Not receiving admin invitation email after being added

Hello,

My account was added as an admin by another account, but I am not receiving any email notification about it. What could be the reason for this issue?

It is possible the email address is blacklisted, or the email being sent to you was bounced/blocked. 

I think that the next option would be to reach out to Zoom Support for further analysis and investigation. You can find out more on reaching support here: https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/contact?id=contact_us.
