How to lower video resolution to reduce data usage?

C'est à dire sans avoir une date et un horaire de programmer à l'avanceJ'espère avoir été clair dans ma question

There will be future meetings, and each meeting will have another host from a defined group of people.Can I add this list of people so that they can start the meeting and be the host?

Hi, I want to record a Zoom meeting just now so the meeting host just made me as the co-host, and when I click the record button, I do not think there is any option for me to record on computer or record to the cloud, I just record it by default, and the thing is that I did not sign it, I just join using browser, so I just want to ask where will the recording go? Will it saved to the host's computer? Or it will still appear on my computer files after a few hours when it finished converting? 

Greetings,  Is it possible to share audio recordings over a Zoom call so that all participants can hear and discuss over it? Appreciate if anyone can tip on how to get this setup. Thank you in advance.

When I record sometimes, there is a black border around the speakers and presentations on the recording that I am unsure how to remove. Can anyone assist with this?  

Hi,I set the setting "Personal Meeting ID (PMI) Passcode" to false many months ago. From some reason it's not marked as "modified" (so that it can be reset). That wouldn't be the problem though. What bothers me is that it switches back to true almost every day. That means that people who want to join my personal meeting are asked to enter a passcode, which I haven't set. It's behaving really mysteriously. Any help would be highly appreciated. I have to set it to false every morning, as I don't want people set a passcode. I use waiting room to check that the right people join my meetings. It's really annoying. Thanks!

There is a link we members use for our community meetings.  We haven't needed to sign in, and the other members still don't have to, but it insists that I have to sign in, but I don't hold the original information to get the one time passcode.  The host who set it up says he can't do anything.  I've been able to join any other links to meetings, but not that one link.  Who do I contact to solve this issue?

I have a Workplace pro plan and I use Zoom in a therapy context with only one client at a time. Before the client could share his screen with me just by clicking "share" but now, a window appears and it says "Allow Zoom Workplace to share your screen. Open system settings security and privacy to grant access." I tried going to the computer settings to security and privacy but I don't have any information where it says to allow Zoom workplace. My client doesn't know what to do and neither do I. Can someone help me.

Hello, I just recorded a very important meeting, but only the audio saved, and the video didn’t record. This is the first time I’ve had this issue with Zoom. Any solutions? It’s quite important.

I have not been able to host a successful Zoom meeting in a very long time. I send out the invitation with the link via WhatsApp. I start the meeting, but I get no participants. The participants open the link and see a screen telling them that the host has yet to start meeting. I think somehow, they are getting a different passcode than what I am using. I see conflicting passcode information. This used to be so simple and now it is a nightmare for me.

Hi, I've had a frustrating change that started a couple months ago. I do a lot of Zoom meetings, some Google Meetings, and some training videos that I record on Zoom. A couple of months ago, my microphone stopped working on these platforms. I can use my headset and hear volume only if I'm not in a meeting platform. So, I can listen to YouTube videos, I can edit Audacity audios, etc. However, each time I try to use my microphone on Zoom or Google Meet it doesn't work. Some trouble shooting I've already done without success is testing different headsets. Restarting my computer.Manually adjusting the Volume Control items in my laptop. When I go to the volume control while in a Zoom Meeting, it shows it as an "x" for Chrome and Zoom. It will show the correct headset is selected. However, the Volume Mixer shows an "X" for Zoom. And an "X" for Chrome. I click the "x" to turn on the microphone sound on for Zoom in the volume control, it removes

Hi,Zoom is unstable in full screen.  It studders whenever there is full screen on any screen.  I have 3 monitors and it is unstable if using multiple screens or single screen.  Only the 1 screen is not studdering constantly only if it is not full screen and is the only screen, but even then is not always stable.  I have a Nvidia graphics.

Hello, everyone!  I’ve got GREAT REQUEST. I take part in regular meetings in which I am the host. Before the meetings for half hour, I play background music: Share screen > Advanced > Computer sound only.  MY PROBLEM IS THAT EVERY TIME WHEN ANY OF PARTICIPANTS STARTS TO SPEEK MUSIC VOLUME IN BACKGROUND DROPS DOWN.     THIS IS EXTREMELY ANNOYING.  I spent hours solving this problem. Without success. I tried to solve this problem based on information from the forum (link below). I also compared the setting on my friend's computer, which doesn’t have such problems and uses a much older PC unit. 

Hi, I can see the person holding the meeting but they cannot see me.  I have done everything including call Geek Squad for a remote.  My camera and video works fine otherwise.  This happens only in Zoom.  Sometimes if I click under certain settings I will see my camera light briefly flash, but does not stay on.  And some of the time I can get it on and once I do it stays on for that session.  But when I go back for another meeting I am gone again.   This is a newish Lenovo Yoga laptop.  Please help!

Can anyone suggest a workaround for this. I teach Photoshop online and when I screen share a plug in eg Nik Collection participants can't see the screen of Nik, which means I have to shop sharing and reshare the screen to show Nik Collection screen, then stop reshare to go back to Photoshop. Which is annoying for participants. I have contacted support twice about this with no response. 

Hi, I have problem where when i do a zoom meeting and need share portion of screen, it came out blank screen. i already uninstall and install it again, update, clear cache and cookies also nothing happen. Could you help me with it?

Anyone know if there is a way to group numerous recordings and share with people other than just sending the links to the recordings through? Ie can I put a collection of recordings together for a group of people to access?

Hello! I'd like to conduct a research survey using Qualtrics and Zoom. First, people would complete the Qualtrics survey. At the end of the Qualtrics survey, I would like each participant (roughly 50-60 people over a 2—to 3-month period) to click on a link to join Zoom and record a short story related to their survey responses by themselves (no researcher present). Participants would be on their own with no risk of another person joining. The Zoom room would be available if and when people choose to complete the survey and record their story, which could be any time of the day. And the recording must activate automatically when they join. I understand Qualtrics can record videos as part of a survey response option, but I wondered if there was a way to record these individual stories using Zoom. Any ideas or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Despite updating my name in my Zoom profile, every time I join a meeting as a host from a web browser link, it overrides my information with an outdated name. Not only does it do this with the Zoom profile created with my work account (debunking admin not permitting a name change), but my personal accounts too.

HiAny way to divvy up say 20 ppl into 4 groups for games, such as trivia. Not in breakout rooms as I can't speak to everyone at once if they are in their breakout rooms.I want to simulate a classroom where I would have 4 tables of students, all in teams for the game, and I am hosting the game, putting the score on the board etc. The whole class is participating, but it is very clear who is on who's team..Thanks 

I’m a college professor managing multiple groups of students, each with their own account. I frequently use the polls/quiz feature and, every year, I find myself having to recreate 15+ different polls for each group. It would be incredibly helpful to have a way to save these polls and easily reuse them across different groups, rather than having to rewrite them from scratch every time

Someone help me get my camera working...have tried everything!!

I want to be able to add a survey to ONLY the last session of a recurring meeting, where it appears on the screen immediately after the meeting ends. Is this possible?
