 I attend meetings often and sometimes I need to listen to audio screenshared from other people. The sound from the screenshared videos is very choppy and sometimes extremely muffled (the visual portion runs smoothly). About one in every four times there's no audio at all. I've checked to see if my drivers are all up to date - they are. It's a 1 1/2-year-old computer running Rectify11 with plenty of RAM. I've never had this problem before on any other computer. What am I doing wrong?I have a Pro account that has created a recurring meeting with an alternate host. The alternate host has their own licence but is under my main account.If I am on another call, the alternate host can't start the recurring meeting. It keeps warning that a meeting is in progress.Is there a way around this or am I doing something wrong?

How can the host see the presenter's view of PowerPoint on his screen while the attendees see only the display screen?

Is there any way to retrieve information about meetings that took place more than 30 days ago? For example, by upgrading the plan or doing something else?Thank you very much!

Hi, I'm exploring the capabilities of the Zoom Video SDK for a custom application. Is it possible to capture the raw audio stream of participants in real-time, process it externally, and then inject or play back a noise cancelled version of the audio in the session? Any guidance on how audio injection works in the SDK would be appreciated!

Our recruiting team is looking to create a Zoom meeting for interviews that is from a different account then theirs that they can schedule as the host of these interviews.  They want to enforce a waiting room, but allow different interviews to join and be able to take on host abilities and let interviewers into the meeting from the waiting room. There may be different interviewers coming in for back-to-back interviewers, so we'd like each interviewer to have the ability to come in and have hosting privileges and be able to admit the interviewers back into the room. We also want to ensure that if that interviewer leaves, the meeting doesn't end; it only ends once the interviewer and interviewee have left. Is this a solution that already exisits?  

I used to have frequent problems with Zoom freezing up during a meeting and had to restart the program whenever this occurred. I eventually traced the problem to use of an external camera and found that if the camera is disconnected during the meeting, Zoom crashes. I think the original problems were due to an unstable USB hub, but I can reproduce them by deliberately turning off the port on the USB hub or by unplugging the camera from whatever USB port it is plugged into, whether on a hub or directly on the laptop. I obtained identical results testing with a second external camera. Once the crash happens, only a restart will fix it, even if the external camera is reconnected. I have no problems when using the computer's internal camera. I think that by plugging the camera directly into the laptop, I can get a USB connection stable enough to make this problem relatively infrequent. But does anyone know why this even happens? Is there a setting I can change that wo

Hi all. I want to set up a zoom meeting that acts like a webinar (I have a pro account so up to 100 is fine). I've worked out that I can send out a registration code so people register if they pay to enter. Given the topic, many people will want to join using a pseudonym. Is there a way to encourage the First name / Last name on the registration form to be a pseudonym, or to encourage people to change their name before entering the meeting? Even better, but I'm pretty sure this isn't possible, I'd like them to register with their real name, but then Zoom change it to a pseudonym they choose on registration. (Eg first: John surname: Smith pseudonym: HappyPenguin and then when they join their name becomes Happypenguin). 

So here is my isssue. I am working on changing the format of the automatic Outlook email for scheduling or inviting others to a Zoom meeting through the branding settings. When adding a <a href> html tag to the preset Freemarker template, it shows up as intended on the preview in Zoom settings, but actually sending the email in Outlook has it displayed as a literal string including the actual words “<a href=meeting_url>” rather than the text that should replace the link such as “Click here”​.

I'm trying to download the transcript of a recent zoom meeting. The meeting was recorded, Create audio transcript is selected in advanced cloud recording settings, and I can see it in the Transcripts tab. However, when I try to download it, I get this error message: Request failed with status code 403. Advice I've found points to all the normal things like; check you're signed into correct account and have the correct permissions (which I do)... does any body have any idea what might be going wrong?

 Hi!I have the last Zoom desktop client. But there is no blurred background. And I am sure that blurred backgroubd is supported by my computer. Please help how can I fix it? 

Hello There, After I updated Zoom version to 6.2.2 on my Mac  yesterday,  my zoom meeting display is keeping changes automatically,  even I set the "Adjust for low light" to Manual. It works as expected in previous version 6.1.11. Does anyone have the same issue? How to resolve it? Any suggestions  are really  appreciated .

