Can I use ZOOM in Germany to access a meeting in the U>S>?

Hi - I am trying to access Zoom, however I keep getting the message" You are unable to connect to Zoom. Please check your network connection and try again."  I read the previous posts in the community and tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app but that does not seem to work.  Any suggestions?  I am using a MacBook Pro.

I consider myself an experienced computer-based Zoom user. I'm asking for help on behalf of a friend who bought the Tab M10 HD from Curry's during lockdown who said that it would be fine for Zoom. I'm not familiar with Lenovo tablets but I think this one is Android based as the settings app looks similar to my Moto phone.My friend (Pauline) has been able to use the Zoom app to join meetings until about 2-3 weeks ago. When I used the app on her tablet today, it said Update required. The current version is 5.4.x. If I accept the update, a download begins and never completes. If I ignore the update I cannot join a meeting.I tried uninstalling the app and downloading afresh from the Google Play Store. The green Install button in the Play Store flashes when I press it. A message box appears below "Something went wrong - please try again". Repeated presses give the same result.I tried restarting the tablet and then attempting download again from the Play

I am a licensed new Zoom host. I need to know the actual time that a meeting I hosted ended (to provide for Minutes of the meeting). I know how long we scheduled for Zoom...but finished "early" and signed out. Is there a way to find the time when we closed the meeting?

I created a meeting on 1/4 at 6:00pm for a meeting on 1/16 at 1:00pm. I copied/pasted the meeting details into an email and sent to several people. I have my waiting room setup. I asked a couple of people to click on the meeting link because I wanted to confirm that they would receive, "wait for the host to let you in". The people did say that they saw that, however, the meeting invite said that the meeting was on 1/4 at 6:00pm, which is the date I created the meeting, not the actual meeting date. What is going on with zoom?

I run a training business and we use a lot of recurring meetings with clients, so that each client has their own dedicated recurring Zoom meeting that we use for all training sessions with that client. Recurring meetings seem to be vanishing from the list and becoming inaccessible without any warning, which is causing us huge problems. Today I went to run a session for a regular client only to find that the meeting details we normally use had been deleted by Zoom and the meeting no longer worked. We had to create a new ID, email all participants, the meeting started late and it was extremely poor service to our client. I have had this happen with a number of recurring meetings but there seems to be no consistent pattern to it. I have recurring meetings that haven't been used for over a year that are still active, whilst this latest one that has vanished was used quite recently. I have a Dell Inspirion 16.  I am using Zoom for virtual teaching and need to be seen by students. I am opening a meeting, and EVERY TIME, I have gotten a "virtual background still loading", even when background is shut off. This has been going on for 2 months. How do I fix this issue?  I have no background on my TCL phone, or Kindle tablet. But students can see me.

I want to change my host key but edit button is not enabled.

I have an automation created on Make.com that checks available times on my calendar, selects one of them and sets an appointment. After that, activate the Zoom module within Make and schedule a meeting. However, the Zoom module, despite receiving the correct time, insists on adding 3 hours to the time. Example: receives 3:00 pm and schedules for 6:00 pmI've already checked the timezone and it's the same at all points (São Paulo)I already spoke to Make support and they informed me that the error is in the Zoom module.Any tips?

I have a Dell XPS 13 9315 laptop with Windows 11 Home 10.0.22631 Build 22631 with Zoom client 6.2.0 (46690) and whenever I try to do either of the following, my computer reboots (first to a blue screen with no error message that only says your system ran into a problem and needs to restart): * Join a Zoom meeting* Access the video menu This behavior occurs whether I use the built-in laptop camera or an external webcam. I've tried the following: * Removing and reinstalling the Zoom client.* Checking for driver updates for the Dell (it says I have none to fetch) I haven't tried removing the client and just trying Zoom with the browser. Is that worth a test? I should mention that both the built-in camera and the external webcam work like a champ when I test them in Windows. So, the issue seems to be related to how Zoom is handling the cameras.

I cannot host meetings, participants cannot get to my room. I can stat a meeting though.  I notice that the memory use is very high - I have checked on my laptop and phone - so it seems it relates to ZOOM and not my devices.  I have uninstalled and re-installed several times.  I've now upgraded thinking that would solve it.  I have checked my device, ran scans and memory checks - all OK.  I'm completely lost.  Please help - and in everyday language as much as possible please.  Thanking you in anticipation.  

