I'm sending a Zoom Invitation to a client.- My computer is set up as Eastern Time Zone- I'm setting the invitations up as the Eastern Time Zone- My client is in the Eastern Time Zone- My client's computer is set up as Eastern Time Zone- When this client gets  the invitation (I'm using Outlook to send the invitation) he received is as Central (Chicago/America) What's going on ?

Hello, I'm at a bit of a loss and so frustrated right now - during a live Zoom call today, a spammer got through the password and showed inappropriate imagery.  In trying to report this individual after the Zoom meeting, I continually get a "501 internal error" from Zoom every time I try to complete the reporting process.  I've tried this on several devices. Then, in trying to contact support, I see that I'm not eligible for direct support because, according to support, I'm on the basic/free plan.  I am, however NOT on the free plan, and paid for a year of Zoom Pro, which is detailed in my billing history.  Somehow, the wires are crossed. Can anyone help me break through this mess? Thank you kindly for your help!

Help,Up until now my zoom meetings have worked fine. Now on my end the other person talks, sounds come in/out, speaking through a voice box, and like a gargled sound. Anytime I use zoom this happens. We tried troubleshooting with the audio settings to make sure whatever we were using was selected. Made sure everything was up to date.  We even tried different headset, earbuds and that didn't help either.  The only way we've got it work is the other person calls me on my phone and use camera on laptop.  TIA

I recorded a meeting yesterday and I didn't got the recording. I record my meetings locally and I have several. I can see the transcript, the report on read.ai but no video recording. It has been more than 24 h now, how do I recover the recording? How can I contact zoom support directly? 

Hey, If I were in a meeting and the host gave me permission to record the meeting, but at that time I didnt have zoom premium, is there any chance I can get the access to the recording if I buy the premium or somehow?

The playback of Silmulive videos is pretty bad.  The video and audio are barely off, and it seems like it is playing the video at 15fps. I tested this many time and in many different ways and on many different devices.  Still, the same. Then I went live and played the video in a live webinar.  No problems. I had a Zoom meeting, but the folder that is always placed within the Documents/Zoom folder on my MAC after the meeting is not there. The meeting IS listed on our account on zoom.com. Where is the folder? Or why is it not there? Thanks.

I open breakout rooms frequently in zoom sessions at various times throughout the day. When I open up a breakout room and try to enter it, my zoom just stops responding. And I get stuck in this black screen on the zoom client. And the only way that I can re-enter a zoom call after this happens is if I restart my computer. Does anyone else have this problem? And is there a way I can fix this?

I cannot create a meeting because ZOOM has overlaid an announcement for its AI notetaker service. The large rectangle sits directly on top of my photo and my CREATE A MEETING interface. I cannot create a meeting.  Why does Zoom need to leave that announcement on indefinitely? How can I create a meeting with this blockage?

Hi, When I’m in a Zoom meeting and the host shares their screen, it automatically resizes to fill my Zoom window. I’d prefer that it not take over the entire window—especially in cases where the shared content (e.g., a YouTube video) is only being used for its audio.Is there a way to prevent the shared screen from expanding automatically on my end? Or is this something the host can control when sharing their screen? Thanks so much for your help!

bei meinem Samsung Tablet verfolgt mich die Kamera bei Zoom Meetings. Das stört bei den Meetings wenn bei jeder kleinen Bewegung die Kamera schwenkt. Auf dem Handy oder Laptop habe ich das Problem nicht, es ist nur über das Tablet. Hat jemand vielleicht einen Tipp was ich einstellen muss? Zoom Support sagt das muss am Tablet eingestellt werden und der Samsung Support sagt das es eine Zoom Einstellung ist.Vielen Dank schonmal für eure Tipps

When I give a PowerPoint presentation, I use Presenter View so that I can see my notes and upcoming slides.  (I click ShareScreen, then I click Advanced and then Portion of Screen).  However, sometimes the Zoom link I've been sent does not accommodate this - and the ShareScreen, Advanced doesn't have the Portion of Screen option and I cannot use Presenter View - how can I fix this?  Does the person sending the inadequate Zoom link need to change something in their settings?  Thanks!

So yeah, I'll try to be simple and fastZoom does not detect the microphone, and in other apps like discord / windows / whatsapp web it works just fine.I'm talking about zoom desktop, in zoom web it works just fine.So, any ideas? I also did the configuration stuff in the mic (that is to say to give windows permission, same with the volume stuff)So, any ideas?Software: W10 Pro 22H2, Audio Driver: Realtek (R) Audio 

The 1132 error code indicates that we have investigated an incident and found a violation of our Acceptable Use Guidelines or Terms of Service.   Why did Zoom immediately blocked me from using Zoom in my laptop. How to resolve this asap. I need to use Zoom asap.

Can you help me figure out how to my Zoom account to my outlook? I added the add-on for Zoom in my outlook but when I got to sign-in, it won't allow me to select to sign in with my Apple ID. Since I have it linked my apple ID, i don't have a typical password so now I'm stuck.Any help?

Hi everyone,  New to the Forum. This evening I did 2 recordings for a video podcast using my laptop to record and since I don't have the pro account as yet, I added the "Sembly" app to get transcription and "minutes" from the recorded session.  Using the Sembly App external to Zoom, you have to send the invitation link to the app, it will then join the call and act as a Virtual Assistant, recording the meeting and it's AI wizard will summarise meeting, capture transcription all alongside the Zoom call being recorded as normal which is accessible after the call. However when I finished the record and twice, went to end the call - using the "End Meeting for All Users" option the call ended - as expected - but the usual window that should open saying "converting file" to save the recording never showed, both times. I thought maybe it's a delay and it will show up later and on a troubleshooting site, it said restart Zoom

I am on a Macbook Air I bought two weeks ago. Since seamless porting over my data to the new computer, Zoom won't let me share my screen. When I click the Share button, the tab picker pops up as normal but I can't see any of my tabs in the tab icons. I see generic icons as in the attachment. If I click on one of these generic icons, I get the alert (in another attached pic) that says I have to go to Privacy and Settings. But it doesn't tell me what I am supposed to do when I get there.  In Privacy and Settings:– Zoom is ON in Accessibility– Zoom is ON in Camera– Zoom is ON in Microphone– I can't add Zoom to Screen & System Audio recording because it is the only app in my Applications folder that doesn't show up in the Applications Folder Open Dialogue Box (see 3rd attachment)

Hi there,I was just doing a dance teaching class on zoom using iphone 12. People can hear me talk perfectly but cannot hear music that I play using another iphone. I have done these classes before and they always worked absolutely fine. how to fix this issue?

I am taking a class that requires us to meet via zoom meeting and do some role playing situations. One of the group hosted the meeting and sent email links to the rest of us to join the meeting. We all have zoom through our university and the links were sent to our university email. I am not very well versed on zoom and assumed that because the host had information going to the cloud and transcript activated that I did not need to do that. All seemed to go well. After the meeting ended the host sent us links to our portions of the video that we could submit for our assignment. Because I did not have transcripts activated during my portion, I did not see the text until I opened the email. The names of the other members were accurate, but my name seemed to be a random name. My user profile on my university account does have my name correctly listed, but this didn't match. Did this happen because I did not do cloud recording on my end, the video itself was fine? Did I need to sign in s

Hello, When I enable live transcription during a Zoom meeting, I want to ensure that participants are not forced to see the subtitles.1. Is it technically possible to prevent participants from seeing subtitles even if live transcription is enabled?2. If it is not possible, is there a way to hide my language settings so that participants do not know which language I have selected for the subtitles? I would appreciate any advice or possible workarounds.Thank you!
