Meetings

We hold a lot of recurring meetings in blocks of 6. When the last occurrence has occurred of that meeting, we may extend by another block of 6. The upcoming meetings tab used to display '5 of 6', '6 of 6' etc so that we could see see that we had to decide whether to extend the sessions or not. I can no longer see this on the upcoming meeting tab. I use the web version of Zoom. 

Can I recover deleted recording. I have already delete from recycle bin also

can anyone solve this issue. i have added latest  <script src="https://source.zoom.us/zoom-meeting-3.9.0.min.js"></script>zoom api js , but although not working for web view only. 

I am hosting meetings using an HP 250 G9 Notebook and a Meeting OWL Video Conference Camera.  The computer and OWL have been updated to the latest versions.  Under Audio settings I have turned the volume of the microphone up to maximum, unchecked  "Automatically adjust microphone volume", and set Zoom background noise removal to "Low".  "Original sound for musicians" and "Live performance audio" are both unchecked. Audio for the remote users is garbled; it is difficult to understand what someone in the meeting area is saying.  Any suggestions would be appreciated.

As the topic indicates, I have the background noise suppression set to HIGH. This is meant to drown my typing sound in a call. But everyone can still hear me typing loudly. I also have Original Sound ON. Is that an issue? What should I do to be able to take notes?

I am trying to make a registration form for my zoom meeting. While I was able to add the banner an logo for the design, I can't seem to make the description I placed for the banner and logo appear. Any fix on this? Thanks!

Zoom workspace spiking CPU usage. Shows different from OS task manager.I use zoom for church with OBS to show multimedia during service meetings using virtual camera tool while recording meeting as well.Recently I've been having performance issues during meetings since constantly my laptop will hit 100% usage, this only happens when using zoom. We are hosting a company charades party on Zoom utilizing breakout rooms. The actor needs to communicate with the host directly via chat. is this possible? Also, we have enable the "chat to anyone" feature but the participant in the breakout room can't seen me to send a message to the host. How can we make that happen?

How can I hide the number of participants in a meeting. Only the host should see the number.Thanks for feedback

Since Zoom Support is basically non-existent (multiple hours in now with a support person basically asking me to try a different browser and no follow up), I'm here for help. I recorded an hour long video meeting and saved it to the cloud. I go to my account, and there is the meeting along with video, audio and a text file (two messages were sent in chat).  I hit download and the only thing that downloads is the text. I try again and again and again. Same result. I go to a new browser, clear cookies, clear cache, sign out/sign back in. Same result. I have tried on Chrome, Firefox, Edge, and Chroe Mobile. Same results. I deleted the text file in hopes that it would then download the others. Same results. Tried to just solely download the audio. Same with video. Same results.  When I click the downloads, nothing happens. When I click on the file or share the link, it takes me to a new page with a video player that has an X over it and it

When I join someone's Zoom room for the first time, it takes a loooong time to connect—like about 2-3 minutes. After that first time joining, Zoom joins the room in about 10 seconds. I am using the latest version of the Zoom app 6.1.11 (39163) on a 2023 MacBook Air (Apple M2 chip), running Mac OS Sonoma 14.6.1. At various times I have tried closing all open apps, restarting my computer, and restarting the Zoom app. Is there something else I can try? Thanks! Josh

I have a wired connection to the internet. I do not use wifi and do not want to.  I am experiencing "Your Internet Connection is Unstable" too constantly. I have made sure to have as little running in the background as possible. As well, I usually have from 1 to 25 additional people on at the same time as me during some of the meetings. I need help because connecting online is critical for my business and this issue is causing a loss of revenue.

Hello Hive Mind! I had an idea and I'm not sure if it's even possible. I have a conference for which we will be using PowerPoint and Zoom. I thought it would be convenient to just embed a Zoom window inside one of the PowerPoint slides to make life easier. This way we're not bouncing between the PowerPoint and the Zoom. Is this within the realm of possibility ? Thanks so much!

Hi everyone, I've recently run into issues on playing back  a Zoom recording. In the Zoom recording folder, there is an xcode_error log which I have not seen before.  The first half of the playback is fine, up until a certain period. Zoom does not detect my headset (neither as a microphone or as a speaker) and I cannot use any headset.Apparently it might be related to the Intel Smart Sound Technology for USB Audio but I can't solve the issue.My Zoom had always worked fine with all sorts of headsets until recently (and I haven't changed anything in my PC or Zoom settings).Please help, I use Zoom on a daily basis for conference and now I can't!

I have a scenario where a zoom meeting was created with email containing a subdomain . When the user tried to log in with alias domain it showed an error saying `Waiting for Host to start the meeting` now the user logged in to zoom app email used to create the meeting but still faced the same issue. The user tried to login and logout multiple times and still faced the issue. The meeting was listed in the Upcoming meeting tabs for both the email accounts. How can this be fixed? 

there must be a simple switch to turn on to do this, its something basic but for the life of me I can't seem to get it to work, some guidance please, thank you  Just for full explanation what I'm trying to do is when I create an event and I had an email for the attendee to attend. They are not currently getting an invitation so if you know how to do this please advise me thank you.

I have tried a lot of ways to minimize the 'Please wait for the host to start this meeting' window. It is annoying and I cannot watch anything until the meeting starts because the popup blocks quarter of my screen. Please help!

I record interviews locally. I cut my mic and cam. I ask my interviewees to wait for 3 seconds before answering the question. Still I miss the images of the first words of the interviewees. Is there a way to record only the cam of the interviewee? Or how do I get all the images of everything they say. 

Whenever I start a new meeting my message options are all active Substitutions: Smart quotesSubstitutions: Smart dashCorrect Spelling automaticallyetc Every meeting I have to disable them, I would like to setup this settings in my account directly but I cannot find it. 

When I start a webinar with a practice_session, I receive a "webhook.started" event. Fine. I would like to receive a new one, "webhook.started" or at least a "webhook.updated" when the client pass it as LIVE from the Zoom webinar UI. The point is, our app must have different behavior at the start of the webinar practice session, then when it goes live. Is there a way to catch the click of the author when it runs the "Live" session/leave the practice_session to go Live ? Thanks

zoom workplace version 6.1.12(46889)yesterday i attend the meeting to provided the link by manager and in between meeting my manager provide the permission access to recording the meeting. new and unknownly close the meeting without stop and store the meeting video, i read the documentation to check my storage path does not exist, please help to recover the  recording video
