I have a 24" 2021 M1 chip with Sonoma 14.4.1 macOS. I have seen the built-in FaceTime HD Camera work on every previous Zoom meeting that I have had for at least 3 years. Today it didn't load/stopped working. The audio worked just fine.I researched possible issues and did all of the things that might have affected it in Settings, Permissions, Camera, Appearance, Accessibility, etc.Camera is ON for zoom.us under Privacy & Security. The green light at the top of the screen is ON. The Zoom controls say that it is using FaceTime HD Camera.I have updated to the latest Zoom version 6.2.6. I usually use my iMac camera with a virtual background of one of my photos. I get a message that says "Virtual background is still loading. Start video anyway? and it gives me a choice to either "Use video" or Don't use video. But it hangs up on the video "still loading" and nothing happens. I have tried both buttons. I just created a Zoom pro account for my business and want to customize my personal meeting link that includes my business name in the url. However, I do not see this as an option in my profile or personal meeting room settings. Am I missing something?  Can anyone assist? 

I have added the Zoom Meeting add-on to my G-calendar, however, I am unclear what creating a Z-mail enables me to do, and why I would use that. Can someone advise, and images are better than text!

Hi All, Is there any way we can use the zoom timer in a zoom room without tying it to a specific participant? It looks like the zoom room controller doesn't support zoom app currently. Are there any third party apps anyone can recommend if the zoom timer app doesn't work? I saw one from bluesky but I have some concerns around an external participant joining the meeting and possibly exfiltrating information. thank you all

Hello, I have just recently downloaded the timer app for interview sessions that I conduct. During the breakout room sessions can the timer display to everyone. (Without me inside of the breakout room?) Or do I have to be in the breakout room for time display.

Zoom has worked fine for me with the windows desktop app for 2 years. I was testing some headphones today and when I took them out the speakers no longer work through the app. I've tried uninstalling the app but the same issue exists. All the obvious factors have been checked. Correct speaker is selected (system speakers built into laptop)Speakers tested and work both through system setting and also if I launch a zoom meeting from the web clientSound is not muted or turned downVERY ODD is that when I use the "test speaker and microphone" option from within zoom the speaker test fails BUT the microphone test works and I can hear the microphone playback through the speakers.=/ I'm usually the guy my friends/family call for tech help so I'm reasonably savvy. This has me stumped! Greatly appreciate any assistance.

During a Zoom session, in low light, the host's face has two ovals with thick black lines around the face. I have a screen shot but couldn't figure out how to attach it to this. 

Hello! I am running a zoom with about 100 people, many of which will be calling in separate from their video.We have had trouble with audio being in one room and video in another for those calling in separately.If I have participants select THEIR OWN room will that solve this problem?Thanks! 

I have been having issues for long with installing 64bit version on Windows 11 23H2.I am only able to install older version of 32bit, 6.20_46690build.The Zoom installation process simply disappears while installing, not showing up the message that indicates it has been successfully installed. It won't launch at all, although I see it in the installed app list.I want to use 64bit since I have many monitors and need to share screens.32bit will crash with 4k monitor sharing for online lectures. I had to work around by reducing 4k monitor to hd to avoid crashes.  Please help. 

When I do Zoom calls, the people at the far end of the table are blurred but the people closest to the camera are in focus. How do I turn this off? It seems like it's a feature that Zoom is trying to use to focus on faces but in this case when they are too far off, they remain blurred.

In a large regular zoom meeting, people appeared blurry on the screen until they spoke on screen. We all had video on. There were about 20 participants on the call, all in different locations. We have never had this problem before. Is there something going on with the latest update? And please don't suggest we adjust our camera settings or zoom camera settings; I had a call with one of the participants about 2 hours earlier and they were not blurry at all,  using their own webcam and setup.

Hello, I'm sharing screen while teaching. Giving a text to read. In the same time i want to put myself on mute so the student dont hear the noise at my place. Couldn't find a way. I needed tp put myself on mute in advanced before sharing screen and then stop sharing to unmute myself.  Some help please? 

I used to use the NDI input on my Zoom meeting client a lot. NDI video always shows up as a camera option. NDI video used to be a Zoom camera option  However, I can no longer see it as my Zoom camera option any more. Like this NDI Input no longer shows under the camera  Should I do anything differently? or NDI is now only limited to Zoom Room subscribers?

As a solo entrepreneur, upgrading to a Business account with 10 licenses is a huge and impractical jump, given that I only need a single license but still require higher video quality for professional meetings.Many solo entrepreneurs and small business owners rely heavily on Zoom for their meetings, and 720p can be limiting in today’s standards. Competing platforms often offer 1080p without such restrictions, making it harder to justify remaining on the Pro plan.I believe adding the option for 1080p on Pro accounts, even at an additional cost, would be a huge benefit for independent professionals who need high-quality video without being forced into a multi-license business plan.Thank you for considering this!Best regards,

i thought my camera had gone bad. replaced it and same thing happens: mid-meeting, randomly, the picture (of myself only) changes from normal to pixilated and wider angle. if i 'switch camera" back to built in camera and back again to external camera, the picture corrects.then , randomly, the same error happens suddenly. usually 4-5 x/ hr.help please

During group meetings, I have the "gallery" view, but when I record the meeting, it is recorded in the "speaker" option, which means that the person speaking is recorded in full screen, and the other meeting participants are not visible. Has anyone faced something similar? Is it possible to change it somewhere in the zoom settings so that the meetings are recorded in the "gallery" option?

Hello, A number of our people run Zoom meetings in a recovery community.  We're as subject to "bombing" as anyone else, and when one of us gets "hit," we try to get screen names of the offenders so we can share them with the group, to be on the lookout for these people.  I got hit last night with three of them doing the usual jitterbugging all over the screen so they're hard to identify, and was busy enough that I really couldn't get more than one screen name.  I removed them, one by one, and reported them to Zoom. What I'd like to know is, is there any way I can retrieve the screen names of the people I removed and reported, so I can alert the rest of our community?  Not that this is any guarantee of anything... if they had two brain cells to rub together, they would choose random names each time.  Are they recorded somewhere, or is there somewhere I can access records of people I had to remove?  Something like tha

When using the dual monitors setting, can it be configured to only show shared content and not speaker video? I really enjoy being able to see larger views of the shared content but find it very distracting to have the participants video HUGE when content is not being shared.
