Hello!  I was promised a BAA sent over as soon as I paid for the phone service. I paid for the phone service and my sales rep ghosted me - no emails or anything from the MOMENT I purchased the plan.  I have sent him 7 emails over the last week.  I am disappointed and frustrated - I would never have selected this service if I had known he would disappear as soon as I paid. Can someone please help me? He said that I didn't have to make any additional purchases, and that he would send me a BAA over right away as soon as I put my credit card in. 

I am on a plane and get annoying messages from Zoom that there is no internet connection.  How do I turn this off?

Виникла проблема, після завершення конференції на моєму диску С куди зберігались відео не вистачило памяті для перетворення в відео, я перекинув папку в диск D де вистачає пам'яті, коли пробую перетворити файл немає ніякого прогресу, стоїть на 0%, це не я починав конференцію і тому не можу витягнути відео з самого zoom, а відео мені обов'ясково потрібне, підкажіть що мені робити 

With Zoom-Salesforce Integration app installed, after running a Webinar, no Zoom Attendee or Zoom Link records were created. This webinar had more than 400 registrations.The attendee report in zoom has nearly 500 rows. But zero attendee records, zero link records in Salesforce. Why did this happen, and how can i make sure it doesn't happen again for my dozen or so upcoming webinars?

Hi reader of this post.I am detecting an issue when i sign in the learning environment.i had 2 accounts for testing and both of them are giving me a:  Error 500 | https://learning.zoom.us/lms error.  so i can not enter the learning environment of Zoom to proceed with training. if there is someone to give me the solution, i wil be greatfull. Thnx   

I have an application that's moving into production soon, which is integrated with Zoom and Salesforce.Once the app is in production,  I'll need a Zoom sandbox environment to make ongoing improvements without risking downtime of my production application. How do I get a Zoom sandbox environment? I've submitted 3 tickets to various support channels, all of which were summarily closed. I'm completely befuddled that this isn't obvious.Literally every other major system I've ever used offered some way to test their applications before shipping releases.

Our HOA Board meetings consist of local and remote participants. We would like to allow remote participants to ask questions and have the local participants hear the audio.Has anyone achieved this? Can you describe how you accomplished it? Thank you,

Has anyone tried to integrate the courses your learners have completed in the Zoom Learning Platform -- learning.zoom.us -- into your own internal LMS?  I would love to be able to use APIs to grab the completion data for any Zoom courses my users have completed and put them into their transcripts in our learning platform. I have done this with other content providers, but not yet with a service provider who just so happens to also host courses in their own LMS.

I have had problems with Zoom Audio ever since I changed to a  Lenovo PC 3 months ago. I test my audio settings beforehand and the microphone works perfectly ok for recording and playback. When others join the meeting we can all talk together.We then have a bell ringing group where we all play 2 bells using a separate program. This works ok until I say "BOB" which the others can't hear even though I am saying it very loudly, as my wife will testify. I have tried three sets of headphones with mic and even the computer mic and the same problem persists.  I have tried adjusting various audio settings but to no avail. Any thoughts please ?

Hello! I recently started with a new organization that works with kids, and selected educator when trying to create an account under my email with that org. Evidently it is intended for actual teachers, my mistake. Is there any way to have that email cleared so I can continue account creation?

Anyone figure out how to get an account rep that handles your account without waiting weeks for followup?  I thought the previous phone company we had was bad, but Zoom seems to be worse.  It was great during the sales cycle, and then just utter crap once the order was signed.
