Dear All,I just updated Windows 11 Pro on my ASUS Vivobook Pro to the latest updadte and found that the speaker stop working, no sound coming out, just a very short period then stop no sound. But when I tested the microphone on Audio Setting, it work normally and the speaker also produce sound from my microphone. Only Test Speaker does not  work, so can not hear anything from other members on the meeting.Temporary Solution:I downgraded Realtek High Definition Audio driver from the latest version, from version 6.0.9357.1 (24/05/2022) to  6.0.9231.1 (31/08/2021)  and the speaker produce the sound again.I am not sure it is the new latest Zoom update that needs to be patched or my ASUS Vivobook Pro that needs to be patched. Zoom Technical Team please help to investigate this  issue so we can use the latest audio driver from Realtek.  Thanks and hope this helps.

I've had this problem for a while now. I attend regular meetings and my job is to occasionally share short videoes. Maybe 1 out 4 times there is no sound and someone else has to step in and share the video.  For the meeting today I did a sound check before the meeting and there was no sound when sharing the video. I restarted my computer and didn't have anything open and then sound was fine. 20 minutes later it didn't work. I didn't touch anything else and did used the exact same video and settings. I run the latest version of zoom on Windows 10. And yes, I have checked the box for "share sound" and "optimize for video". Is there anything I can do? I feel like a complete idiot when people message me that I have to check the box to share sound. I have this problem about once a week. 

Zoom on Android tablets has disabled the option to share only a single screen; instead, I am required to share the entire screen. Please, help me

During sessions, the assigned Co-Host has been unable to share music (using Itunes or any other app), without sharing their screen (selecting the Itunes window, etc). This occurs both when the Host is screen sharing and when they are not. We followed all steps through Advanced sharing options, etc. The latest post from 2022 says this was not an option, but looking for an update. The Co-Host only has a Basic account, if that matters.Thanks!

I really hope someone can help me. I need to show that I tried to enter a meeting but that I sat in the waiting room the whole time. Is there any way to see this in my own zoom records? Can the host see it in theirs? I don't think this is a meeting ID with invited participants, just a general shared link. It is critical that I have some sort of documentation. Can anyone suggest anything, please?

Hello,When I use Zoom for any meeting (joining others or making my own), my video is EXTREMELY delayed - by at least 3-4 seconds. People seem to be hearing my audio OK. This is on my PC, but there is also a delay when using it on my phone.Things I have tried:- uninstalling and reinstalling the latest version of Zoom (6.1.6)- taking off all the "touch up" filters and settings, and turning of blur background- using different devices (but I really just need it to work smoothly on my PC)- unplugging my webcam (the webcam works fine and other things like google meet and facebook messenger have great video quality and my voice and image are aligned! it's just when using Zoom) I did not always have this problem - a few years ago I was taking online classes through Zoom and it was all properly aligned! This is the same computer as then.Please help! I need to use Zoom for work now!!

In the Outlook Mobile App on Android devices, the onetap mobile link does not work correctly. It does not parse the full link including the passcode of the meeting so when a user clicks on it, it is still prompting them to enter the passcode. Is this a known issue with the Outlook Mobile app on Android? The onetap link works fine with Outlook app on iOS.

I can't open my  save recording 

I just instructed our employees to enable data retention for cloud recordings if they do not need to keep them indefinitely. Many people have enabled it and set their retention period to 30 days, but they still have recordings in the cloud that are more than 30 days old. How often are recordings deleted that exceed the retention period? Is it every 24 hours or something? Thanks!