Hello, Thank you for your time.I have not logged in my account before joining the zoom meeting ( which means i need to type my name before joining the meeting) and after that, I pressed "record" button for the meeting and the host of the meeting approved me for the recording.  and then we processed our meeting for an hour and then finished so i pressed "leave" cause i though the recording file will be saved in my mobile. However, I can not find the zoom recording now. Please help as it is very important to my family. Thanks

It used to be that in situations with poor internet connectivity, the audio would often come through while the video stuttered. That was good, because the audio is normally the most important thing. Now, I'm on a line with > 100mbps and I have no problems with any service other than Zoom, but recently, I'm getting fairly frequent dropouts on the audio while the video remains perfect. First of all, given my generally excellent connectivity, I don't see why I should have any problems at all with Zoom. But secondly, I don't understand why Zoom would prioritize the video to such an extent that it is absolutely perfect even while the sound drops out completely for some seconds. (Frequently accompanied by a popup saying that my internet is "unstable".Is there anything I can do to lessen the frequency of audio dropouts? This has only started happening in the last month or so.

I cannot seem to find the appropriate Zoom app to install on my Chromebook laptop. I NEED Zoom on this device for an upcoming business trip. I understand there is a special app for Chrome OS, but it doesn't allow me to install it on my device, it says the device is unavailable. Please help! My trip is in one week 😞

My zoom on my laptop never detects my microphone or speaker. Whenver I manually make it test it, it works, but if I go back to the meeting, it doesn't work again. How can I fix this? I've tried reinstalling zoom already. 

I work for a university and edit many zoom recordings to put on YouTube as evergreen tutorials. Most of the recordings I get show the thumbnail of the speaker covering up the top right corner of the slide.  When I signed in to the desktop client I don't see how to make side by side the default. I know participants can do this. I want to show my colleagues how to set that up so that the recording they make doesn't show the thumbnail over the slide. My normal procedure is to show the speaker for a few minutes, then trim to the slide in Final Cut Pro and not have the speaker show. I occasionally will zoom out so future viewers will see who is talking. When Webinars are created and recorded, the side-by-side seems to be the default, but in regular Meetings, most of the recordings sent to me have the speaker thumbnail covering as mentioned. I don't see where a host can change that setting in my desktop client.

Hello, This is concerning an iOS device.  I have a PA in my org that creates a lot of meetings for others. However they constantly get Zoom notifications (ringtone) that the meeting is starting. Was there a way to specifically mute this notification but allow all others from Zoom? They still want to get a sound from when they are being called/chatted to.  GOAL: Mute "Meeting is starting now" notification while still keeping all others active. Issue: No way to granularly shut off notification types. 

I've been hosting Zoom meetings since 2020, and never had this problem.  After scheduling recurring meetings, when I click on "Meetings," it shows me only four occurrences, even though I've scheduled 13.  In the little ? prompt next to the range, it says "To see more, extend the meeting date range" or something similar.  However, nowhere on Zoom's website does it say how to do that.  So, to summarize:Problem 1: This is new - just started after I've been scheduling meetings for four years.Problem 2: Tells me what, but not how, to extend the number shown.Can anyone help?Thank you,Burt 

Hi, I started a recurring meeting (weekly) with registration of the participants the first time they join. So far so good. Everyone registered and got an e-mail with the JOIN-button.But for the next meeting, I want to send them an e-mail with the direct link, in case they cannot find the first e-mail or do not know it's the same button. So I was looking for the url to the meeting, but I can only find the link to the registration... Where do I find the link to invite someone who is already registered? Or is there something I miss about the way the registration works? Thanks a lot!

Recently updated Zoom Desktop App  (windows 10) and now Zoom will not recognize any microphone.  Have tried 3 different microphones and none are recognizedin the app.  However, if joining from the web on the PC there are no issues.  Ran the clean uninstall and reinstalled, but it still does not work.No issues with microphone when using other applications such as Microsoft Teams, and Zoom Web version.  Reached out to our Zoom Account rep and have not heard back, so any suggestions, insight, is greatly appreciated.
