Olá, equipe Zoom!Eu não sei o que está acontecendo, posso assistir aulas (cursos de concursos) no firefox, brave e outros navegadores, posso ouvir música pelo youtube, usar o prime video em navegadores e nunca sou desconectado dos fones de ouvido. Contudo, eu estudo idiomas no site Babbel e entro no zoom por lá, isso acontece ao clicar "entrar na aula", com isso abre uma nova aba no navegador, clico para entrar e o zoom abre, mas ao assistir as aulas, em algumas aulas os fones de ouvido param de funcionar, o bluetooth para de funcionar, aí preciso reiniciar o mesmo e nem sempre resolve, isso só está acontecendo nessas aulas, no resto funciona perfeitamente o bluetooth, exceto no zoom. O que posso fazer?

Our learner is having trouble joining the zoom meeting. They say they can't log in. They have tried with phone and personal computer. When they tried on PC, they get a message saying "Joining Meeting Timeout or Browser Restriction". When they tried on phone, the got a message saying the page does not exist. Does anyone have any thoughts on what the problem might be? Let me know if you need any more information to assist.

I'm sure this is something basic I'm missing, but why does the meeting description I create for a zoom meeting not appear in the meeting invitation that goes out for the meeting. 

I need the caption transcript for zoom meeting that just ended.  I forgot to save it and call ended. Is there any way to recover it. 

Hi, I am using Zoom for virutal courses on my university. Every time I try to adjust the volume in Zoom it changes my system volume. If I join a break-out-session, it automatically goes back to 100% and blasting my ears; when returning to main room it does the same. Is there a way to adjust Zooms volume without changing my system volume like in every other app? Regards,Christoph

In zoom meeting, when I want to share my screen, everything that comes up is a blue square, with a white triangle and exclamation mark saying "unknown"

This was my second ever meeting in a zoom. Last one was recorded fine (local). Today I've had second session, I clicked recording (local) and after a session, there was no recording (in documents/zoom nor app). I then made another meeting with wife, started recording (local) again and nothing. I clicked again recording (local) and then the woman voice said recording in progress. So there is some bug or something going on that when I press recording, nothing happens at first.. I am not sure is it my computer or zoom problem.Is there a way to get recording of my important meeting? Thank you

Hi. I created a recurring meeting, and I'd like to change the name to be "less specific" as the participants are changing in each meeting.  And my "placeholder" name that I created at the beginning, is also a bit of a spoiler for what I am presenting. I changed the name in settings on my browser, and the new name is showing up correctly in my desktop Zoom app. However, when other people click on the meeting they get a pop up saying the meeting hasn't started yet, and it shows the original (incorrect) name for the meeting.  The attached pictures show participant (incorrect) name, and my Zoom window's new (correct name). Hi, Our office is currently experiencing issues with Zoom crashing, with the error message "Your system is running at a lower performance. Please close other applications." I have an issue where some users at my org are not able to see participants that are joined to meetings they scheduled. Usually on the client's Home tab you can see your scheduled meetings widget. On the meetings that are underway (or 'started'), you can see small squares with initials for each joined participant. If you click on the card for the meeting, you get a pop up with more details on who is joined to the meeting. The issue is happening on Zoom Workplace version 6.3.56144. Not sure if this is a glitch or just a feature that was removed. Rebooting machines and logging out/ back into Zoom via SSO does not resolve the issue. Has anyone experienced this before?

Hello, When I receive a invitation for a meeting in Zoom it always shows a wrong place and time, for example I live in London and in the invitation appears Sao Paulo/Brazil. I'm not sure if the problems is related to any settings in my machine or in my zoom settings. Does anyone know why it's happening? Thank you.

Hi, I have a problem with Zoom installed on a laptop with Windows 11 operating system:When I use Zoom, no sound is produced from the computer's speakers or any other sound means (even though they are connected and working properly and work with all the other applications on the computer).The speakers do work on zoom when I disable the "let desktop apps access your microphone" option in Windows "privacy and safety settings" of the zoom microphone - but then there is a zoom sound - but the microphone is not active...It should be noted that when I perform "TEST SPEAKERS AND MIC" - sometimes the test sound is heard for about a second and then disappears (this happens with all possible sound sources on the computer - headphones, built-in speakers, external speakers).What to do to solve the problem?I would be happy to get an idea from someone who has experienced the problem

Hi there! We've been reading and searching for days for an answer but couldn't find it.We have a Pro account with 3 licences and 5 Basic users. Each of us runs weekly classes for the public and we were wondering how to navigate correctly without breaking zoom rules. Classes do not overlap.Is it possible to have the same link for all the classes on the confirmation email to the client?Is it possible for each of us to use the same link week after week to run a class? (40 minutes for the Basic and unlimited for the licensed)That would be great otherwise I'll have to add manually a link for every class every day.... or, is there something we missed?? Thank you for your suggestions! 