I just tried joining a meeting tonight and zoom froze constantly. This is the first time this has happened I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling and it still keeps on happening hope someone can help

I am running Zoom from my Chromebook. When I go to the Meetings tab, a message comes up on the top right saying "The channel which you choosed is not exist." What I could find for a solution talked about team chats but I have not used that function and I don't see how to stop that message from coming up.

However, about a week ago, zoom started crashing whenever joining someone else's meeting. I tried checking if Zoom was 32-bit, but it is indeed 64-bit. I tried updating Windows and Zoom, but both are up to date completely and the issue persists. Restarting changes nothing. From what I've seen with others' issues, reinstalling does nothing. No error code is given, it just prompts to send a report to Zoom. Web searches show others have the same issue when using 3rd-party conferencing software add-ons, but I have/use none. Zoom meetings function fine when joined from browser. Need quick resolution, I use Zoom for work 7 days a week and require a virtual background for many of my meetings, which I can't use from a browser.

I'm an online teacher, and I use a paid Zoom account for my classes. One of my classes has three students: A, B, and C. Every time students A and C are in the meeting together, student A gets randomly kicked out—whether it's just the two of them or all three students together.At first, I thought it was an internet connection issue because sometimes the student returns to the meeting almost immediately without having to go through the waiting room. However, lately, she hasn't been able to rejoin the session at all, and I can't call her back (she says she doesn’t receive the call). The odd thing is that I’ve had full classes with student A alone and with students A and B without any issues, even immediately before student C joins the meeting, as well as after student C has logged out.

I am not receiving meeting invitations from various senders who send them to my gmail account. I have no idea why or how to fix this.

プロプランに変更し、支払いも完了し、アカウント名を見ても「ライセンスユーザー」なのに無料プランの時と同じように、ミーティング設定時にミーティングパスワードを外すかどうかのチェックボックスがグレーのままで選択できません。ミーティングパスワードのチェックボックスが変更不可能の状態になりました。（パスコードの番号は変更ができます。パスワードを無効にすることができない状態）調べても何も出てきません。プロプランに変更してから数日ならなかったチェックボックスが有効にならない等の理由がわかりましたら教えてください。 

I've been set my preferences using step by step in Zoom guidelines.However, I still cannot record my meeting into cloud. There's no option to cloud recording in my Zoom apps.Anyone have some suggestions? Thanks!

I am the admin/owner of our account. I deleted a former employee's account and transferred their cloud recordings to my account when I deleted theirs. Hello there, everyone. So, I am trying to access the class recordings inside the CANVAS website/portal. However, I can only get this message " Sorry, your session was expired. Please refresh the page or login again."I have a hypothesis that is: I have logged in with the wrong zoom account and, in order to make everything work, I need to log out and, after that, log in with the correct one. I recently received the notification to update zoom client. Cool. Looked at the release notes and saw this: "Changed local storage to one year for free accounts. The local storage duration for free accounts has been changed to one year, allowing messages stored locally to remain accessible for a year for free users. This change will take affect for both new installations and reinstalls." What does this mean? Why is there a timer on what I can view in my own local storage?? Why will it be applied retroactively upon new install? How can someone else decide what I can and can't have access to on my own device?

Hi, I have an issue onsite with with camera preferences when using the Teams WebRTC on the Zoom room. We are running Zoom on a Crestron UC Engine and we also have teams button on the page to do teams calls. What we're finding is when a teams call is initiated it isn't defaulting to the camera we want and always selects a different camera. We currently have to remote into uc engine and select the correct camera. Is there a way to select a camera as a default. I can't find anything on the UC engine to do it. Is there a setting on Zoom backend to do this?

Hello, I have encountered a problem where I cannot access the meeting link of my teacher. This issue occurs only on my device, while on other devices, the same meeting can be accessed without any problems. On my device, I can only join the meeting through the web version. I have tried using a VPN, changing the DNS server, completely reinstalling Zoom with the removal of all folders, and many other solutions. Thank you for your understanding.
