Receiving my Recorded session

I ran a Zoom session today from 9.30 am to 1 pm. I did a test to make sure everything was working at 9.28 am, the files downloaded and stored to my local laptop folder. I let people in at 9.30 am and recorded continuously until 1 pm. The file does not appear locally and is not in the Cloud. It has stored a folder on my local drive, but this folder is empty. Where is my recording? (Don't get me started on the imbecile Zoom Bot...)

    Firstly I recommend to always record to cloud. 

    To check local recordings open your zoom app/settings/recordings.  There should be the path where LOCAL recordings are stored.

    I can only think that something is wrong with my account. Your system thinks there's something wrong with the billing, yet those are my current card details. I RECORDED ANOTHER SESSION LAST NIGHT, TO THE CLOUD AS YOU SUGGESTED, very definitely used Alt C... BUT NO RECORDING.
