I'm having issues connecting to streaming.  Used to be fine.  I use Re-stream to connect to both Facebook and Youtube for a live show.  Now, more than not, it stops and doesn't go thru.  It says I don't have permission to stream.  I've gone to Re-stream, deleted Facebook and added it back...which has worked in the recent past.  But today didn't work.  I just don't know what the answer is!

Good Evening,I have a Zoom Events license, and I'm trying to setup an event with both free and paid ticket types.However, during the setup process, in the Basic Information page, I'm only seeing the "free ticket type" option. The paid ticket type appears to be unavailable altogether. Can anyone explain what the issue might be?

I'm lecturing on color with a Macbook, but ZOOM distorts the colors of the presentation a lot, making them whitish. I used to read normal colors from a PC. But on Mac it's a problem. Who knows the reason?

Hello.Is it possible to realize the following pricing model with zoom?- there will be one call every day- Attendees pay to access for one month. If they pay at 14th of April, they can access until 14th of Mai. If they pay at the 20th of August, they can access until 20th if September- if this is secured with an individual passcode then only one person can access a call with that code at the dame time. So you might give your code to a friend and you can both access then, but not at the same time (to authorize by account would also be fine)- subscription is automatically prolonged (monthly payment) if not canceled x days before the end of a payment period.- New attendees should be allowed to attend x times for free. Additional notes:- I could implement the payment with a payment provider and talk with the zoom API to generate access tokens or add and remove attendees or so. Can you please give me a

Causes zoom error 100000502 .

conflict in schedule , allows you to create two meetings. for example, when creating a meeting Test 1 at 5PM to 7PM and another Test 2 5:30PM to 6:30PM I don't want to allow you to schedule two meetings at the same time. Is it possible to display an alert when this happens or not allow saving the meeting? it? 

The audio on every zoom session I've ever attended prior to this week has worked flawlessly. Starting this week, though, the audio on the two zoom events I've attended simply doesn't work. I've checked everything several times, and I know my equipment works because I get very clear audio on every other platform I use (YouTube, etc.). What is going on with zoom's audio?

Confirmation emails are appearing much too wide in Outlook and other email clients. It seems that Zoom has arbitrarily modified the formatting of Confirmation and Reminder emails starting in January 2023. The new format is not responsive in Outlook, so the person reading the email has to stretch it out horizontally to view the full content.  By contrast, the same emails are constrained horizontally when viewed in GMail. There is something in the template code that is not being interpreted properly in Outlook.  Also seeing this in eMclient. (See attached screen captures.) Is there any way to fix this or roll back the template change? - brandigital 

Hi, I am trying to get the side by side view to work because I want to record my lecture, while seeing both my presentation and my audience (or at least some of it) without them hiding each other.I have read how I am supposed to do it.However, when I start sharing, there is no View button to select a Side by Side view from.I have a View button as long as I am not sharing, but it does not have a Side by Side option.In the Share Settings, the Side by Side option is enabled.What am I missing? Prior to our event, I asked my session presenters to send me their resources so I could upload them to their sessions. Of course, many of them did not send them to me until after the event was done. I can't seem to add them to their sessions now. Am I missing something? Is there a way to upload their resources once the event has ended? Thank you

I would like to attend the Weekly OnZoom Office Hours. It says there are upcoming meetings every Tuesday, but the events do not seem to be open yet. Hey zoomers. Does anyone else have a wishlist item to have the panel/speaker list on the registration form to be in multiple columns? I have 12 panelists for a client event. 12 speakers listed single column is not user friendly/attractive.

Hello,I have noticed that Zoom sends the invitation to panelista automatically and there is no way to edit the content of the invitation nor we are able to add a ccing email address in order to make sure the panelist has received the invitation.We would also like to be able just to copy the direct link for the panelist in order to create our own invitation, but wed cannot see that option.Is there any way to see the personal link for each panelist?Any help will be much appreciated.Regards,Rosario
