Hello, Our company is looking to move over to Zoom for Meetings/Chat/Phones. We currently use 3cx for a phone system and we have a separate "In/Out Board" where people track where they are and for how long.  We are trying to see if there would be a way to use Zoom or a separate Zoom App to add this functionality to Zoom. I realize that Zoom Apps are for while you are in a call so we are looking at the different ways that something like this could be accomplished. We just rely a lot on when someone leaves or if they are only going to be gone for 15 minutes, or when someone might return. Is there any way to accomplish this with Zoom? Even with custom development within Zoom? Thank you

We use slack for everything at my company and all of the sudden we are unable to do the command '/zoom + enter' and a link appears for someone. Do we know why this is or how to get this connected? Attached is the error that we receive when trying to send a Zoom link through our Slack channels.

In my web version I have already added the option to create a meeting with zoom from the app, now as I am developing the Mobile version with IONIC for both ANDROID and IOS I'm having difficulties integrating the APIs for both authentication and create a meeting from ionic.

Hi, I can't see any apps from my Zoom desktop client. When I click on the Apps button, it just keep loading indefinitely, and the same occours when I try it inside a call. I don't see any help in the FAQ section or Google, so... Can someone help me, please? Thank you.

Has anyone tried to integrate Salesforce with Zoom for Healthcare? I've been able to successfully integrate Salesforce with my standard Zoom account, but I'm now being asked if it would also work on Zoom for Healthcare. Is anyone aware of a reason or a subtlety as to why it wouldn't work? Thanks!

Good morning, since the introduction of the marketplace I cannot use virtual backgrounds anymore. I have installed the virtual backgrounds app and tried to select a background from the selection displayed left hand in the meeting screen. Next, it tries to download the according packet, which fails with no specific error message/description: Download fehlgeschlagen/Download failed. I am using the German language with the latest version of the client on MAC OS  12.2.1, which has been reinstalled from the scratch. I don't think it matters, but I start Zoom with Firefox 97.0.1. Has anyone else this problem or a solution? I need this feature urgently for data protection purposes, Thanks for any kind of assistance in advance Oliver  

Hello, I can't activate the marketplace button in parameters. Zoom tells me that is blocked by administrator. The problem is that we have no administrator. I am the account owner. What can i do ?

In our product we need users to get guidance from experts and experts will send some custom design widgets to users so users can interact with them during zoom calls. At the moment when we join the zoom meeting, we're getting a fixed UI design. So the question is can we design our unique UI by just using zoom video functionality, we would like to have our own buttons designed for joining, screen sharing, leaving meetings, etc.

Hello,The Outlook (web) Zoom add-in does not work when I'm signed into my Google account on Chrome but it works fine if I use Chrome as a guest.When I select Add a Zoom meeting in my outlook calendar invite, the Zoom add-in just hangs.When selecting Zoom settings from the calendar invite, it also hangs.I've tried removing the add-in and adding it back. I've had our IT dept look at it and they couldn't figure it out other than telling me it has something to do with my being logged into my gmail account.I need to be logged in so I can sync my bookmarks etc.Can anyone help?

Hi Everyone,I have a user who is trying to sign into Zoom using their Google account, they're able to via the website but then they try to sign in using Google through the Outlook Add-in they receive the attached message. I have enabled less secure add-ins within Chrome but the issue is still occurring, has anyone seen this before? Thanks!

I just learned of an Epson laser projector on which Zoom can be installed. I haven't used it yet, so don't know more about how it works. It got me wondering, which is why I'm here, is there a category of projector that allows for Zoom? what is that "internet enabled"? And what makes one better/worse?  thanks

We are using the link for the url schemas in zoom and it works without problems, but the other url (Third Meeting) cannot be used for the zoom schema since I have problems opening them directly in the mobile browser, in order to launch the mobile app of zoomHow can I solve this problem?Any account settings?any account update?Thank you for your attention and any feedback.
