Customer is experiencing garbled audio on some connections. The audio is coming from a USB audio source. ON an initial test with one person viewing on the far side the audio was perfect. during the next event there were several clients on the far side and the audio was garbled, unintelligible and not synced. I listened to the far side audio and found that it is clearly digitizing and the same sound is repeating rapidfire on top of the original sound.  I am looking for a probable cause before spending a ton of my customer's money troubleshooting this issue. So I am wondering if there is a network issue involved. The near-side computer is directly connected at 1Gb to the main switch in the building.  I know the audio is clean going to the computer as the initial Zoom test on completion of the install went perfectly with the words clear and in sync. Less that 24 hours later using the exact same computer in exactly the same location and the sound was garbled

We recently enabled Eventbrite to link up with Zoom for an event.  I wish we had not as we found that 1. Eventbrite generated a different Zoom weblink for the event to those registering from the Zoom event weblink that the presenters had shared to run a rehearsal. Fortunately we spotted this BUT 2.Despite ticking the record box in the original Zoom when we ran the event itself it was not recorded. We can only presume that was because the Eventbrite Zoom set up did not transfer the recording instruction 3.It was not possible to alter the Zoom event in Eventbrite in order for the presenters to meet ahead of the event privately i.e it looks like by linking our Zoom account with the Eventbrite account the Eventbrite dictates the time parameters of the event. We are on the verge of uncoupling the accounts  and reverting to manual management  i.e doing the promo/ticketing on Eventbrite and but setti

Is OnZoom considered a Subscription? Like an add-on to Zoom Pro and is there a charge to add OnZoom to your (paid) Pro subscription? I have searched the site and can't seem to find if this is a no-cost tool allowed to be used in addition to my paid subscription.

I'm confused how to be on Zoom and Facebook Live, as I received audio feedback. Zoom is not clear - you have to have the Facebook browser open for this to work?  And if so, the sound is on, and it's impossible to stream?  One the livestream starts, can you log OUT of Facebook?

Can the Sony x70 memory card was set to film program. But, it looks like then the record to Zoom doesn’t then take place. The Zoom picture and audio is as it should be for viewers but the record Zoom does not put file on desktop. Any help from anyone. Also, if we use a dynamite mic to event and Rode mics for Zoom will we need mixer?

When I try to share advanced audio during my zoom meeting because I would like to share music a window pops up asking to install zoom audio but in order to do so I must put in my password, which I do its the exact same one I used to log into zoom but it keeps saying it is an error and will not let me advance and install zoom audio. Please help need this for work, Thank you for your help and time. Deborah

We are hosting an event via Zoom Events Platform for the first time.  We need peoples identities to be anonymous from one another while chatting in Lobby, etc.  Is there a way to do this?  Please help!  Thank you!

Hi there, I am unable to use auto-transcript as it does not recognise my accent or speech pattern and just produces gobbledygook. I have therefore typed live closed captions as I have gone along. I have saved both the video and closed caption files. I then trimmed the video and edited the closed caption file so that they fit. I can replay the video and manually add the subtitle file and that is fine for me. I do however need to send the video out to others and require the subtitles to be embedded in the video they watch. I know that I can send the two files out to people but do not want the audience to have to manually add the subtitles themselves. There must be a way! I do hope someone here can show me. Many thanks.

For a number of months now I have experienced problems relating to Zoom Updates.  When I open up Zoom I am told I need to update to 5.3.0* or higher to sign in.  I select Update now* and the Update begins*. The Update is completed 

我是主持人，在電腦分享畫面時，如果是分享桌面或是Ｄ槽資料夾等畫面，我的電腦及與會學員（也就是從我自己手機加入會議的）即我的手機上，可以看到這些畫面，但當我在電腦打開doc文字檔案或圖片或pdf檔或是line的畫面分享，我的電腦會議視訊中有這些畫面出面，但在手機上看到的主持人的畫面整個就變成灰黑色的，看不到由電腦中所分享的文字檔或圖片或pdf檔或是line的任何畫面，整個都是灰黑色。 操作這分享畫面時，我都是在錄影當中操作的。但應該在錄影中也不能有這些問題出現，因為將來若上課時，我會用到畫面分享，而我也會錄影全程上課內容，所以這個問題要決解，但不知如何解決，有人能提供資訊嗎？

My company just upgraded my Business license with the Zoom Event add-on.Does this mean that if I hold a regular meeting - not an Event - my participant capacity is 1000, or does the 1000-participant capacity come into play only if I schedule a Zoom Event?Thanks in advance!

We're intending to offer a global Zoom event for our community that is paid. I see a list of accepted countries, but am wondering if there is a way to still offer to those outside the Zoom list of regions. It appears that making it a FREE event would open it up to every country; do I understand correctly? If so, perhaps we could charge them separately and register them manually? Any guidance is valued. 

Hi, is there any timeline or roadmap for a brazilian portuguese (or other cultures) internationalization for the zoom events public interface?  

For a ZoomEvent, we have manually set up each speaker's bio, photo, social handles, etc and everything is showing up EXCEPT for their Company Website.  We've tried inputting the website several different ways -- by https:// or by www.  But nothing seems to work.  Has anyone else had this problem? 

Hi,I'm hosting a Zoom event, is there a way for validating the attendees when accessing the session?For example: provide/upload beforehand to Zoom a list of people invited, this way, when the attendees enter the session they are asked to register their email and crosscheck it with the list provided to grant accessMy intention is to avoid that people with the link can access the event if they are not part of the list Thank you very much 

Help! I've my first workshop scheduled for October the 9th and when I test the zoom link it automatically goes live while I'm sitting here in my pjs. How can I get Zoom to show a message saying this call is scheduled for 10am 9th of October and not have random people popping into my zoom.

Hi Community, we recently held an event using Zoom Events, after previously doing most of our events as meetings. The one big issue we had was getting people in to the event. We are wanting to run future and ongoing events for people with low digital literacy levels and ease of access of joining is looking like it might squash that project (or at least the use of zoom in that project).   What I like about a zoom meeting is that you can use the one link and pass it around to a group of people or even bookmark it to their desktop and they can come and go again and again using the same link.   So far I can not find anything in the documentation that suggests this is possible with events, and in fact everyone needs to have their own unique link. Has anyone found a way around this or a way to make it easier?

Hello!  Is it possible to duplicate a recording hosted on zoom?  I'd like to slightly edit/trim the 8.5 hour event I just hosted and share the new version using a different link.  And, keep the old link I've already distributed active.  Could someone tell me whether this is possible?  And, if so, how to do it? HelloI got a Zoom Event ticket for an event I paid to watch. I have a Chromebook with Zoom PWA. Regular Zoom meetings start fine with it, even when I get to a Zoom join page on the browser. For regular meetings, I click the link to use Zoom PWA and it works well. With this specific Zoom Event ticket, it does not. Instead, I get a page saying my device is not supported. 1 . Even though I signed up in advance, I did not get any warning the event ticket will not work. 2. If I open Zoom PWA, I can't join the above. Join Meeting, it will not take the Zoom Event URL.3. The Zoom Event does not show up in my Zoom account as a scheduled meeting. Why? It's this special thing that has no trace except in an email I got from zoom-events. Ideally, I could open scheduled events on my Zoom PWA and just join. The integration is sub-standard.4. Why do you keep providing sub-standard support for Chromebooks? Since I can run Android Apps on my Chromeb

Hi, The zoom meeting application gives an option to select an NDI audio source but the Zoom application speaker option does not provide an option to select an NDI source to output the zoom audio.  is there any zoom app that can be used to do this?
