Hello,I recorded in cloud a meeting. During the meeting I stopped several times the recording, because I wanted only some parts were recorded (in separated files).So in my cloud recordings I have, for this meeting, 4 different files...that's what I wanted.Unfortunately I realized that it is no longer possible to share individual records separately! I can only obtain a single link with wich is possible to download all the 4 files.But I need a link for each of the 4 recordings. It was an option before! Why now it's not possible?Have you answers?Thank you!

I want to copy and send an invitation link but can't see how to do this. On the previous home page set up there was a clear  invitation' link  to copy but this does not appear now. Can anyone help please?

I'm really frustrated with the changing of existing behaviour of Zoom. Now, again Zoom Worksplace does not show in the meetings tab all the scheduled meetings anymore. It only shows the schedules meetings of single user. We want to see all the scheduled meetings like it was always. But now again there is only the calendar and the users listed and I have to select one to see the scheduled meetings. Last time that happened there was some general option on Admin level I had to change. But now, I am lost. There is nothing to go back to the old behavior.BTW: the iPad app behaves the old way while the Mac OS App behaves differently. That is also very frustrating.We use Zoom in a small business context. We do not use cloud services like Google and Microsoft. With exceptions like Zoom, we do use anything on premise as possible. So we cannot connect any Calendar service to Zoom. So using and connecting the calendar services is NO

オーディオ設定のスピーカーテストをした時に、テスト音が最初の1,2秒だけ出てそのあとはテスト音が途切れ途切れになりちゃんと聞こえません。またヘッドセットを接続したときもテストをすると最初の1,2秒だけテスト音が聞こえてそのあと途切れ途切れになります。ミーティング参加に参加している時も相手の声はクリアに聞こえるのですが、音楽が流れると音が途切れ途切れになり、その後聴こえなくなってしまいます。この現象はズームの時だけで、PCのレコーダーで録音した音声はクリアに聞こえますし、ユーチューブなども音が途切れることはありません。また、PC本体のエラーも確認しましたが検出されませんでした。Zoomの時だけ音が途切れ途になります。いろいろと調べてみたのですが、どうしても原因がわからず困っています。解決方法などわかる方がいましたらぜひ教えていただけると大変助かります。

Hello, I was given a link to join a meeting along with a passcode.  When I go to the URL, I just see a black screen with a message "You cannot view this recording. No permission."  I do not see a place to enter a passcode.  I attached a screenshot of what I see.  I'm guessing the sharing permissions are wrong.  If not, where do I enter the passcode?  Thanks so much.

Trying to get Zoom to work in my RDP environment from my Mac to my Windows PC.   I have installed Citrix just so i can get the "universal" installer to install but the Zoom client on my Windows PC still shows plugin missing.  Is there a Media Plugin for Mac that just uses RDP?

I record a podcast using Zoom and the past few meetings I have full audio and video on screen, but once the files are rendered on my computer, the video file shows me in the beginning (then I pause recording while waiting for the guest) and then there's no video. Thought, well I just won't pause the recording, but that didn't work either. The last episode I recorded, neither I or my guest show on the video (we did on screen) BUT when she shared her screen, THAT shows up on the video.  Support suggested unnstalling/reinstalling but that didn't work either. I'm there in the beginning, nothing but audio for the entire meeting, except for a few seconds where I pop back in. My guest isn't there at all except for audio.  At this point I'm either going to have to get this solved in the next few hours or postpone the next recording. Having to discuss via email is painfully slow and the holiday didn't help.  This is such a strange problem,

i use mac and chrome everytime i attent a meeting the dowload of zoomusinstaler starts. How do i stop this from happening?  is there a workaround?

I am missing my last 3 recordings from October. I cannot find them anywhere on my Mac. Is there a place I should be searching for on my Mac?

