Hello !Currently, I'm trying to help a person under Ubuntu who wishes to share their screen with their audio c:However, when they start sharing their screen (while ticking the "Share audio" option), their audio is not shared at all 😞We've tried to :- Check the Zoom Engine volume to see if it's not muted, and it isn't- Reinstalling Zoom However, the sound is still absent...when compairing to another computer on which the sound works, it seems that Zoom actually created a new Audio Output called "zoom_combine_device" that you need to select in order to get the audio - however, on the computer of the person, Zoom doesn't generate it 😞Do you have any clue as to why that is ?Could it be fixed by using either Pulseaudio or Pipewire ? (i haven't tried to reinstall Pipewire on their computer, so i'll ask them to do it) Thank you for your answers!

Hello friends, Our meeting participants in China suddenly cannot attend the meeting. It says: Due to the restriction of the host account, you cannot join the meeting.Error code: 13215. We paid annual fee for our accounts. We are in the US. I don't why it suddenly won't work. When I Alt+Shift+T, a cross with pixel coordinates appears, and Zoom pops up when I press escape.In Settings, I don't see Alt+Shift+T listed under Keyboard shortcut, how can I disable Zoom's binding of Alt+Shift+T?

Hey everyone i have a question regarding Zoom portrait recording i want to record my meetings in a portrait so i can make youtube shorts from that content but in the zoom, i am not able to find the options for portrait recording please help me to fix this thanks i advance.

Recently I always started my meetings by clicking the blue Start button on Meetings tab in desktop zoom client. Now this button has gone. So I have to open the text of invitation, copy and past link into browser there suggestion to open zoom-client appears. Only after that my meeting starts

I am a Zoom Workplace Pro member and my audio and mic are disconnecting on Zoom calls after approximately 5 minutes.  This has happened when I am the host or joined someone else's Zoom call...suggestions?

All the YouTube guides on how to confirm the addition of a co host show that they go into the zoom settings and then the button, but I just looked for the button and it's really not where they say, I checked the zoom instructions themselves and it's the same button, I don't have it. Why don't I just have that button?

I am trying to join meetings via ZOOM app but it rejected my trial, showing a massage that my version should be updated to higher and I have to contact my IT admin. My Q: what do you mean by IT admin and how to update my current version?

Zoom Workplace on my Sony Android smart TV offers a selection of microphone inputs in Settings. No matter what microphone input I choose, Zoom uses the microphone built into the USB webcam. I'd like to use a better sounding source such as a mic + preamp plugged into the TV analog input or the microphone in my Bluetooth headphones connected to the TV. I tried using a different webcam without a microphone and could not get audio input to work at all. Appreciate your suggestions.

Can't see your own face when speaking in side by side speaker mode

Hi, my name is Jim. I am a workplace BASIC Free user.  I have used zoom before (w/ windows7) and it automatically allowed me to use my desktop comcast email to invite guests. I recently upgraded to windows10 and now when I click default mail ... it forces me to use and join outlook mail and use the cloud. I do not have an outlook mail account (I do not want a outlook account or my info going to a cloud) how can I get the email default button to send me to my comcast email address so that I can invite guests?  I am stuck and I am unable to invite guests.

I have a weekly meeting same time every week.   Before I was able to have a task schedule load the meeting, now I have to have the page load and I need to click on lauch meeting.  It would be nice if I didn't need to click that.  

I imported a csv registraton list of a group of names for an upcoming meeting.   But I realised after the import that the first name and last names are reversed.    I have not sent out the registration confirmations yet.   I corrected the csv registration order and then tried to re-import them with the correct name order.   But the registration shows that the name order did not change - it remained the same as the first import.     I don't want to send out a cancellation notice to everyone - especially since they have not even recieved the confirmation of their registration.    Is there any way to update the name order before sending them their confirmation?  

It would be most beneficial if Zoom would remember past participants addresses, (or sync seamlessly with a users address book), so you don't have type them out every time. What's the holdup or workarounds? 

Every time I try to set a virtual background on my android app I get a error saying an error occurred. I have a new Samsung android device with android OS 14 on it and I am on the latest version available on Play Store that is 6.2.5.25145. I tried getting it work on other devices but faced the same issue on those devices also. I tried to see if this error is in new version so installed the older version i could find the oldest version being 5.17.10 but the background issue was on this version also. I have tested this issue on 3 devices that i have and saw this issue in all of them also I am unable to find any solution for it. Any help in this issue would be appreciated.

Hi -- I am on a Macbook Pro, with Sonoma 14.7.I tried 3x to update Zoom because it is not allowing me to use the app (so therefore can barely use the browser version for meetings). I get an error (10002) every time.  I tried the steps for Manual install -- same result.Any tips?Thank you.

I have waiting room set up and all of a sudden my waiting room isnt working. I went into settings and all the settings for waiting room were not on all of a sudden. I fixed them and saved it. Today, the same thing happened. This is problematic for me because i am a therapist and it isnt appropriate for one client to enter when another is still in session.

Does a Zoom recording allow you to see the time a hand is raised? or the time a question is submitted via Q&A? Is there a way to see it once the recording is finished? Thank you

I have been trying to view a meeting I was previously unable to view, I have selected previous meeting and selected the specific meeting but I receive this error "You cannot view this recording, No permission" 

If I join a meeting hosted by someone else, I get the message “Virtual Background is still loading”, and I end up choosing the “Don’t use video” option so I can continue with the meeting. If I go to the Zoom preferences and turn off blur, the preview window is pink.  When I turn blur back on, the preview is solid black. If I click on the MacOs Finder’s widgets control in the top right corner, all of the widgets appear as pink rounded rectangles -- the same pink I see during the camera preview when blur is turned off. However, if I start my own meeting, everything works fine.  No video problems, blur works, and no pink Finder widgets.  The strange behavior only occurs if someone else is hosting a meeting I join. I have to uncheck "Export - use an external calendar" to make my zoom and google calendars sync, but the last few days i have to go into each calendar item manually to turn uncheck this setting. Is there are way to default the option to unchecked so it stops interfering.

I have "Zoom Workplace".  When I share my screen and select the options "Share Sound" and "Optimize for Video Sharing" for video showings in PPT slide mode, I cannot see myself or who is speaking.  When I do not select those options, I can see myself and other speakers/attendees just fine when in PPT slide mode.  I am thinking those options optimize the quality of videos so would like to use them.  I have tried changing the views available on the "share" menu but have had no success. 

Been using Zoom.VDI on and off for years, today I get this message.  "Your app version needs to be 5.16.10 or higher to sign in.Please contact your IT team to update your app" Has something changed zoom-end?