Every time I talk normal in a meeting Zoom automatically lowers my micro volume to a level I cannot even be heard. I keep having to manually re-adjust the level.  I see some forums suggesting disabling zoom the "automatically adjust microphone volume" setting. But I do not have this setting in my audio tab. Zoom is completely unusable for me at this point. How can I resolve this?

Hi all. I am a tutor, and I have been using Zoom on my ipad for years. Recently, when sharing a worksheet from my files, the annotations from my students appear in the wrong spot on both screens. This is so frustrating. I have tried all the bot solutions, and I even purchased a new ipad, thinking my device was the problem. I never had a problem before the new year. Any help would be appreciated.

Never had a problem with zoom program (installed about 3 years ago) until this week. Instability of the frame showing me started right after the recent update automatically installed itself. The problem manifests in at least 2 different ways: 1. frame with me in it starts flickering, usually with a couple of parallel streaks across the top; 2. another person on the zoom call also appears in my frame. I can arrest the problem by disabling live video, and reverting to the photo of myself that zoom keeps on my computer. Then, I can switch back to live video, and it may remain stable for a minute or two and then revert to flickering; or it may remain stable much longer (most recently at least half an hour  when that particular zoom call ended). Any suggestions? Can I fall back to a previous version, and if so how do I do that?

Stattdessen kommt ewig (ich warte seit 30 Minuten - neu laden hat auch nichts geholfen) der Kreis, der anzeigt das geladen wird. Kann das daran liegen, dass wir größere Umfragen hatten? My team member renewed his Zoom Pro subscription.  Since the prescription was renewed our meetings time out after 40 minutes.  Any idea why this is occurring?  Aren't meetings with Zoom Pro subscriptions allowed more time.  Thanks 

Hello! I'm hoping someone might know a fix for this issue I'm having. For background, I use the Zoom app on my iPad and it's updated to the latest version. When I am viewing someone else's screen share presentation (with the floating speaker on top of it, if that makes a difference) the presentation window will, seemingly at random, shrink down and leave a tall dark grey bar on the right side of the screen. It's almost like the app thinks I've opened the participants/chat window, but it doesn't display any content on top of the grey background color. Sometimes the screen will appear normally if I open the participants/chat window, but other times the screen will shrink even further upon opening it. The participants/chat will appear on the right side, the presentation/speaker on the left, and a grey bar in the middle. If it appears normally, it typically shrinks down again anyway after some time. This just happened in my current call. Does anyone

When I create a new meeting, and type in the topic, it frequently defaults to a previous topic I used several years ago. Also, if I go to a meeting I've already scheduled, including a recurring meeting, and make a change somewhere in the settings, the topic default back to the same old topic. I used several years ago. It seems to be stuck in that somehow as a default, although it's no longer relevant. I've not been able to find any articles which address this.

Looked all over, all answers I see show how to share a portion of 1 screen. If you have 2 monitors and you want to share a portion of BOTH of them how can you do this? I tried pulling thescreen portion selector across both screens but from the view perspective they only see one screen. Can anyone help with this? Thank you

On https://zoom.us/download?os=linux the download page states the following: For releases after Nov 01, 2022 the Linux GPG signature thumbprint will change from "Key fingerprint: 59C8 6188 E22A BB19 BD55 4047 7B04 A1B8 DD79 B481" to "Key fingerprint: AE44 6BAB 33EA 9862 AA29 FC3D DDE0 E622 2047 091F". Please make the necessary changes to validate your downloaded zoom files to avoid false negatives. This is odd because actually the DD79 B481 key was the *new* key after 11/1/22, and that is still the signing key available for download on the page. Why is this message saying there is actually a different key ending in 2047 091F that should be used?