Hi! Just today I was showing someone how to pause screen sharing. However, when I paused, people still saw the screen I was sharing. What am I doing wrong? Does it only work with an application like PowerPoint or Word?Thanks,Laura

Using Zoom on Win 11.Is there a way for Annotations to be enabled for all participants by default, but then during the meeting, the co-host can disable Annotations for all except a chosen participant? The chosen participant is not sharing their screen (and we are not using the Whiteboard), the screen is shared by the Host.All information so far details that the Host can do this, but when the co-host goes the the "More" there is no option to disable Annotations. Thanks 

I am host, with mac, pro zoom account with all automatically recording meetingsYesterday meeting with the team as part of training material did not record - just vanished. I download all the daily meetings end of day and all other meetings were there (cloud recordings) apart of this one . Checked the trash, asked the team if they seen recorded meeting, just to confirm if I pressed stop recording by accident - they all confirmed it was recorded as they accepted the message on entryChecked in my mac docs and downloads, and zoom files.Just vanished - cant find anywhere Can you please help

I wanted to record a meeting/podcast where each speaker is recorded on a separate track. Before the meeting, I went to Settings - Recording - "Record a separate audio file of each participant" but when I go to access my recording in the cloud I can only find audio recorded combined on one file. Why is this? Recently, my system got an upgrade from 22.04 to 24.04. Since then, Zoom can't output audio to my Jabra Speak 510. * Music players, browsers, spotify can use the Jabra sucessfully. Not a general hardware support problem.* Zoom can use the built-in speakers of the laptop successfully. Not a general audio problem with Zoom. Since 24.04 (Noble Numbat), Pipewire is used as the audio backend system. So, I already played around with some settings here. The Zoom client for Linux seems to use PulseAudio which Pipewire supports with a compatibility layer (package pipewire-pulse). This is installed. Has anybody faced something like this and has any pointers?

I am no longer able to share my sound if I attempt to share a screen.  The checkbox option to "share sound" is simply grayed out and unavailable.  As is the option to "Optimize Video" as well.  It is happening on three of my machines that are all on the same version Mac - 5.11.9 (10046) Monterey OS 12.1

Virtual backgrounds in Zoom web app stopped working since a few days ago. First there was a brief error message of virtual backgrounds not being able to start then no more warnings. Simply the option virtual backgrounds is not available anymore. 

Problem: I set up a meeting and sent out invites.  I went to the meetings page and copies another invitation.  Discovered later that I had two links.  One went to the meeting one went to a note that the host had another meeting going.  What did I do wrong? 

 I deleted meeting and webinar from zoom but when i tried recovering the deleted meetings/webinars i could only recover meetings and on webinar recovery it shows  following error:data: {code:30001, message: 'Meeting is not found or expired'}i am using api provided by the zoom

I'm seeking help re. virtual backgrounds. I lost the backgrounds I saved when I upgraded to the latest version of Zoom. Now, when I attempt to add them using the virtual background + option, they are not downloading for some reason. Any ideas? All the settings, account info remained in tact, but I can't seem to use the virtual background option.

When I am sharing my screen, I occasionally need to pause the screen and work on things in the background. Since the new update it seems that people using iPad or iPhone to see my shared screen will see black screen when I click pause.  I need this fixed ASAP 😞 Thank you community! Zoop

Can additional participant licenses be purchased during the meeting? or do they need to be purchased in advance?

Hi, Didi here ~ I'm trying to register for the Work Transformation Summit Zoom emailed me to my work email address but it won't let me use this same actual work e-address. Very frustrating & yes, I've tried other e-addresses & no, they don't work either. Otherwise, what's the point of trying to sign up if it doesn't let you use your preferred work email?!?  Zoom can piss off too many of its users with these aggravating Catch-22 situations... If anyone has any workarounds or suggestions I'm all ears.  Thanks!

My GoPro WAS working and now i just get a black screen. I’ve uninstalled the app, re-installed and tried all i can, but no connection! HELP!

I'm looking for support on this: I normally teach using an audio interface (shows up as USB Audio CODEC). Since today, I cannot increase the input volume and thus no sound. I can move it to the right but it jumps right back. Yes I am unmuted and the interface is working fine (I see the lights signaling the music), it's just downregulated by Zoom. Installing the Zoom software updates and restarting Zoom and the macbook haven't changed anything. With all other microphones I can change the input volume and am audible. I ended up teaching with airpods and computer sound, but still would like to get the system back working...
