Seriously Zoom's products are pretty great compared to the competition but I don't understand how they are missing the most basic functionality on something so simple. You have day, work week, week, and agenda views, but no monthly view? Would love to see this added.

When creating an invite, we used to link the add to calendar to our confirmation letter that went out. Now when we click the link to add these events to the Outlook Calendar we get this, does anyone know how to fix this issue so it goes back to link to calendar?

On the CALENDAR TAB:- "VIEW" pull down, I see DAY, WORK WEEK, WEEK, AGENDA. But how does one view by MONTH??- "EVENTS" pull down, how about adding something like "Zoom meetings" and "My Hosted Zoom Meetings"?  The "Hosted by you" gives me too many events!    

When I schedule a Zoom meeting from my Surface Pro, I add the attendees and click save which then opens up my Outlook Email App. From there, I click send to invite my attendees, however, the attendees do not receive my email (I know this because they reach out saying they haven't seen an invite on their end). As a temporary fix, I've been going into my Outlook Calendar and manually inviting the attendees that way (i.e. creating an Outlook event and adding in the Zoom link), but then two separate invites are sent with the same Zoom link. The attendees receive both which is obviously not what I want either.However, when I try and schedule from the Zoom App on my Macbook, it all goes fine. I'm able to add my attendees, click save, and the invite is sent out right from my Zoom App and immediately connects with my Outlook Calendar.  I only use my Macbook occasionally from work and my Surface Pro is my main work computer so I'd really like to sol

I'm not receiving zoom emails to my personal email address. Please advise. Thanks

👍I have an iMac using the latest upgrade Sequoia 15.3.1. 👍When I generate A Zoom meeting I can save it in my Calendar using the link in 'My Meetings' by using 'Outlook Calendar' (.ics) 👎I cannot then seem to send anyone else an invite - even if i put them in the original invite generated when I am setting up the meeting OR to invite them from the calendar itself - any advise really welcome

I have never done this kind of thing before however, I'm kind of desperate. I am a Zoom client who uses Zoom for personal family/friend Zoom meetings as well as setting up meetings for some community groups of which I am a member. Since installing Windows 11, I am unable to connect my Zoom account to my Outlook Calendar and Contacts. I use MS Office 365 and it is a personal account. If I try to connect the Calendar when I open the Zoom app (on my pc laptop) I am instructed to log into my Office account. The problem is, as I wrote above,  I have a personal account with Microsoft Office 365 not an educational or business account. From what I've been reading through my online searches for a solution, this is a problem for many and seems to stem from Microsoft and not Zoom. However, I would think that Zoom would want this problem solved for your clients such as myself. My team member had an issue with one of the Meetings,She has delegate access on her managers zoom account and scheduled a meeting invite from his Calendar , She is able to see the invite on her Google Calendar but its missing from her Zoom Calendar, please help

In fact, I just went and refreshed it. On the home view: No events scheduled. On the calendar view: Events.  Scheduling has occurred from: * Schedule a meeting on the home page* In Fantastical (linked to my business gcal which has join button on events* Via Zcal which has access to the same calendars  I can't for the life of me figure out why zoom isn't talking to it's own dashboard.

Got an email saying that we need to enabled NAA by the 27th of January. I am trying to enable the NAA in the Zoom web portal using the KB article (https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0078410). I follow all the steps but once I put in the office creds and approve the permissions it kicks me back to a Zoom site that says uh-oh page not found. This feature is still not enabled. 

In the interest of security, I'm switching from Google to Proton for my email & calendar, Unfortunately, it doesn't seem like Zoom is able to integrate with Proton calendar. Are there any plans to expand calendar integration so it is compatible with more than the current Zoom, Google, or Microsoft 365 (Exchange) calendar services?

