I have one Zoom account with is based on my desktop, with its own IP.  for me to broadcast two zooms at once, i cannot do it from that IP, right?  I have to get another IP from a smartphone or laptop. thanksjbenet7

Hello I registered for an event, then the person constantly changes the event and I am constantly notified of this but there is no unsubscribe option is there a way to cancel my registration? I tried signing up for it again and cancelling but I am not sure that the zoom system is intelligent to stop harassing me in this manner. I figure they would have sent me two emails and now they will just continue to send me 1 email every week is there any way to stop it?

Hi Zoom Event Gurus! Is it possible to change the Sponsor's Tiers to something other than Platinum, Gold and Silver? I need to match the client's own set sponsor tiers. Thanks in advance,Laura (Neolé)

Здравствуйте! Подскажите, мне нужно провести эфир на двух спикеров , в ВК через Зум. Я подключил лицензию, но функция потокового вещания не появилась. Подскажите как решить вопрос?

Hi there! Am praying someone will be able to help me as I'm about to record a podcast episode. I always got two separate audio files which I need for editing purposes  but that facility seems to have disappeared? It's just giving me one file with both voices on. Any help much appreciated! Thanks, Suzy

I have zoom integrated with Calendly.  When my guests submit an event request the zoom link that they are receiving is not the one that is connected to my Zoom account.

I belong to a closed Facebook discussion group. We are having an event on Sunday and want to link a scheduled Zoom meeting to that event. How is that done?

I bought a Zoom Events 500 Monthly licence this morning.  I am based in Ireland  Europe. In the Instruction to start a Zoom Events Hub, it states click 'Manage' which is on the top-right corner of the  page. I cannot find this 'Manage 'option. does anyone know why I cannot see this.

Having some people review events listed on my host profile page, I got feedback that it was confusing that a pay event had buttons to register for "Series" or "Drop-in", but there was no button for the free event (I would assume probably also not for a single event that required payment). The user complained that it was confusing looking for a button to click on to register for the free event and it was not clear that you needed to click anywhere on the event to go to registration. I would propose that for consistency, all events have a button to register. Probably 3 versions: "Register" for single events that require payment or are free, and the current "Drop-in" and "Series" buttons

Hi all, Is it possible to send an alert or notification of some sort to a participant during a meeting? For instance, in a conference, is it possible to send an alert to a specific participant who is speaking letting him/her know the time is up? Something more visible than sending a direct text via chat that may not be seen by the said participant? Thanks!

HI, I checked the meeting records in Zoom Room to generate a report after the meeting. There is no response even if you click the meeting ID as below, and you cannot check the participant information. Can we see why this phenomenon occurs?

Dear Community, How do a share a recorded meeting file with authenticated participants without deleting it?I recorded the session to the cloud, and stopped recording and ended call.   I have found the recording - now what?

Is there anyway to take the 'Share' button off my private event page.   The whole point of it being Private is that I don't want it shared.  I realize that I can't completely prevent people from sharing the link, but having a 'Share' button with 5 different ways to share the link IS NOT HELPING.  I realize that I can create specific settings to only allow certain people into the meeting, but I need people to be able to register for the event (access the link) as soon as they join my private website community.   (They join, they can see the community, they can see the link).  I thought I had finally found a solution to host a zoom meeting that prevented  unwanted people from joining.  Clearly I have not.

Why can't I have an OnZoom meeting with paid tickets going on one tablet and on a separate tablet have a regular Zoom meeting going?  My initial meeting id is different than the one that generates for OnZoom paid customer tickets.  Or is there a way to do this that I don't know about?  I teach a dance fitness class on Zoom and on OnZoom and some of my clients either don't want to pay over the internet or don't have a way to.  Would be nice if I could make having to use Zoom easier for them and better for myself.  Even being able to do a split screen on one tablet with just Zoom and OnZoom people would be awesome and even better.  Thanks for any help.

Greetings! It does not allow me to cancel the authentication required of the entrants ..Know why?How can you cancel?

necesito contratar zoom interpretation o a que numero tengo que llamar para contratarlo... gracias

Hello everyone,I have had this black bar on my overlay in the view of the participants for about 1 week. I see the participants, but they see me and this black bar. I didn't have this problem before. Is this possibly due to a new software version? Thanks for your support.

I want to send the variable userEmail in a form. Can someone help me? Ex.: your E-Mail: <#if userEmail ?? >${userEmail}</#if>

How does a presenter  (zoom host) participate in his own polling question?  I have created the polling but can not participate in the polling.

Hey community,   I have an OnZoom event happening on Saturday and I received a notification for the first ticket sale a few weeks ago but have not recieved any notifications for sales after that. I didn’t think anyone had bought tickets until some people told me they had registered and I never saw email notifications come through.   Does anyone have any experience with this?

Hi,I purchased the license for 500 for the Zoom Event. I logged into Zoom Events and there is no button in the dropdown that has the option to create the event. This is really not user friendly, and I am not sure if I am missing something. I do not even see a manage button.  I only see favorites and tickets on the dashboard. At this point I am ready to cancel since there is no simple way to get the question answered. I just purchased it today, so I am not sure if there is a waiting period ? Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks so much!

I would prefer sponsors have to put their own info in - pictures, logos, videos, documents, etc.  Otherwise - this will eat up a lot of our own time - especially since there are size limitations, etc.  Is there a way a sponsor can edit their own "booth" info?

Is there a way to share text in different languages for interpreted meetings?
