'm looking for advice on how to display more than one speaker within a session tile in Zoom Events multisession. We have several sessions with multiple panelists, but the lobby and event details page only show the picture of one speaker per session tile. This seems to default to the first speaker listed in the session configuration. Ideally, we would like to display the pictures or names of all speakers on the session tile in the lobby. To avoid highlighting just one speaker, we have unchecked the display speaker option, but this means no speakers are displayed once you enter the actual session. Is there a way to show all speakers on the session tiles in the lobby and event details page? Any tips or solutions would be greatly appreciated!

My Zoom license is up to 100 meeting attendees. What happens if 110 people try to log in to my meeting? Are the extra 10 just unable to join the meeting? Are they able to join the meeting  but we get charged for them?We have an upcoming meeting and someone has shared the invitation to a large group. Thanks.

First of all, I would like to express my gratitude for providing such a convenient and functional tool for remote work and communication.While using Zoom, I came up with a suggestion that I think could significantly improve the user experience and make meetings more efficient. I would like to suggest adding the ability to assign moderators within one conference. This will allow not only the organizer to manage the event, but also delegate some administrative functions to other participants.Moderator functionality could include the following:- Control microphones of participants (sound on/off).- Manage video streams of participants (turn on/off video).- Let people into the conference from the waiting roomAdding this feature will provide more flexible conference management, especially for large events with many participants whe

Over the past 2 weeks, my zoom keeps crashing every time I share my screen.  What is going on?  Is anyone else experiencing this and what is the solution?  It is very frustrating for me when I'm trying to do a presentation and zoom starts acting up.  I've never had an issue as terrible as this with Zoom.

There may be differences in terminology.)My position is co-host.I recently set up a simultaneous stream to Youtube using the Zoom feature. It worked as expected, but I could not figure out the details of what was being streamed to the Youtube side.At least, it seems that the host's Zoom screen is not distributed as is. We are looking for the details of how it is streamed when we perform any operation.For example, I want to show only a group of people I specify. It may be in the help, but I couldn't find it.Where can I look to see what is being streamed? Thanks for reading. I was having an issue in Eventbrite when I tried to sync an event so I deleted the integration to try it again. Now when I select "Add" in the marketplace listing for Eventbrite it redirects me to my Eventbrite account page but never actually adds the integration. This has happened multiple times in the past few weeks and I have no way to complete the integration. Help!

We got an event with more than 40 sessions. Attendee got the full list of the sessions in session page but as the session can be simultaneous or in different langage it's confusingis there way to apply a filter by category (subject/topic/langage) for exemple?Thank's

The translation feature translate only the general text but don't translate the custom contentspeakers bio, description of sessions etc...Is there a way to do that ?

What plans support this feature?

Hi all, I had been working on a Zoom Event. I cancelled the event. Things have changed, and I would now like to edit that cancelled event and sell tickets for it at a later date.  Is this possible? I can't see an option to reinstate or edit the sessions. All I currently see is "Special-Role Ticket - Ticket Voided" Thank you!

 A test was done using vMix to stream a ZOOM call with it's ZOOM integration tool, with ZOOM enabled for recording. In reviewing, the output of ZOOM recording's video is smaller. I've attached a file where example 1 where vMix was set to record the ZOOM stream not record. Example 2 is set where vMix is set to stream the ZOOM call and not record.I'm not sure why in example 2 we see the video smaller?I'm using a HP Laptop,  ZOOM version 5.17.10 (33775),  No error code displayed and reporting what I"m seeing from the ZOOM recording on the website.  I already contacted vMix, and got as far as correcting the connection with ZOOM and vMix, so what remains is getting help with correcting the ZOOM output

I am scheduling a meeting for someone else to attend.  Is there a way to set up the zoom meeting link so that I will not have to attend the meeting to let the others in?

I am the owner of many pages, however, one page is not displaying in the dropdown box when I try to stream live to Facebook. I have it selected with the page allows apps

I found difficulties to livestream ZOOM on My company Facebook page. My zoom account is somehow automatically connected to my personal facebook account. How do I change my facebook account on ZOOM ? 

I have been trying to get an email to be able to log into Zoom events.  I have added this email as a user to the event in ticketing.  When I do this, I get the authentication code in my email, enter it, and then it goes to the log-in page again.  It seems to only go into the actual event if you are listed as a speaker or co-host.   

We have people from Poland and other coteries who want to register but I can't see these countries in the list of countries to register from.  Am I missing a setting somewhere?  It looks like I can select Polish as a language in the automated captions, but I can't see how to get some FROM Poland registered. 

I just started using Zoom events, and connected it to Stripe, but when I try to create a paid event, it says "paid option will be available soon." Can anyone tell me what's going on with this? Thanks, Susanne

Hi! Just wondering with the Facebook Groups API being deprecated in v19, meaning that 3rd Party Apps will no longer be able to connect with Facebook Groups, how will we be able to connect Zoom to Facebook Groups?- Will there be stream key or how?- What will be the connection process? - What will be the streaming process moving forward?  Most importantly, WILL Zoom still be able to stream to Facebook Groups?

I am hosting a meeting between the US and India and will be using an internet connection that is 4MB - 12MB. will that be strong enough to have a clear, consistent signal?
