I am unable to attend any meeting because speaker of my laptop is not working. I am unable to hear others in meeting. It is working for all other apps. I have tried to follow every trouble shoot step in article from chatbot. I have changed the speaker, looked in control panel>sound>level> enabled, I have checked for all available updated, I have updated the zoom but still it is not working. Kindly help on priority.

I use Zoom workplace to give online classes.  I use the Advanced Screen share - part of my screen regularly.That is the green box which comes up to share just what you want to share from your screen.  I moved it too quickly the other day and now it is stuck to the bottom of my screen and I can't reach it to pull it back up. What do I have to do to get the green box back into the middle of my screen when I share?Many thanks, Farah

I am trying to set up Zoom in a slightly unconventional way for my business. I have two laptops facing each other, connected via a 3.5mm sound input/output cable to minimize echo and improve sound quality. I’m joining a Zoom meeting from my phone (which has a strong Wi-Fi connection) on the first laptop (Zoom meeting 1). This laptop displays my face and transmits my voice.The issue seems to be with the second laptop, where people hear my voice with poor quality—lots of distortion and a robotic sound. I can provide a sample if that helps.I’m not sure what I’m missing to achieve better voice quality on the receiving end. Interestingly, when I play recorded sounds, like music or YouTube, from the first laptop (Zoom meeting 1), the audio quality seems fine. I am using WordPress along with an Event Ticket plugin, and I need assistance with generating a unique URL for each event ticket purchase.The reason for creating unique URLs is to prevent unauthorized sharing of meeting links. Currently, when a user purchases an event ticket, I send them the Zoom URL and password. However, some students share these details with others, causing an overload of participants in the meeting.I would like a solution that ensures only the ticket purchasers can join the event by providing them with a unique meeting link that is exclusive to their ticket.Thank you for your help!

We have pay-per-view zoom (Zoom Meetings Education). Students listen to lectures either off-line or on-line. We record the lecture in zoom. If all students come to the lecture and there are no students on-line in zoom (only the teacher is in zoom), then zoom switches itself off after some time and recording stops. How can I make zoom not switch off even if there is only one participant in it?

Is anyone having issues with ManyCam glitching on Zoom? Is there any solution?  I restarted both ManyCam and Zoom multiple times but didn't fix the issue.

Hi there!Anyone having problems adding new dates to an already created meeting? I could do it until a few days ago, but now that feature is gone.Also, when sharing the link, the full list of display is not longer displayed. Instead it only shows the number of occurrences. Anyone knows how to fix this? Btw, I've had a Pro subscrition for over 2 years now.

According to the pricing plans page, Pro level subscriptions include ticket and live chat support. But every time I try to do either, even after confirming I'm properly logged in, I'm told my membership doesn't include support. I have no way of asking support about this! What can I do? The support system in Zoom is so hard to use!

I use an ipad for my Zoom meetings.I also use Zoom's blurred background feature.I am thinking about getting an external webcam so I can be looking at the center of the ipad screen rather than to the side, as I have to do now, with the ipad's camera off to the side.If I get an external webcam, will Zoom's blurred background feature still be available to me to use for my Zoom meetings?thanks in advance

Hi, I join Zoom meeting, participant cannot hear me but I can hear them. I have run Windom updates and reinstall Zoom application. Still it doesn't work. Any idea how to resolve this ?  Thanks.

Help! Attendees in the waiting room are able to see who I am currently in a meeting with when they enter the waiting room. How do I fix this? It is violating privacy .

Hello there, I'm on the Mac, and I'm running the very latest version of Zoom. When I got into my Zoom settings, and I click on "Background & Effects", I have no filter options. I only have the ability to set virtual backgrounds, but I have no ability to set filters. I am the Admin of this account, and video filters are enabled in my account. Does anybody know why I am missing the filters? Thank you!Scott 

I currently use Zoom Workplace which is link to my google workspace account. Since my email is subscription, what is the max length for meeting record compared to regular account? and will my recorded video upload to cloud?

I'm on the Zoom Basic Plus plan which gives me 4 extensions of 40-min meetings per month + 1 gb of cloud storage. That said, I can't seem to figure out how to delete cloud recordings? The options that were there when I was paying for the pro plan simply aren't there now. I used to be able to go into recordings and check the box next to the ones I wanted to delete. I don't have that option anymore. When I click on the 3 dots to delete from there, "delete" isn't in the menu. It only allows me to download. Help!

I have used Zoom countless times as a participant, only occasionally settingmeeting up myself. But I find myself needing to do the following and can'tfigure out how to do so. All attempts fail in one aspect or another. And as is my habit I seem to have a question that doesn't appear in the FAQs! Your new interface is crap! Moving the control to the bottom of the screen in the center makes it nearly impossible to use the controls when your iPad is on a tripod. Having the Pause and Stop buttons so close together makes it very difficult to pause and re-start. Twice I have lost meeting recordings because trying to hit Start with them so close to the tripod mounting it has stopped my recording and I've lost two meetings. You changed your name and the change is exactly what you no longer are: professional for business use. You had a very logical and clean working set of control before. You have taken all confidence I had in the product away.

I am using Ubuntu 22.04.5 LTS, updated to latest version.I have Zoom installed with snap and flatpak (both versions).Zoom was working perfectly untill some days ago, when suddenly it started to fail.It fails when I join a meeting. Такая ситуация захожу в Zoom на конференцию проходит некоторое время и появляется что "Zoom не отвечает" звук продолжается но все функцию перестают работать не включить микрофон или посмотреть список учасников и тд. 

I have a Macbook Air with Sequoia 15.0.1 operating system and for about two months, the zoom screen image replicates on all 9 desktops of the Mac! Does anyone know how to see it only on one of the desktops and leave the others free? 

I have developed an account-level Zoom app to manage meeting registrants by adding and removing customers. Recently, I encountered rate limiting errors. Based on my understanding, my current Zoom Workplace Pro account limits me to 3 requests per registrant and a total of 100 API requests per day. I noticed that the Business plan offers higher rate limits, but the specific details aren't clear. If I upgrade to the Business or Business Plus plan, will the API rate limit for adding and updating meeting registrants increase? If so, what are the limits? Are they just limited to a set amount of requests per second or do they still have an overall daily limit? Thank you
