Watch Recordings option is missing

During an online Conference there are a list of online presenters which you can choose to attend.  After the presentation is completed,  within the original box that they selected the speaker, participants now have a box to select to Watch Recording.  The conference originates in the US but there are participants around the globe.  I have several users (all who are in India)  do not have the option to Watch Recording.

    @Darcasto please have a look at this article https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/9892992834061-Publishing-available-Zoom-Events-in-India as there are some steps that need to be performed. This relates to attending the event, viewing the event recordings for that location .etc
