the moment I say something into the microphone, the zoom stops responding. after some time I stop hearing what they say to me and the picture of the interlocutor also stops moving. no errors are displayed

If an attendee were to attend the beginning of a session in Zoom Events, then leave, then come back, is there any way to run a report to see these times? I can get the total duration attended, but I need to see which parts of the session they were actively attending, and I can't find any way to get that information

I've created a Zoom Event that will have 13 morning and afternoon sessions. Is there a way for registrants to pre-select which sessions they plan on attending so we can plan accordingly?

I set two hubs and three events up for a client this week. They have an in-depth registration form for all their events, which I created in the 'Customise Registration Questions' feature. I knew in the Zoom Events hub, you can set up 'template events' that are hub-specific, but I couldn't work out how that template could be used in other hubs.  It looked like we would have to set up a very lengthy registration form every time they had an event in a new hub. It was then great to discover that you 'Duplicate' an event in a hub and then 'transfer to another hub'. Problem solved!  Thought I would share to hopefully save others time!   

Hi, I seem unable to find this feature, so I will assume I'm blind or it does not exist. I'd like to gather and display collected data from the Events that happens during a call within Contact Center. Specifically what IVR menu options a caller selects while in the flow.I know I can see this on each engagement individually, but I do not see a option to look at this data on several engagements throughout a timeframe. Does this option exists, and if it does not, are there any ways to work around this?

HI there are 2 of us presenting with a powerpoint.  We want to have us shown during the recording.  How do I set this up?  We have only been able to record the presentation. Thanks in advance.Anne 

How do I download my registration list for a past meeting?I am a licensed user with up to 500 attendees for meetings.I am using a MacBook Pro computer with Sonoma 14.2.1.I can see who has registered and there are 10 pages of names and email addresses.  But I want to download all the names and email addresses, all in as few actions possible.

Hi,  I am embedding a registration link for an upcoming meeting on my Wix website. The meeting registration page renders but after registration info is entered and I click submit, I get the error: us06web.zoom.us refused to connect.  Does anyone know how to fix this?  Thanks,Steve 

I would like to host a zoom where customers can see my video when it is convenient for them.  I am not sure where to find the information to do that.I have set up an invite for them to go to my zoom account.  Just not sure how to do the next step by getting my video onto my site

I pay for both Zoom Pro and ZoomISO (Liminal bought by zoom)... Currently, it limits to 720p, I don't use 90% of the features, not mail, calendar, cloud, essentials, whiteboard... etc. I have been told that in order to have 1080p, I need to purchase the 2700/year account for 10 licenses! I'm already paying $1067.84CAD as it stands for 1 user... I've already created a custom video filter to display an image at a fixed position on the screen, e.g. for a company logo.Now I'd like to create a custom video filter where the graphics move with my face, to give me e.g. a clown's nose or a sorcerer's hat. Basically like the preconfigured filters (e.g. 'Head Chef', 'Bunny rabbit', 'Daisy'), just with my own graphics.I've tried to just drag my new nose graphics in the middle of the head symbol in the dialog to create the filter - but it's just stuck in the middle of the screen, and doesn't move around with my face. How can I do that?

The FAQ on this subject doesn't answer how Zoom handles attendees: https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0063714 The FAQ states: "Each attendant that exceeds the prepaid number of allotted seats will incur an overage fee of $2.50 USD per attendee" then later it states "If the license attendance rate is exceeded, no further unique attendees will be able to join the event."  What happens if we buy the 100 pay-per-attendee plan and 150 people show up? We are ok with paying 50 x $2.50, but we are NOT ok if the 101st attendee is blocked from entering. 

 Is there a simple way to add ZR as an alternative host for Zoom Events? We attempted to add ZR by using email address, but it didn't work. Currently, we are using the ZR pairing method, which is more difficult and time-consuming, especially since we need to add 5-10 ZR to Zoom events.

All the help and community posts reference settings that are non-existent in OnZoom event creation (under Advanced Settings). I can only presume that they are referencing regular zoom or that the engineers disabled recording (intentionally or unintentionally).   What's the current situation for recording OnZoom events?Can it be done? If so, how?

I am looking to add an additional email communication to send to registrants leading up to the event.  At the moment, I am unable to find the area where I would be able to create another email communication. I can only edit the ones already created. Is this something that is possible? I would like to send a reminder prior to the events starting each day instead of just the first session and send a reminder 2 weeks before the first session.

I set up several recurring events in a new Zoom Sessions account. I have one set up so that registrants have to register for each session independently and one set up so that registrants can choose a single, multiple or all of the recurring meetings. I can see the list of registrants in the Manage Registrants tab, but I can't see which specific dates the registrants registered for.  I would like to be able to see who has registered for a specific date and communicate with registrants who attend a specific date, not all the dates. Is this possible? The current zoom help article appears to be outdated, https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0058241 It talks about a profile card, but all the fields it references are not shown in the registrants details. I have three Zoom Events 1000 Unlimited Licenses . Why am I  not able to move them to sub accounts?

hi, customers do need a "commercial zoom account" to attend a meeting. In settings, there is no possibility to change this setting. How can I proceed in order to invite attendees without having any commercial zoom account?

I scheduled a meeting and it seems to have vanished from my zoom calendar. Is there a way that i can I restore the meeting with the same address?i already sent it to a lot of people.

I have followed and triple checked all of the steps for installing and configuring the Salesforce app including registering the app for my user in Zoom.  I, however, am not able to see any of the zoom events that I, or anyone else on my team, create.  What should I investigate?
