I logged in to copy a continuous reoccurring meeting that is weekly. I cannot find the meeting any longer to copy the link to give to a new participant. Super frustrating. 

Just checking: If I leave audio while a Zoom meeting is recording on my PC, does the recording contain audio or not?

I am currently having this issue: I need to open breakout rooms for my participants while hosting a meeting using my phone. Is it possible to open breakout rooms from our phone? Because I don't see the Breakout room option when I host the meeting from my phone or tablet.Is there anyone having the same issue? Please share your tips! Thanks a bunch!

Hi, Some of our participants are receiving a redirect message when they use the invite link. I have my Zoom account integrated with my High Level account so that when someone books an appointment with me on High Level, a unique Zoom meeting and link are automatically created. The problem I'm running into is, when the appointment gets confirmed through High Level, specifically through the workflows, Zoom is deleting the meeting and link, rendering the meeting link invalid and removing the link from the appointment reminder emails that get sent out after the appointment has been confirmed. Has anyone else dealt with this? Why is Zoom deleting the meeting and link after High Level updates the status of the meeting to confirmed? What's the best solution to this?

Hey all, I've scheduled a meeting as the account owner and host where registration is required. The meeting is 2 weeks out and I want to be able to email the registrants a special email each week leading up to the meeting. I am unable to 'manage registrants' in the registration tab. The only thing I can do is view the list of registrants.  Is there an issue? or is there no way for me to export emails of registrants from an upcoming meeting. Thanks for any help or insights

Hello, I've been wrestling with this weird problem for over 8 hours now. I have a live session with nearly 20 people tomorrow and can't seem to figure out how to resolve this.The problem is basically this, when I share my screen and audio of Ableton Live so that participants can see and hear what I'm doing, Zoom seems to glitch/suppress the audio when it plays quietly. It's inconsistent when this is happening but in general, it seems to happen when there are less sounds playing at a time or the sounds are quieter. It seems like it would be the noise suppression that's trying to remove the sound coming from Ableton when it drops below a certain loudness threshhold? Sometimes when I stop sharing the screen this glitch still happens for a while.I'm using original audio for musicians' settings, tried any combination of audio settings I can think of, I've tried routing the audio through Windows 11 drivers and my Focusrite audio interface, also tried VB Cable and V

I am a Zen meditation teacher who uses Zoom to reach my group. On Sundays during services, we do meditation for two 30-minute periods. It is during that time that traditionally, the teacher meets with students for one-on-one interviews in private. Breakout sessions seem like a good way to do this, but as I understand it, even if you have a session with only one person, it needs to be set up in advance. It would mean having all students at least assigned to breakouts, one-on-one with me. But, I don't understand how to 1) start as session during the silent meditation period without disturbing attendees, 2) signal to the next student that it is his or her turn to join me in the breakout session, and finally 3) given that my teacher may want to also occasionally offer such meetings, how to set him up as the host of those sessions that he would take part in, one-on-one. 

After updating to "workplace," Zoom is unusable. When I join or start a meeting, the Zoom window disappears. This means I can hear the meeting, but I cannot see it/unmute myself/turn on my camera/see shared screens/leave the meeting. When I right click the zoom icon in my taskbar, it says there are no available windows. This is not a problem of having too many windows open and losing sight of it, the window disappears entirely. Has anyone encountered (perhaps fixed) this problem? I have updated the app multiple times after the original update to workplace, and the problem persists. I have also deleted and re-downloaded the Zoom app, and this did not fix it.

I have been unable to share a recording of a meeting with the external attendees of the meeting.  Although I have checked the box to allow everyone with a link to the recording to view it, they are getting an error that says:"Due to organizational policies, you cannot access this resource from this network location."   Does this error mean that it is MY organization's policies or their own policies that prevent them from accessing the recording?

