So today when I started my Windows 10 zoom meeting client cannot run.Tried everything from uninstalling zoom, reinstalling zoom version 5.16.2, even using the zoom cleaner, reinstall it again.And now I'm stuck with zoom meeting client cannot run, and cannot uninstall because of error 10017.Help please.

Here are my details:Gentoo Linux, kernel 5.15.169Zoom client v 6.2.6.2503Microphone: Logitech, Inc. QuickCam Communicate MP/S5500 (046d:09a1) This problem has been happening since a few versions of the Zoom client ago... I think probably since it went up to 6.x.x from 5.x.x, though I didn't note carefully because I don't use Zoom regularly. My kernel has also been upgraded a few times during that period, but was probably just within the 5.15.x range. Audio signal from mic input is severely distorted, to the point where you can't understand what is being said. There's no problem with mic recognition or anything else - it's just the audio quality. Sound from other meeting participants is fine. Very irritating to have to have a separate external cellphone call or something to handle MY audio. I have tested the mic device on a Windows machine and it still works just fine, so the problem is clearly with the Zoom Linux client itse

Hi All- this zoom behavior is new for me. I am not sure what the issue is. I want my local recording to be full screen. it doesn't do this for cloud recordings. Screenshot attached. Thanks in advance. this is so frustrating. I look forward to insight! 

Hi I somehow chamged my settings..I used to see myself until my client entered waiting room, then once I accepted them, there was a small thumbnail of me and the rest of the screen was my client. Now the thumbnail is goneAny suggestions? Unfortunately, I've clicked and unclicked a bunch of things now so it's really messed up. I'm on zoom with patients all day.Any help would be appreciated!

I am having issues with a user in my company, when she shares her screen, additional boxes (folders or software) don't show, instead there are black boxes. i tried comparing configurations on the "Share Screen" sector under Settings with another user who does not have this problem  and it did not help. did anyone else have this problem?  Thanks,Idan 

I have the plan PRO for 100 persons, 1 user. That plan does not give me the option to make co-hosts other guests, although a friend of mine has the same plan with the possibility to make others co-hosts. Why I do not have that possibility? 

On my Mac Studio (macOS Sequoia 15.1), between 5 and 30 seconds after joining a meeting, I get kicked off with this error: "Unable to join this meetingThe meeting has a problem. Error code: 5" On a MacBook Air I have no problem joining and staying on the meeting using the exact same WiFi network. I have cleared Browser cache and uninstalled the Zoom App multiple times. The display is an Apple Studio Display. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

This occurs in all Zoom meetings. Volume can't be adjusted up or down.

This would feature would be nearly identical to a share BUT it would appear as a camera in the feed, along side the user's camera as well. It would not take over the meeting like a normal share. Then a mixing option such as VMIX, Zoom ISO etc when compositing and spotlighting would have control of the shared content, and users could just watch the final product.  

Hi, I cannot see the poll function in the zoom meeting. And I follow exactly from the help zoom community, by going to Navigation bar - Setting - MeetingAnd there is no polling button to enable. Pls help.

How can I update the Zoom App version 6.2.6 to version 6.2.7?The command to install the latest updates has disappeared some time ago.BTW I am still using WIN 10

Latest Zoom version 6.2.6(2503) for OpenSUSE Leap 15.6  has massive memory leak. This seems to increase with the number of participants in a meeting. For example, a meeting with one speaker and over 100 participants steadily increased memory use to 32GB within an hour. Until Zoom correct the code, is there any workaround?

Starting a week or 2 ago, my mac desktop app started announcing people joining / leaving the meeting. The same happens when someone starts screen sharing.I am the host of the meetings, and I am using latest Mac desktop app (apple silicon).I went to the accessibility settings and unchecked all screen reader alerts. Nothing was changed.Any idea how to disable these alerts? 

Anyone else not able to report a participant due to a 500 Internal Server Error? We had a person join our meeting under someone else's name, expose himself, and leave. He's done this before, and we tried reporting him before, but got the same Internal Server Error, months ago. Something wrong with the form? I've tried on Firefox and Chrome, on both desktop and mobile devices.

When I signed into a meeting today, the control bar (where the action buttons are located at the bottom of the window) had no icons, only text labels.

TLDR: When joining a meeting, is it possible to choose between connecting audio via computer or not joining audio via a single prompt instead of two? Our users regularly join meetings to share content only. When joining without computer audio, they have to click through two prompts:Choose one of the audio conference options >> they have to close this windowDo you want to continue without audio? >> either click the "Continue" button or close this window Is there a way to disable this second prompt? Or perhaps to set computer audio as the default audio option but still be prompted by the second question every time? Thanks in advance.

Hello, is it possible to set tool restrictions for participants in a zoom meeting room? In particular, I would like to prevent a participant from starting or stopping recording. If possible, could you give me suggestions on what settings I could use for these restrictions?

With a recently downloaded (Version 6.2.10 (4983)) .deb I now get:Windows with square corners (not rounded)Two separate Meeting windows at startupOnce in a meeting, one is shows me, the other shows other participantsWhen a participant shares, the shared screen is intermittently of a good size and but then becomes just a small part of the window.I have been using Zoom to do meetings like this for 5 years, so I do know how to use Zoom very well. This is a big problem for me (running a business).

When I'm in a Zoom meeting on my desktop computer, when I"m the host (and probably when I'm not), when I go to share my screen, it just says "screen sharing paused" and I don't see any way to unpause it. It's really frustrating. I checked settings and I can't figure out why this keeps happening.Anyone know?

Hello,First time poster here.The company I work for has a Zoom Enterprise Account. Most of our work is done through meetings due to the difference in timezones. We are currently facing a issue with our US employees, since the meeting link is causing error from their side. Could this be due to having two active meetings at the same time?What I mean by this is that, we have a meeting from 5:30 to 7. The meeting causing issues starts from 7 till 8, but sometimes the 5:30 to 7 meeting doesnt end at 7 and keeps going but a member of our team joins the other meeting. The link is showing the meeting at 7 with a changed time, which is not what should be happening.How can we resolve this issue?Thanks!

Hello, When I created the breakout rooms and opened them to participants to join, some of the participants were able to see the join request and some weren't. What can cause this, please advise. 

Why is there no sound on the TV when casting from my Pixel 8 pro to a Samsung TV. This seems to be a long standing issue with zoom ... Thoughts?

I am having lighting issues when using OBS Studio / Zoom and one of the solutions is to adjust for low light in the video settings.  This option does not show for me!  Any ideas on how to fix this?  I have done an update this morning - still not showing.