I recorded a Zoom Conversation in August for a very import work project.  I have since recorded 13 conversations and this is the only one missing. When I click on the link for my recordings on my Mac it takes me to a blank file no recording. Does Zoom download the recordings somewhere else on my Mac? This information is crucial.  Please advise.Thank you

Hey,I have this issue that when i create a Google Calendar meeting with zoom invitation, and when i copy zoom link to next meeting in Google Calendar, ZOOM is automatically changing ownership of the original zoom and link it to the second created meeting.  Steps:create google meeting with zoom (let's call it meeting ABC)check in zoom settings-section meetings, that the meeting is existing (it should)create new meeting in google calendar (XYZ) and add zoom link from point 1 (from meeting ABC)check what will happened in zoom settings in section meetings - how the ownership for zoom meeting is changing from meeting in step 1 (ABC) to meeting in step 3 (XYZ) and shows in ZOOM app and also in zoom meetings that the link originally created in meeting ABC is now owned by meeting XYZ. if i for instance cancel meeting XYZ, it will cancel also the zoom link, so the originally created link under ABC wont work &#12853

Last week, Zoom updated our system to Workplace without any warning on both my and my wife's PC.  Now, no matter what we try we can no longer get either of the PC''s audio and Visual to work.  On audio we complete the test and we get sound but ZOOM immediate say's the "Fails to detect microphone".  My mircophone  and Video works if we you use other communication programs.  

Ever since Zoom updated to version 6.0 i'm having mic issues.  V6.1.1Windows 11Lenovo Carbon X1 Whether i'm using the Lenovo inbuilt microphone or a 3.5mm headset with mic - other participants state that i'm either very quiet (they have to have their volume on 100) to hear me and/or my voice is chopping in and out / going loud and quiet.  I previously had a Lenovo T14 (3 weeks ago) and I got a new laptop due to this issue, only for it to remain?  I'm really struggling to understand what's going on here, given that it's happening on two different devices.  

As an example, I have a meeting set up from 9am-3pm. If the meeting runs over until 3:30pm or 4pm, is that going to be problematic? Will the meeting just stop at 3pm or can it continue to go on? 

When I try to join a Zoom meeting from an email link it does not open the Zoom application on my iPad automatically like it does on my computer, is this a known issue and is there some way to fix it?

I have set my background for no blur but it still blurs. How can I eliminate any filter so you can see me and the actual background? I do not want any special effects.

I am wanting to set up a recurring meeting that will need to use break out rooms, but I won't always be able to attend the meeting. This is a social gathering and I don't want to ask a bunch of people to signup for a premium account just so that we have coverage if one or two of us miss it. Can a co-host without a premium account run the meeting and manage breakout rooms if the host doesn't join? 

Hi there, Im after support due to every time I join a zoom call the volume of call matches my system volume...Resulting in me having to always go into my systems volume settings and turn it down.Is there not a way we can set this to a level say 30 volume and it just joins at that level without adjusting back to full?? Thanks

Hi allI'm attempting to upgrade the Zoom Workplace client on my laptop, and for some reason the system is missing original .msi file required uninstalling the "old" client. (6.0.37634).tried locating it via Zoom downloads page, but couldn't find an archive for old versions..Anyone knows where I can get the specific installer for this version?

Hi. I have problem when I want to add user in admin module. I try to add them by using their email account. After I add them notification pop up and said "1 user has been added. The user is listed on the Pending tab.". After that I check to Pending Tab, but it's empty. I try to contact the user to that they receive email from Zoom? They said not. I try to add another user but it works.  Can you help me to solve this problem? Because we use Zoom for education purposes and the user are student and also lecturer. We're trying to implement a standard SIP protocol stack by integrating the Linphone SDK and then join Zoom and Teams meetings as participants. However, we're not certain whether the SIP protocol stack of the Linphone SDK can communicate with Zoom. Because as you know, even the standard SIP protocol allows users to carry private customized parameters within a limited scope. Besides, we also have concerns about the adaptation in terms of audio and video protocols. We don't want users to experience black screens or voice loss. So, we'd like to know whether someone have encountered any precedents where a SIP client based on the Linphone SDK joined Zoom meetings, and how the call quality was, as well as what additional work needs to be done.

This seems to be a new issue for us and I'm trying to figure out if it's a bug on Zoom's end or Microsoft's end. We use Office 365 and thus Outlook for calendar.  We have several recurring meeting series in Zoom that require registration.  Once registered and download the ics file to add to Outlook, these recurring meetings are suddenly creating a NEW "Untitled" calendar in our Outlook calendar and adding the recurring even there.  See screenshot. If we create ONE Zoom meeting requiring registration, this does not happen.  It has only begun happening on recurring meetings AND these recurring meetings have been created for quite some time, they are not newly created events in Zoom. Please advise.  Thank you.
