I am using zoom meeting-sdk with core js programming and facing redirecting url issue , there are “leaveUrl” to give redirecting url .I also used javascript tag with href “window.location.href” with a function .I also make sure the my url should be in allowed list of App configuration of meeting sdk .I also tried setTimeout to give time to close the websocket but it’s not working till now ,the main issue is rehitting the URL and getting cancelled without giving any response , and this issue is not with my server , if i giving flipkart , amazon ,etc url the same behaviour is happening . what should i do , i tried many subsequences .

Gentlefolk, After not using my paid Zoom account - x- in some time, I opened the client on my pc and everything was different. Among other things, my ID is now y and when I zoomed with friends, we were limited as to time.  I just paid my annual subscription of $160.02 on June 18th of this year. That's a lot of money, at least to me. I therefore want to know:  What happened to my time-unlimited account,  andHow do I get it back again?You folk keep sending me e-mail about all the new features you want to sell me. When I screen mirror my iPhone 13 to my tv, it will turn my camera (video display) sideways, and there is no option to rotate the view and keep right side up in portrait view.  If I unmirror the iPhone to the tv, it works fine.  I have had no issues for over a year until last few weeks.  I have signed out of all devices, uninstalled/reinstalled zoom.  Checked all the settings on my tv, and my iPhone software is up to date. I have also signed into the desktop client and the camera view is correct. Apple verified that it is not a phone issue. I also verified that it is not a TV issue as I have tried it on multiple TVs. I tried it with my daughters phone also iPhone 13 but hers did not automatically update yet and hers works fine.Appreciate any help.  I am using the latest zoom version.

Hello, When we host a recorded meeting, first a guest speaker is made a co-host so that she/he can share their screen. Then the speaker's video is left on while presenting with their shared screen. When the recording is processed, there is not one video where the speaker and her/his shared screen are combined. It is either the speaker alone, or the presentation alone, or just the video.  The box next to these settings is ticked: Save chat messages from the meeting / webinarSave closed caption as a VTT fileHosts can give meeting participants permission to record locally

I recorded a meeting in two parts. One part was converted to a video and saved to my local device, but the second part was not. It says double-click to convert 2, but it won't convert. I see that the video is recorded on Zoom but will not convert so that I can save it to my local device. How do I get a copy or recording from Zoom? It was an essential wrap of the last half of the meeting, and I need it. Please advise.

Can someone please help me? I am trying to make myself a co-host for a meeting and everytime I try to add my email I am getting the error message "Unable to assign "***********" as an alternative host because the user cannot be selected at this time" I don't know what to do.  I made sure co-host is enabled but I am continuously getting the error. Thanks

hi everyone, I have a pro licence and purchased additional large meetign feature. Last meetign I hosted was a disaster, screen froze, I was kicked out.Is there a difference for the use experience between webinar and meeting? thanks

hi everyoone, I have the pro licence and I also purchased lasrge meetings feature to host a training for 150+ people. It started fine but after 5-10 min the participants said my screen froze. Then I was cut out a twice and zoom assigned somebody else as host. The connection was secure however we couldnt continue. Some of the participants couldnt join the meeting either. I wrote to help desk no answer and my next meeting is on monday

I have a question about  Zoom Workplace. Is there a way to increase video window for specific non-active person? Like a "Speaker" view but for another person. The situation is that I am participating webinars where people create origami and usually I use "Speaker" or "Multi-speaker" view but I noticed that a few silent participants were crafting beautiful origamis as well but they are not speaking and that's why their video windows are very small in "Gallery" view. But I would love to increase their views to see in more details how they work.

Hi, I firstly attempted to use Zooms chatbox to find a way to contact them for support, however, it looks like they do not offer support or a report option not being a paid member. My issue is, I was potentially scammed by a person posing as a BBB representative through a job listing on indeed.com for remote work. The interview through zoom glitched, it was super weird, my picture, his and one other person in the chat all scrambled and switched, so I was looking at myself in the big window and his was in my window.. same with the 3rd person. Has this ever happened to anyone using zoom, where all of the zoom windows video feed scrambled (even green lines occured) and switched windows quickly back and forth?So the next point is the see if there is a way to get a review of the video feed if it is recorded by zoom to get a screen grab of the guys face, and also see how weird the video scramble was.

Hallo, wir nutzen Zoom intensiv, seit einiger Zeit mussten wir ein Passwort vorgeben und das unseren Kunden mitteilen, wobei das bei uns keinen Sinn macht. Wir haben Veranstaltungen, zu denen jeder/r kommen kann, aber die Telnehmer sind im Warteraum und werden vom Host eingelassen. The "Mirror my video" setting has stopped working. I have not changed the settings, etc. It's been on "Mirror my video" setting for years. This past week all the zoom recordings do not have my video mirrored. Is there any information on this or has anyone else noticed this? 

What is the best way to record a Zoom session without seeing the participants on the final recording? To set the scene: If I want to host and record a Zoom session, I would love the participants to have their cameras on so I can see them. However, I'd also like to record the session but leave the participants off the recording. I don't want to record their faces for privacy reasons, but it helps me see if I'm hitting the mark with my presentation.I've not managed to work out a way to do this as a Zoom meeting. Can it be done as a Webinar?Gosh, I hope that makes sense.

How can i use zoom on android version 4.4.4(kit kat)

my background is blur but i didnt do it like that. when I go to settings and open, my background, option is none, not the blur. But still my background is blur.

If bringing in a  guest outside our organization and I send them a Zoom link via the email I enter in the authentication exception option when scheduling a meeting, does the user I'm inviting need to have a Zoom account linked to that email address?  Do they need the Zoom app? Are there any limitations on people invited to a meeting this way, either as regular participant or elevated to co-host?  Whether joining from app or web?Thank You.

I am getting a short  ~1/2 second audio loop sporadically coming on calls well after they start. Details:Recently upgraded to Monterey OS on a new M1 chip MacBook ProAudio looping is only audible on the other end of the zoom call (not on my end)This has occurred 3 times in the past week.  Twice with a user who was in a zoom room at our company.  Once with an individual using his laptop and headphones.In all instances, this occurs well into the meeting. 20-40 minutes Any others experienced this?  Would seem to be a software artifact rather than hardware since it is not present at the start of the meetings. 

I need help setting up a meeting.There are 4 of us interviewing 3 candidates.  Our meeting starts at 4PM and will go until 7PM.Each candidate will have 55 minutes with us. We have 5 minutes in between candidates. I would like to set up one meeting for the committee and stagger the times the candidates  join and enter the waiting rooms.  Is that possible and how do I set up the invitation? I already have waiting room turned on.