Ive been using Zoom for the last two months and have not been able to work out how to get my regular zoom attendees emails into zoom ? I have to open up an email copy and paste the email address into zoom? How do you get a list of contacts straight off my computer into zoom? Is there a way to sync so I don't have to go looking for emails? Every time I set up a meeting with one of my staff there's gotta be away. I've asked this question before, but still haven't got a solution to it I still use Google meet and I don't have to spend any time thinking about this. I just type the first letters are their name and it comes their email but here I go in zoom round and round. Not sure why I'm missing this Point. I'm on a Mac. Good Day. I need to be able to send invites where the other invitees cannot see each others email adresses. I cant do this as a meeting invite as Outlook has no BCC function on meeting invites. I can only BCC people on a email but I want the meeting invite to go to their calendar

Are you able to auto forward emails from Zoom mail? My job won't allow us to sync Microsoft 365 with Zoom so I would like to auto forward my emails from my zmail to my outlook to ensure I don't miss anything. Hi, I work as an assistant and schedule lots of zoom meetings for my boss. I've noticed since the update (we have Version: 5.16.10 (25689)), that every time I schedule a meeting and add it to my boss's calendar and invite the other attendees, once I save the event MY gmail is automatically added as an attendee. So then if I'm not in the meeting I have to go back in and delete myself. Is there any way to turn this off? 

I had a situation (n=3) where the scheduled meetings in Zoom disappeared from account.  When folks went to login, meeting link was no longer valid. ZOom support says it is connected to my Google calendar and if I delete from Google calendar, it will delete from account.  Never wanted any connection to my Google calendar anyway...I don't use Google calendar for work. Any suggestions to disconnect all communication between Zoom and Google?  

I'm currently in the job search process and have encountered this problem three separate times now.1) The recruiter/hiring manager sends me a regular email saying they scheduled our meeting via Zoom.2) I do not receive an invitation via email from Zoom, nor does the meeting appear on my Zoom schedule on the desktop app/web app or Google Calendar. An invite email is not in my Spam/Junk folder.3) I email the recruiter/hiring manager asking them to resend the invitation or meeting link, but they assure me I was sent the invitation and they can see me as "accepted" on their end.4) I have to ask them to send the meeting details via email anyway, which makes me look entirely unprofessional. Is this a known issue? How can I ensure my email is whitelisted by Zoom? I did the "test email" function with the chat bot, which are delivered, but I don't get any other Zoom emails.

Is it me alone? Am I just too clumsy? Does Zoom want to get rid of Apple product user customers? What is described below took / is taking  place on the Zoom Desktop App. FORMER SCHEDULING METHODUntil a few days ago, after setting the date and time of a new meeting and clicking Save in the "New event" pop up window, a new window would automatically pop up to insert this meeting in my Apple Calendar.  NEW SCHEDULING METHODNow, to reach the same result (i.e. to have a window popping up to insert the new meeting in my Apple Calendar), I need to: 1. Scroll the "New event" pop up window down to its bottom2. Click Export3. Click Use an external calendar Does anyone know how I can set up my Zoom account to avoid these 3 additional steps? I want help finding out about the send button which is gone on the email. I cant connect with my clients. What is going on?

Am I alone in misunderstanding the design of Zoom Mail?  I just added on a small environment to test and evaluate.  The FIRST thing I discover when sending an email to my gmail account, is that the message arrives into my gmail recipient as a "Zoom Mail Notification"!!  I view that Notification and then find that I have to click a button in that email which then directs me to a webview of the original email.  Is it me or this crazy??!!!!!!  I have to be missing something because there cannot possibly be a billion dollar company with pretty good technology....that forgot how email works. How do recipients reply to Zoom emails??  Reply to the Notification??  Every email from Zoom has the same subject...."Zoom Email Notification".  You wouldn't even know which email you're replying to. Look, I get it that there are use-cases where one wants to send an encrypted email....and anybody on an enterprise email plat

ISSUES AREN'T JUST ONE THING MY PERSONAL MEETING DISAPPEARED.ALL BUTTONS AND LAYOUTS HAVE CHANGED. IF I EDIT A MEETING THAT IS REOCCURRING IT DISAPPEARS FROM MY MY MEETINGS! PLUS IT CHANGES THE DATE AND TIME TO WHEN YOU ARE EDITING.  VS LETTING ME EDIT WHAT I WANTMEETINGS NO LONGER LINK TO MY CALENDAR. HOW DO I UNDO ZOOM WORK PLACE. IT'S HORRIBLE. NOT USER FRIENDLY. Hello,I have Acquity calendar on my Squarespace site so clients can schedule Zoom meetings. Since the last update, people have not been able to access their meeting. This has happened on my old iMac running Monterey and my fancy new iMac running Sequoia. What's going wrong?
