groups. However, when it's time to start the meeting, they cannot get in. When they click on the meeting link, it tells them to register but when they attempt to register, they receive a message that says they cannot register because they are a co-host. Any solution to this? I can't start every meeting and invite them manually and it seems pointless if I set them up as co-hosts to begin with. Also, is there a way for them to see the registration list?

Yes, I have seen this posted several times in the forum but am at my wit's end trying to solve this.  I am a single user on a Pro account.  I upgraded 5 days ago, and today was kicked out at 40 minutes.  After searching the forum, I saw that the license has to be assigned, which I see is applied to my single user.  Does anyone have any other troubleshooting tips?  I see 90% of my clients over Zoom and this is killing me!

In April a new version broke Outlook integration, as detailed at https://community.zoom.com/t5/Zoom-Meetings/quot-Use-an-external-calendar-quot-checkbox-setting-no-longer/m-p/175167 But we could unselect "Try new version" and the functionality was restored (first image).   With the most recent version, the "Try new version" control is gone (second image) and we are forced onto the new version, breaking Outlook integration. Is there a fix for this?    

Is there a way to turn off the various notifications when someone raises their hand and or joins the waiting room. It blocks the tiles and if we need to pin someone, the ellipsis is blovks.   Thanks in advance. 

I extended the time period for a monthly meeting and when I copied the meeting invitation, the dates of future meetings did not appear. Support article says they are listed under Meetings/Upcoming. In the past, the dates were at the bottom of the meeting information. Where did they go and how do I get them back?

Can't a designated co-host start the recording?  I have listed several different people, but each time they try to start the recording for me, it says only the host can do it?What am I doing wrong?

I'm writing to report a recent change in the screen-sharing functionality within Zoom. Previously, I was able to seamlessly share my entire desktop screen during meetings, which greatly enhanced my productivity. However, for the past few months, this option has been limited to partial screen sharing. For example, if I'm sharing a Google Doc and then want to present something from my desktop, I have to stop sharing the Google Doc to switch to the other document.This limitation is causing significant disruptions to my workflow as I'm constantly having to stop sharing my screen to access different documents or applications. I've noticed that several other users are experiencing the same issue.I would like to inquire if there is a solution or workaround to restore the full-screen sharing capability. Is this a known bug or a deliberate change in the software?

I recall in the past, when I go to share my screen, the application-specific windows used to have the icon of the application on the lower left or right corner.  That icon no longer displays.  Has anyone else noticed this?  Is this a known issue/design choice in some recent update? That icon was really helpful in identifying the specific windows I want to share.  

I have set up my first meeting which includes one participant, but he is not receiving any email with the meeting info. How do I make that happen? I have the paid subscription.

Is there any way to allow a meeting attendee to enter a zoom meeting I've setup without having to be put in a waiting room or without needing a passcode?  When I was using Working live my meeting attendees would be in the room immediately when they used the meeting zoom link and now they are forced by my settings to wait in a waiting room for me to let them in.  What setting needs to be changed for them to just enter the room with no restrictions?Thanks

Update from 6.1.45028  to 6.2.0 failed. Uninstall also failed with error: ZoomInstallerFull.msi not found in the path pointing to C:\ProgramData\Norton\{0C55C096-0F....I did a search for ZoomInstallerFull.msi in Explorer and it was nowhere to be found.I have tried disabling Norton, reinstalling Zoom 6.2.0 on top of the existing version but all it did wasopening the existing version. Any help is appreciated.

Hey everyone, wondering if anyone has had this issue/found a solution: I need to run a Zoom meeting with NO noise suppression, while sharing my screen. I'm running Zoom (Intel version) 6.1.11 on an Intel processor Mac, Sonoma 14.5. When I go into Audio Settings, the Original Sound for Musicians option is already selected, as well as the High-fidelity music mode. When I test the input, Zoom doesn't pick up on any sounds (such as tapping the microphone), but does pick up on my voice.  For additional context, my input is actually coming from Pro Tools via Source-Nexus. I can see that my mic is sending signal, Pro Tools is receiving signal, and Source-Nexus is sending that signal out to Zoom. Any sound perceived as "noise" is stopped somewhere between Source-Nexus and Zoom. The issue is persistent, whether I'm just checking things in settings or I'm in a meeting.  I've tried updating Zoom to the latest version, and

I'm having a few issues with the quality of an uploaded virtual background. I have double-checked that I meet the system requirements, tried the suggested dimensions, and ensured a high-quality download. But regardless of this, the background appears blurry and pixelated. Has anyone else experienced this or does anyone have any improvement suggestions? 

If I edit a meeting time, do I need to re-send the invitation link or it will just update?(The participants are aware of the time change- they requested it) 

Hi, I did a recording of a meeting today but was only saved in my Mac and not in the cloud on zoom. I need them to be only on the cloud or at least FOR SURE on the cloud. I have followed all steps to ensure is there but nothing seems to work (did try outs of meetings again) HELP!

An FYI to the community and to ask because I'm not sure where to find out the information. For the past few years we have download the registrations and participants .csv files and use those in automated processes. This past week those processes failed. It turns out that the column headers/variable names on the downloaded files are now different than they have been for the past several years. For example: the column name used to be "User Email" and now it is just "Email" and "In Waiting Room" is now "In waiting room", among a few other slight changes.  It took a bit for us to discover where our internal automated processes were failing and these changes are the reason. We've updated those processes to reflect the new download file structure. Was there notice of these changes? Where can I find updates to changes like this? Thank you. 

when move into breakout rooms I experience crackling and various other audio issues. How can this be fixed? Do I have to be in Zoom to correct this issue? If so, what is the best way? Thanks

I am not able to get my microphone to work. I have tried all the trouble shooting options (been at it for at least 3 hours (!)).I use Microsoft 365. When I go to Microsoft Privacy & Security and scroll down to Microphone, the Zoom app does not appear in the list, so there is no switch I can turn on or off. The Zoom app does appear at the botom of the list, but not with a switch, only with a notification saying 'This app has had access to microphone in the past'.I have tried numerous options, both in Microsoft as in Zoom, but nothing has worked. I can't start work (online teaching) without this, so please HELP!

My students are unable to hear me consistently.  What are some options to improve lagging video shares and audio glitches? Thanks
