Errors occurring every day in the Azure Provisioning Logs

I have the exact same issue provisioning new users from AAD to Zoom

Having the same issue.. 

Thank you all VERY much for leading me down the right road! I ran into exactly the same issues. With a Zoom engineer, we followed exactly these steps with one small addition (in bold below):

• https://portal.azure.com/?Microsoft_AAD_Connect_Provisioning_forceSchemaEditorEnabled=true#home
  (important - start from this link in order to add a custom attribute)
• Microsoft Entra ID > Enterprise Applications (sidebar) > Select your Zoom app > Provisioning (sidebar) > Edit Provisioning (at top) > Expand Mappings > Click "Provision Microsoft Entra ID Users" > Check "Show advanced options" > Click "Edit attribute list for Zoom"
• Add a new attribute to the list
  • Name: urn:ietf:params:scim:schemas:extension:zoom:1.0:User:zoomOneBizPlus
  • Leave type as "String" and all boxes blank
  • Save
• Return to "Attribute Mapping" page
• Add New Mapping
  • Mapping Type: Direct
  • Source attribute: extensionAttribute15 (or any other user attribute that is not set)
  • Default value if null (optional): 16
  • Target attribute: urn:ietf:params:scim:schemas:extension:zoom:1.0:User:zoomOneBizPlus
  • Match objects using this attribute: No
  • Apply this mapping: Always
  • Click OK
• Test provisioning again

I know this is an old thread but here I am in January 2025 and this is still a necessary step that is not listed in the SCIM setup documentation. My 2nd level support engineer provided nearly the same information and it is now working for me. Looks like the attribute name that is needed will vary depending on what licenses you have in your Zoom account. We have "Zoom Workplace Enterprise Premier with US/CA Unlimited" licenses and the custom attribute we needed to add was:

Attribute name:  urn:ietf:params:scim:schemas:extension:zoom:1.0:User:zoomOneEntPremier

Attribute value:  134217728

The Zoom Workplace plans require you to add an attribute/value when using SCIM provisioning. Please follow the steps below and let me know if this resolves the issue.

To add an attribute/value, navigate to the Zoom app in Azure > Provisioning > Edit Provisioning > Mappings > Click on Provision Microsoft Entra ID Users > Show Advanced Options

Click on Edit attribute list for Zoom, if you don't see Edit attribute list for Zoom, click this link and navigate back to Edit attribute list for Zoom > Enter attribute Name urn:ietf:params:scim:schemas:extension:zoom:1.0:User:zoomOneEntPremier > Save.

Click Add New Mapping > Mapping Value = Constant, Constant value = 134217728, Target attribute =  urn:ietf:params:scim:schemas:extension:zoom:1.0:User:zoomOneEntPremier > Save

Assign the Zoom app to a user as Licensed, Provision on Demand to confirm the user receives the correct license

Piggybacking on earlier posts - This is an older thread, but I still found myself here and contacting Zoom support.  I needed exactly what was mentioned above.  I also wanted to add another resource to this thread that I was sent by Zoom support (My school used ZoomOneEduEntPremier licenses, which is a different Constant value).  I was able to find mine in the link below.
