CPU usage hitting 100% during meetings (different usage stats as Windows task manager)

Zoom workspace spiking CPU usage. Shows different from OS task manager.
I use zoom for church with OBS to show multimedia during service meetings using virtual camera tool while recording meeting as well.
Recently I've been having performance issues during meetings since constantly my laptop will hit 100% usage, this only happens when using zoom. I do not use the sharing screen since basically i share everything to OBS virtual camera.

PC specs are:
Core i7 8665u (4 core)
16gb RAM ddr4
500gb sata ssd
