I'm part of a nonprofit that allows various people enter the zoom account using the same password and user name. There is no specific administrator or different passwords for different people to enter. Recently someone entered the zoom account and started a meeting. They were in the meeting but it was not acting like they were the host of the meeting. They could not see when new people were in the waiting room, waiting to join the meeting. Is it possible that when I went into the account an hour before the meeting to create a different meeting on a different date, when I didn't sign out of the account after I was finished, could that have created a problem for the person starting the meeting? I wasn't at the meeting with them so I am not certain what they experienced but they did say that they couldn't see all of the people in the waiting room, and so, could not let them in to start the meeting. 

While trying to install Zoom Workplace I encountered MANY comments from disappointed users.  I spent some 15-20 hours over several days as I tried to follow Zoom's recommended installation procedures.I did not achieve any success until I stepped away from the problem for a while and tried to figure out what was unique about my situation.  I have 3 computers running Zoom (actually 5) but only 3 were involved in this issue - 1 HP Notebook running Win 10 and 2 HP Notebooks running Win11.  The installation on #3 (Win 11) was the big problem.   All 3 had been working fine until I had a problem with #3 and I was forced to uninstall / re-install Zoom Workplace from scratch. The attached PDF tells the long story of the various failed attempts in trying to get 64-bit Zoom Workplace installed and how I abstracted to figure out that it was not my problem, nor was the computer's configuration damaged - it was Zoom's installat

Hello, everyone.  My company is using Intune for device management and Okta for authentication from Zoom. Is there a way to limit user authentications on mobile devices to require the Zoom for Intune app registered to a device in our tenant? We can't use Conditional Access because we're using Okta for SSO.

I misunderstood when creating my account and accidentally created an educator account but stopped before signing the docusign and now I cannot log in to change the account settings and I also cannot log in to get customer support.

We’re experiencing an issue with the Zoom app on a Lenovo tablet running the Android operating system. When the tablet is in Gallery View and a co-host shares an image or video, the shared content is displayed as expected. However, once the sharing ends, Zoom does not automatically return to Gallery View—it has to be manually reactivated.This is a challenge because the tablet is mounted on a lectern during physical meetings that are also broadcast via Zoom. There are many different speakers, and they may not be familiar with the tablet’s functions.
