Hi, I'm trying to complete the branding domain configuration, but it keeps failing.Zoom domain configuration I followed the instructions in the zoom admin console, and my IT created the CNAMEand I can see that the CNAME is correct in dnschecker.org DNSchecker.org But it is still showing as failed.  Any idea why ?

I have a Zoom Event set up and it has a few existing sessions and speakers. I would like to upload the remaining sessions and speakers using an CSV file (basically using the instructions at https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0069120). I have been completely unable to get this to work. I upload session information through CSV file as per https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0065263 but when I get to the step that says "Click Choose Files to select the CSV file you want to import. After selecting a CSV file to upload, click Open." whenever I choose my file and click Open, nothing hap

 I had tried thousand times, either one person will be erased when two people are in the same camera using virtual background. Is the camera only can capture one object in the virtual background? Is any setting or equipment required for multiple people in the same camera when using virtual background? 

Under custom registration questions, is there a way for you to import answer choices when you select a "single choice" or "multiple choice" question? My organization asks people what "chapter" of our organization they are from and we want to have a drop down with all of the options but we have over 200 and that's a lot to type out. Many other platforms have this feature.

I am writing to seek help with issue I am facing with breakout rooms in Zoom Events.Despite creating the event, setting up the breakout rooms, and pre-assigning attendees to their respective rooms prior to the start of the session, the automatic movement of participants into their pre-assigned breakout rooms does not occur once the meeting starts.Specifically, when I select the option to automatically move all assigned participants into their breakout rooms, nothing happens, and the attendees remain in the main session. After receiving an event invitation via email and clicking the link to download the .ics file for Outlook, a separate calendar titled "untitled" is automatically created. Could Zoom modify this behavior? This issue can be resolved globally by simply updating the code on Zoom’s end. By changing the line METHOD:PUBLISH to METHOD:REQUEST in the .ics file, this would fix the problem for many users.

I received the email a few days ago telling me I needed to re-authenticate by Feb 1st Maybe I am being an idiot, but I don't know what I am supposed to do in order to complete this task? I have gone to the Zoom Events for Hubspot app in the Zoom App Marketplace, but then what do I do? There are images relating to adding the email addresses, but that's step 2.

How can I get the zoom meeting registration emails that are sent to me as the host of the meeting to include all of the information I request on the registration form? I have Questions & Comments as optional and I'd like to see that information in the emails that send to me whenever someone registers. How can I do this?

I'm testing Events/hub with a full meeting single session. THe default email event reminder notification (one week, one day, one hour) is set up. My attendees are not receiving the one day before notification, but are getting the 1 hour before notification. The one week before in this case is not relevant.  I did a test, making it 24 hours and 48 hours before, and it just missed the 48 hour target notification.  What is going on? The notifications are pretty important. I have multiple testers, including myself, and the experience is across the board. Thanks!

I have had a zoom pro account for 4 years. Up until last Fall, I was able to go FB Live to a private group page, however that changed. I am not able to do so. Suggestions would be appreciated.

Has anyone come across this: Our alt. host for the last year have been able to screenshare/share slides as their background. But now when they go in the option is grayed out in the advanced options. - updated accounts- all listed as alt host on events- and one is even a licensed user in our hub   

Hi! I have upgraded my plan to include zoom sessions for a given number of attendees. I am in zoom events and I have added all of my business and billing information (setting up registration payments through stripe), but how do I start creating my event? Thanks!

I attempted to Live stream a LI Live event yesterday. Everything set up correctly and I hit the go live button...but there was quite a significant lag between what I was saying and when it was broadcast, meaning I ended up speaking over myself or leaving big gaps while I waited for the sentence to finish. Does anyone know why this was happening and how I fix it? I had to end the live event and reschedule as a result. 

I have an attendee registered for an event who is requesting a receipt.  How can I issue one through Zoom?  Can I set up to the registration so that it issues proof go purchase when they complete their registration?  Or afterwards?

I have a Link only for members that is a constant and permanent link, but I would like to invite guests to the meeting but I don't want them to have a permanent link... is there a way to do that?

We recently hosted a training on Zoom that we typically record. None of our usually hosts ended up recording, but we heard the pop up that it was being recorded and we all assumed it was one of us. It wasn't, but we would love to have the recording. Is there a way to find out who recorded it, so we can get the recording from them? We'd like to upload it to our YouTube Channel, as we usually do with all of our trainings. 

Hi new to zoom events, have successfully run 2 conferences hosting numerous sessions at the same time.  However, I am trying to publish an event, similar to the ones I've already run, and I keep getting this error message: business_info_is_not_set  I've been through everything and I can't find anything referring to business info. Can anyone help/advise?Thanks in advance 

We have a large event this coming Thursday where we anticipate 1,500 attendees. It is all simulive. When testing and viewing on the web client, we have been experiencing very significant issues with the video and audio. The video lags, the audio gets out of sync, we get low bandwidth or unstable network prompts. This is a very important event, and a lot of our attendees will be joining via the web client as opposed to the app for various reasons, despite our communications that the app is best for optimal viewing. Has anybody else experienced any sort of issue or has anybody raised anything to Zoom? We can't be the only ones experiencing this. We've tried literally everything. We were up until 3 a.m. today playing around with files types, tweaking any potential setting that we think could be causing the hang-up. We just tested 10 different sessions with 10 different file types, so have tested this extensively with every type of video file setting and session formats (even a live eve

Whenever I create a meeting with a randomly generated room, the moment somebody else accepts the outlook invite zoom deletes the meeting and I need to recover it from my trash can to put it back on my calendar. Would really appreciate any insight on this! Thanks.

What can I do to resolve Zoom incorrectly blocking UK users from joining a UK-only meeting? Multiple users, based in Wales, have recently been blocked from meetings on the incorrect basis of being in Germany or the Netherlands. How can this be fixed? 

Dear All,  Today I wanted to add LinkedIn as a live stream option but I have nowhere to enter the link and code because when I click on the additional live stream services besides Facebook etc., automatically my Instagram is activated. I remember that it took ne forever to arrange this last year but now I need to remove this option. Does anybody know how to remove Insta and then connect LinkedIn? Just unklicking and clicking again the button "Benutzerdefinierter Live Streaming Service" (custom live streaming) does not work.  Thank you in advance! Kristina
