Hey! I think everything I have everything set up correctly with the Pardot Zoom App because I can successfully send registrant, attendee and absentee lists from Zoom to Pardot for free webinars. When I use the "Charge registration fee through PayPal" option in Zoom to create a paid webinar, the registrant information does not get sent to the configured Pardot list. Here are the Pardot Lists for a free and a paid webinar I set up to test. I am currently trialing some new software but it won't let me add Zoom to integrations. This is the message I get... This app has been suspended by Zoom temporarily. Hey, it looks like there is a 'recording viewed' webhook event which I can select in the 'scopes' section on my Zoom App submission (see attached) , but I can't find it in the events list (https://marketplace.zoom.us/docs/api-reference/zoom-api/events/)Any idea where can I see it?

we installed the zoom application (using ZoomInstaller.exe) and it was deployed in the following pathC:\Users\Administrator.L2BIGFIX\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Zoom Installing zoom using the MSI installer we see that zoom.exe is located inC:\Program Files (x86)\Zoom\bin\zoom.exe What is the difference between EXE and MSI installations?

Hello all, I have been using the Zapier integration with Zoom and Google Drive for several months, and it has been working beautifully. It copies all my cloud recordings directly to the designated folder in my GD. The trouble is, my Zoom queue fills up quite quickly. We have 1G free storage, and this is often exceeded before the system has time to recognize it and send us a warning email. I would love for Zapier to also be able to delete a Zoom recording once it has been transferred to the GD folder. Does anyone have any ideas on how I could accomplish this?  The built-in auto-delete feature in Zoom will not help, as the queue gets filled in a matter of hours, not days, and the Zoom feature only allows you to select "delete after X amount of days".

I need to update my Chromebook but when I try to download the new app from Google Play, it tries to connect to my Pixel phone. It won't give me the option of downloading it onto my Chromebook. What I find especially odd is that the email account Zoom is connected to is not the email account my Pixel is connected to. My Zoom is work, my Pixel is personal. Thoughts?

I tried to use my ngrok url for localhost:3000 to create my app, but it keeps saying wrong URL format, but when i remove the eu.ngrok.io suffix it allows me, the only problem is that when i try to see my app via add app it says site cannot be reached.

Hi Team,We are using MuleSoft OOB zoom connector ( Zoom Connector - Mule 4 | MuleSoft Documentation) and have given all required access.We are using Zoom API, using OAuth authorization. But we are getting connectivity error with below error message.OAuth authorization dance not yet performed for resourceOwnerId nullCode has been working fine for almost 21 days. After that we got above error and we would need to re-authorize the call-back Url.Please let us know, what configuration needs to do from our side, so that we won’t get this error and get rid of again re-authorize the call-back Url.Kindly let us know if required more details.

Hey there!  We recently enabled the Zoom for GSuite add on for our entire company. One of my employees linked the wrong Zoom account with the add on and now we can't figure out how to change that. We tried signing her out of the add-on and back in under the correct account, no luck. It still defaulted to the wrong account. I had the thought to uninstall and reinstall the add-on, but can't do that without affecting the whole company. Any ideas?

Hello Zoom Community, Our group supports a very large user base of 5,000 and looking for the best method for automatic account provisioning tasks. We currently run a hybrid method JIT (Just in time) with Okta and API calls to disable accounts.   I'm looking for feedback from a Zoom admin that has deployed Azure AD automatic user provisioning. Hello, Our company is looking to move over to Zoom for Meetings/Chat/Phones. We currently use 3cx for a phone system and we have a separate "In/Out Board" where people track where they are and for how long.  We are trying to see if there would be a way to use Zoom or a separate Zoom App to add this functionality to Zoom. I realize that Zoom Apps are for while you are in a call so we are looking at the different ways that something like this could be accomplished. We just rely a lot on when someone leaves or if they are only going to be gone for 15 minutes, or when someone might return. Is there any way to accomplish this with Zoom? Even with custom development within Zoom? Thank you
