I want to build a customize zoom application in React. I want to integrate it in my website and want to display heartbeat and other facial expressions of the participants in the real-time(in the live zoom meeting). I tried to explore zoom meeting web SDK for it. However I found that web SDK doesn't allow access to raw video of the zoom so I can't process it to display heartbeat and other facial expressions. Is this possible to get the access to the raw video for making this kind of an app?Thank you

I am attempting to install the AI Notetaker and Transcription by Fireflies.ai app in Zoom. However, I am encountering an error message that states: "You cannot install the app because you don't have the required permissions. Please contact your IT administrator for permission and try again." The error message also mentions "Dashboard and Report > View Usage reports". I found view "Usage Reports" in the Reports section but I am not sure what this has to do with Dashboard and if I need to check anything in the Dashboard section of permissions, too? Could you please clarify the specific permissions required to install the Fireflies.ai app in Zoom? Thank you for your time and assistance.

I have a Zoom account and Fathom apparently comes with it. I want Fathom to automatically start recording on all of my Zoom meetings - It automatically starts on some of them, but most of the time when I start a Zoom, Fathom does not. In those cases I want to turn Fathom on for video recording and transcription  but there is no means of doing so. When I am in the non-Fathom meeting and I click on the "Apps" button at the bottom of the page, "Fathom" does not appear. It is a complete mystery to me why Fathom starts sometimes when I start a scheduled meeting, and sometimes does not. So if I can default to it automatically starting in every call, I can turn it off when needed. What's the secret? Why's it hard to find? I don't even know if I'm on the right board. 

We are trying to submit zoom app in marketplace, however it's throwing error "You must review and sign Zoom API License and Terms of Use before submitting apps for review. You may reload this page and try again.".can someone please help us? Zoom Apps

When I try to add the "outgoing webhook" app to the Zoom desktop app, the "Add" button is disabled. (I can add it via the web page, but it fails with the message "An inappropriate operation was performed.") Other apps add normally. Please advise on how to resolve this issue.  

We recently updated our redirect URL, which was functioning correctly in the staging environment. However, in production, we encounter 4700 "Invalid redirect" error during the OAuth authorization process. Despite adding the new redirect URL to the "OAuth Allow Lists," redirection issues persist in production. Staging Environment:Users access our application.They are redirected to the Zoom authorization page.Upon authorization, users return to our application with an authorization code.This code is exchanged with Zoom for access and refresh tokens successfully.Production Environment:Users attempting authorization receive the following error:https://zoom.us/oauth/authorize?response_type=codeError: 4700 "Invalid redirect"

In Calendly, when I connect my Zoom integration and then want to connect a different email address to both Zoom and Calendly, I disconnect the current integration. However, when I click 'connect' again, it automatically connects the email address that is logged into my Zoom account. Shouldn't it ask me which email address I want to connect (like Google meet integration)? Is there any way you can help me with this?

Hi, I am integrating Zoom LTI Pro with my LMS (Learning Management System), and I keep encountering the following error when attempting an LTI launch:NO Client ID found (2505). 400 - v=2.0; clid=aw1; rid=INT_4c51dddfab2ac4ae. 1.Are there any additional configurations required on the Zoom side to recognize the Client ID?  

i'm attempting to automate user management in zoom from google workspace.  i'm wondering if it's possible to use the ad sync tool with google secure ldap.   i am able to set up a connection to my ldap directory, but it looks like the queries the tool uses to enumerate the directory are not compatible with google.  is there any way to update the queries?   or is there another tool i should investigate.  i feel like zoom should have a better way to sync users with an external directory.   not everyone uses azure!  

Hi, I tried to Integrate Zoom with Pardot, Integration was successful but it is not working for Custom Questions. Required support on below points, Prospect first name, last name, email error ex: tester apiCustom Questions Data not syncing to Pardot (I have created Custom field in Pardot and followed all the steps in documentation mentioned (https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0068276)Im unable to contact Zoom Support directly, could you please help resolving this issue.  Thanks 

I have my Zoom VDI Workplace V6.1.13 installed and I am upgrading the version from my tenant.... the channel on the tenant is set to the latest version 6.2.11....  The application sees that there is an update pending as the registry is pointing to the correct channel in the tenant....When I reboot the Vmware VDI or close down Zoom in the system tray and re-open Zoom it should automatically update the version, but I am receiving the message:The System Administrator has set policies to prevent this installation....It's like the installer is no longer allowing a standard user to install the update, or the user has no rights to uninstall the current version...Anyone have any ideas?Any help greatly appreciated.

Hi, Anyone can advise why does the Zoom Slack app require im:history permission? This permission grants zoom to read my direct messages in Slack and I'm not sure what is the purpose behind requesting this access; since Zoom does not take any context of the messages in creating a meeting. Thanks!

Hi!We have received the data update email for apps on the marketplace.The last part of the email contains this indication: To provide the required information and complete the DSA compliance process, please go to your published app's Build Flow here, provide the details in the App Submission section, and submit an UPDATE request. We went to the indicated page and to the section where we uploaded the app, but there is no "App Submission" section!!!Or rather we can't find it and this means that we can't enter the requested data.Maybe we don't see it because our app is not for sale and is not public?Can anyone answer me?Thanks,mandl

I want to Join zoom meeting in react native. I used react-native-zoom-us library for this. It was working fine but now I want to user another zoom account and want to create meeting sdk app in that account. I have created general app with embedded meeting sdk but still this app is not published and it is under draft. when I am using this app sdk and secret key or client id and client secret I got error code 6601 that means app is not published yet. could you please confirm once app is released or I choose use this as unlisted app then after review this app key start working. In another account key which I was using earlier is still working and I am able to join meeting too but when I create meeting from new account then got error in joining meeting reason may be that I used another account sdk and secret key for jwt token while meeting is creating from another zoom account. Please guide me how can I handle this case. If there are some other way to create meeting sdk key then share t

With the recent change in the slack zoom integration UI observed from couple days, I see the UI for slack zoom intregration have some bug. When clicking numbers or the meeting ID triggers facetime app or any other calling application opening. can someone help me suggesting some settings or possibility available to get previous format back?Thanks
