default meeting chat options

Whenever I start a new meeting my message options are all active

Substitutions: Smart quotes

Substitutions: Smart dash

Correct Spelling automatically

etc

Every meeting I have to disable them, I would like to setup this settings in my account directly but I cannot find it.
