I participate in an online group music course where the participants use Original Sound for musicians and the classes are recorded. Whoever is playing is highlighted so they can see themselves afterwards in the recording.This works for everyone except me.1. Original Sound doesn't work for me, i.e. the others can't hear me if I use this setting. So instead I use Live Performance Audio, which works fine.2. However, as soon as I turn on LPA, the highlighting disappears, which means I can never see myself in the recordings. Zoom doesn't recognise me as the "Speaker" when LPA is turned on.How can I solve this problem? I use a Windows 11 laptop, Zoom version 5.17.11 (34827). I always update it; the problem has been going on since January. Thanks for any help!

Hi Folks - I'm trying to create a background for my Zoom meetings, so I went into the video settings and uploaded a background photo. The photo is pretty simple and its a high resolution photo (5333x3000). When I view the photo on my desktop it looks great. it's very clear and crisp. But when I upload it into Zoom and put it in my background for a video call, its blurry. The text that has my name and company name are barely legible when viewed on a 32" monitor. I don't see an option to enhance the quality of the upload, and I wonder if I've done something incorrect? I've attached a photo in this thread. Any suggestions by the Zoom pro's?

HI, I recently got new hearing aids and when I am on a Zoom call, I can hear other people but when I speak my voice sounds like a robot to them.  I am not sure what to do.  I have gone into audio and tested the microphone, and it sounds ok.  Please help.  I need to be able to communicate and hear.  I have to turn off Bluetooth to speak and turn it back on to hear.

I was invited to a meeting as a co-host and started the meeting recording. I had to leave the meeting early and reassigned another participant as host. The recording stopped automatically when I left the meeting and now I can't find the saved recording. Help?!

Hello,We did a family zoom and I wanted to record it to make a video about all cousins talking about our grandmother we would use for her birthday.As we have free accounts, I launched the first meeting and recorded it on my Mac. It worked perfectly.When the 40 mn meeting stopped, my cousin launched the second meeting. I clicked on "record", Zoom directly offered me to record it on cloud. As I am not used to this, I just clicked "Yes" thinking that it would be accessible just after.. When the meeting finally ended, I stopped the recording and finally realized that I do not have any record on my cloud. Is that normal? Why did zoom offer me to record on cloud if I am not able to?When looking closer to the topic, it looks like it's only for premium subscriber...My cousin who launched the meeting has nothing on his cloud account. How can I get this record. I could pay for it.... !

At the moment I have a personal paid for licence...but I see I cannot share the admin role as it is contrary to the EULA. That's not a problem. As a church leader how do I get a church account (NFP) licence and add admins so meeting can happen with me not present?

Hi all, Prior to Zoom Workplace, I had the "Export -> use an external calendar -> Google" setting on by default. This meant whenever I scheduled a new meeting in the Zoom desktop client, it would automatically open Google Calendar, allowing me to add notes or links to the meeting details, add/change participants in Google Calendar (preferable to using the Zoom client, since Google Calendar does an autocomplete for participant names).Anyway, I can't seem to work out how to re-enable the"Export -> use an external calendar -> Google" to be the default setting for all scheduled meetings. Can someone please point me in the right direction?Many thanks in advance

My image is not showing up on my Zoom meetings but my backgrounds are showing.  I've checked Windows, my camera and drivers.  All are up-to-date.   My webcam in selected for use with Zoom.  I've uninstalled and reinstalled the latest version of Zoom Workplace.   Nothing has worked.  Does anyone have any solutions?

I just upgraded to zoom Version: 6.2.11 (5069) in Zorin OS (.deb package)Share screen options have changed and there is no option for annotation, I need that option to take online classes. Is there any way to fix this issue and how long it might take to get these fixed from a new update ?And also i sometimes experience sudden freezes while taking online classes, everything stops working and i need to force restart to use my laptop again. My laptop is fast enough but this is happening due to some issues with zoom or any other thing that I may not know. Any help would be appreciated !

Hello,During every zoom meeting I am connected to or hosting, zoom crashes and I get an error message that says "Aw Snap! something went wrong while displaying this webpage."  Please advise as soon as you can!  This is only happening with Zoom website and also the app from the Google Play store.Thank you!Melissa

I used to be able to click on join a meeting and drop down the window to see past meeting id's. Now, I have to go find the ID for each meeting when I use the same several for different meetings throughout the week?  Why isn't it remembering?

No sound on my video for participants when I shared my screen, even if the fonction is activate. The problem is intermittent. I use Chrome on a computer, Windows 10 Professionnal. I use Zoom Version: 5.16.10 (26186) Thanks.

I use a Mac Mini running Sequoia. I use NDI virtual input as an external camera for Zoom. It worked fine until a couple weeks ago and now although I can still select NDI video, and although the camera works fine in PTZOptics, NDI video monitor and OBS, Zoom only displays a black/blank screen.

Sometime within the last day or so the screen sharing option has disappeared from the Zoom browser client when using Brave. I don't think it's a Brave issue as I can screen share with other browser apps just fine. Sir, during the meeting, when we turn on the mic from some students' phones, we can hear their voice, but when some students turn on the mic, their voice does not reach us. Those whose voice does not reach us have to first call a random number. Then when we open the Zoom app and turn on the mic, the voice comes. This is a strange problem, sir, please fix this problem soon.

I currently have the Zoom Pro package purchased and I cannot record Breakout Rooms sessions to the cloud (only on current device). I need this functionality as I want to record 10 Breakout Rooms at a time on Zoom to the cloud (not on current device). The recording should be able to be turned on by any participant I assign this role to. Will I have this option in the Zoom for business version? What can I do to gain this functionality?

I'm a Pro account user, and my meetings are limited to 40 minutes, in addition I no longer see the option for participant registration. I've been in touch with tech support via email which is slow.  I've downloaded updated release but that hasn't made a difference.Has anyone experienced this and found a resolution?