In some of my meetings, I am having trouble with my video automatically and repeatedly switching itself off.I manually click 'start camera' and the video comes back on again, but it then turns itself off again, sometimes after a few seconds, sometimes after a few minutes. It can do this sometimes 20-30 times during a call with no obvious reason. I only have this issue in some of my meetings, but not all. Please help!

When viewing a Shared Screen, there used to be an option under the View Menu to Hide Video Panel. This option has now disappeared, which means that the video thumbnails of Participants is always present obscuring part of the screen. It can be minimised but still leaves a grey rectangle on screen.I have tried to contact Support but they are not grasping the problem. I AM NOT screen sharing, I AM VIEWING someone else's Shared Screen. I and every other member of my Group need to be able to completely hide the Video Panel when viewing a shared screen.Why has this option been removed & can it please be reinstated? Thanks

My camera will not activate during a zoom call. I will activate when I run a diagnostic to test voice and camera. 

I am in a situation where multiple Zoom sessions are separated by about 10 minutes.  Each session will be about an hour.  Can anyone tell me if it is possible to start a new recorded meeting session while the recording from a previous session is being processed?   And are there limits?  We plan on using Zoom's cloud option - will that help?I appreciate any feedback!

Question about the mass deployment of zoom in our business. Most of it works flawlessly. Our only concern is not being able to set up a language. Each user as to change the language from english to the prefered language at first lunch. Is there a command line switch able to do that on install? If not id like to pitch this as a suggestion because switching language on over thousands of computer is not ideal. Thanks in advance!

My boss has a recurring meeting setup and she is the Host. She was trying to start it from the Zoom Desktop App (windows 11) but there was no "Start" button. It also asked her if she was going... which is weird because it's HER MEETING and SHE is the HOST. I thought maybe since she didn't affirm her attendance that was why but even after she clicked Yes (that she was attending), there was still no start button. She had to open her browser and login to the Zoom website to start the meeting.How can she get the Start button to appear in the desktop app? Seems less than intuitive.

When Altice/Optimum/CableVision was my ISP I never had an issue with Zoom. Since switching (earlier this year) to Verizon FIOS as my ISP, all Zoom meetings experience intermittent video & audio freezes. Sometimes the freezes last only 5 seconds and sometimes 20 seconds.  I have a high end system (MAC Studio w 32GB memory) that is hard wired (ethernet cable) into the FIOS router (i.e., no WiFi involvement). Even is I quit all other apps and disconnect all external devices during the zoom session the freezes occur. I do not experience video freezes with any other apps (e.g., Youtube and other streaming services). Other than this zoom issue, this FIOS Internet service seems to work fine. Verizon came to the house and said it was not their problem - they said it is a Zoom issue. I tend to think it is a Verizon issue because I have not experienced these Zoom freezes with my old ISP. This issue started exactly when I switch

Hi All, We have 4 diff zoom id's with diff email & password & one of the Zoom id which we have recharged has 2 users where 1 user is not assigned. Now one of the zoom id's is expiring in couple of days. Now my question is can I use 1 user which is not assigned, to zoom id which has to be recharged in couple of days  will it work? Please let me know.Thank

We are using Zoom smartphone and we have enabled automatic call recording, but the call is not getting recorded.

I've been regularly opening zoom recordings sent to me over the last year by my teacher.  But in the few days, the link fails to open,  leading a message that says that 'The media could not be loaded, either because the server or network failed or because the format is not supported'.  Other people on the course can still open their links. My system is macOS Can anyone tell me why this failure is happening and what I can do about it.  Thanks.

Hi, my microphone volume is suddenly too low. I have a desktop mac. It's hard for people to hear me. In audio settings the microphone volume is on max. However, when I test my microphone in audio settings my voice volume is much too faint.  The microphone is picking up my voice but the output is so low.I tested the microphone on my computer itself, it is fine. There were no issues like this up until this week.Please help! I have a short list of recurring meetings and today, one disappeared. It's neither on my desktop app nor when I log in to the web app. Any idea how I can retrieve it so it gets back into the list? Thanks.
