The livestream app has been functioning smoothly for several weeks. However, since yesterday, we've been encountering a '502 Bad Gateway' error, preventing the app from opening.We've already attempted troubleshooting steps such as switching laptops, host accounts, and restarting the system, but the issue persists.

I have a user who works one day a week in the office and the rest of the week she works from home.  She is a Hubspot user and has Workplace subscription for Zoom.  We moved from Salesforce to Hubspot in February of this year.  We installed and deployed the Zoom Phone for Hubspot app so that our reps could make and receive calls from within the Hubspot browser.   Everything worked great for about 8 months, and then two weeks ago, the forementioned user noticed a problem where none of the calls she makes or receives are being automatically logged in Hubspot - not on the contact nor the company objects.  In fact, the calls are not showing up in Hubspot at all (even though she was making the calls via Zoom Phone for Hubspot integration.  Fortunately, we still had the call log in Zoom, so she could go back and manually log the calls, but that was not a real long-term solution.  We updated her apps and reconfigured her call settin

We recently received an approval for our new zoom marketplace app that is a bot for zoom meetings. The app is called e-chai meeting bot (from EnterpriseChai Inc). It was approved as an unlisted app.The product has a workflow that allows setting up a zoom user to authorize this app when the user wants to use this app for the zoom meetings. We are using recall.ai APIs that uses Zoom SDK to add the bot and connect our application the meeting streams. I keep waiting but the bot does not join. In the recall logs, I see the following error - that is the only thing I know. otherwise in my zoom account, I see that the app is there and healthy, but for some reason it is not joining my meeting (the meetings I setup).Really need help to troubleshoot this issue.  

After building the apps on zoom market place with all requirments and steps like scopes , etc.. and added all codes to my admin panel on my platform, i tried to have aclass on the platform but it says no permission and asked to contact for suupport. i use mac google chrome , zoom version 2.13.0

Hi, I am a Zoom admin for my org and i'm looking for some guidance/best practices around managing account level apps. We've seen more app requests from users that only allows a Zoom admin to install the app and a lot of them needs the installer to have access to the 3rd party app host to finish the configuration. We don't want to give users zoom admin rights or custom admin roles to be able to install those apps, it's not secure and the solution is not scalable as the request volume increases but at the same time, we as admins don't want to be the ones to install them because we don't have access to the 3rd party system to configure and establish the connection. What's the recommended way of managing these apps? Thanks!  

For 2 months, I have been running a Pipedream worfklow which triggers on a Zoom "Meeting End" Webhook. The Pipedream trigger sends back an immediate 200 response and then has a code step to Hash Validate per Zoom's documentation. This structure has been working for the last 2 months. Randomly, on 11/30/23 at 9:05 AM, I received a notification from Zoom detailing that my URL Endpoint Validation to Pipedream has failed. From that point on, I have not been able to verify the Pipedream Trigger URL in Zoom's Interface. My confusion comes from the fact that this worked for months and then in an instant it has started failing completely. I am wondering if anyone else has experienced this issue in the past week or so. There had to be some sort of change on the Zoom side to have this issue appear so spontaneously. 

Hi there! I'm developing AI Wardrobe app using flutter framework in which zoom audio/video calling and screen sharing features are required. I've integrated zoom SDK and followed all it's required steps in order to achieve this functionality but the main issue I'm facing is that I'm unable to see screen share extension in the meeting control panel or toolbar of IOS devices, even after following all it's required steps. (On android device, screen sharing feature is working fine). Please contact your IT team. As a personal user on my own laptop, I don't have an IT team so I'm not sure how to solve this problem. Any help would be much appreciated. Many thanks, John

The user's in my Zoom Workplace aren't able to integrate their Calendly account to Zoom. It's saying that the Admin (me) has to approve it, but I have no way to seeing how to do it?

It says apps will only appear on your zoom device if they have been installed in your zoom desktop application.it’s annoying 

the Live stream app has been set up and in use for several weeks now without issue.  Yesterday and today, I cannot get the livestream app to open up. I get a '502 bad gateway' error.  I have a 64-bit Windows business PC with 16gb ram; 1 tb hardrive. I am hardwired into my internet, that has been rebooted as well, yesterday.  I have: rebooted computer, updated zoom app,unstinalled zoom app, rebooted pc then redownloaded and installed.  I have a two-tiered masterclass coming up where one tier is livestream only and the other is paid vip to join the meeting in the zoom room. We have a couple of OAuth apps in the marketplace, one for zoom and one for zoomPhone api integration. Some of our customers are gov customers and we've been using api.zoomgov.com for apis.For authorizing those customers, we have used https://zoomgov.us/oauth/authorize?client_id=...&redirect... It seems that zoomgov.us no longer resolves to a valid network address anymore. We tried to change to zoomgov.com/oauth... but got an "Invalid client_id" message. Can you please confirm if zoomgov.us is valid or not and can you please point me to any documentation of this change? Thanks
