Hello. Yesterday i bought an annual Pro plan. And i realised that it can not provide two parallel conferences.So i read that Business plan can. I tried to upgrade Pro plan to Business, but i have two problems.Business plan shows that i should buy minimum 10 licenses, but i need only one.And i don't know if this upgrade will count the money i already invest in the Pro plan.Can anyone help?

Bisher habe ich die Kamera vom Laptop aus für ZOOM gestartet. Das hat immer funktioniert. Seit der neuen externen Kamera wird keine der beiden Kameras mehr erkannt. Ohne ZOOM gehen beide. Wer kann mir helfen?

I successfully implemented the logic of sending and receiving 720p video from the desktop. But when I try to play the same thing on a tablet (on iPad, Chrome) , the video will not be rendered at all. I do not see the participant, and the participant does not see me. SharedArrayBuffer is enabled on tablet.Thanks for help.

At outlook, when I send a schedule  change, it is rewritten to the Zoom directions and the text with the schedule details is totally erased!!What is the best way of change a setting?

We are starting to see again, when students click on the LTI Pro integration in their Bb course site they are getting a "Bad Request" page that comes up. It is very similar to what we saw last spring when students were getting a similar "Unauthorized" message when clicking on the tool link in their Bb course. We have looked into the browser Enhanced tracking within Firefox but that doesn't seem to fix this new "Bad Request" issue and it also seems to be happening in Chrome as well. This isSomething went wrong. Hi Support, Refer to the email below, After I sign in to Marketplace, I only see the ‘Update’ button instead of ‘Reinstall’. Upon booting up Zoom I receive a message saying that my Zoom app will 'no longer be supported after August 2022', and that I should change to Zoom PWA, however this is greyed out and unavailable on the Chrome web store. Does this mean my current version of Zoom will stop working after a while? Is it necessary that I migrate to Zoom PWA, and if not what are the reprecussions? Thanks in advance, Michelle

I am trying to integrate Marketing Cloud with Zoom. But, my end point URL is not validating even though it doesn't have any errors.

Hi,  I am trying to add zoom to slack and I keep getting this error message. Unable to install this app without the developer's account. Please contact the app developer to install. I have added all the permessions and its still giving me the same rror

I am unable to access the zoom developer page and keep getting redirected to the zoom apps marketplacehttps://marketplace.zoom.us. There is no "Build App" on the dropdown. I've seen other advice and added "go" in front but that does not help.

We published a marketplace app a few months ago. I am the owner of the marketplace app. I just began developing a new feature related to cloud recordings which requires a PRO account. I joined my company’s PRO account so I can develop and test. In doing so, the app has completely disappeared from the Admin dashboard. I have no access to it. I still see the app in the zoom marketplace so it still exists. But where did the ownership of it go? Did it get lost in the abyss?

We deliver live classes to students and would like to use Kahoot. Our students use their own personal accounts. Does anyone know if we are able to check which students have installed Kahoot or not on their personal accounts? Can that information be "called" somehow when they enter our Zoom room? Can students agree to send us a confirmation after installation? If a student does not have Kahoot installed, we would like to show them a message that advises them to install it prior to entering the live class in zoom.

Hey all, I wanted to see if the Active App Notifier Report works as it says it does. I added a marketplace app (Meeting Tools, Timer, Transcription, Notes w/ Read) to my account and used it during some active meetings. As stated in the attached link, the Active Apps Notifier icon  indeed appeared in the top-left corner of the meeting window, saying that the app was accessing audio, video, chat and files. But, alas, when looking in the Active App Notifier Report (in the marketplace.zoom.us -> Manage -> Apps on Account -> Installed Apps -> Apps Accessing Content in Meeting/Webinar Report) it was empty
