I have viewed instructions and videos for changing video settings. They all refer to a little green Video icon under Settings. However, under my Settings, I have nothing of the kind. Nothing that refers to Video Settings and no little green camera icon. Is this because I'm a 'Basic' user? Do I not have access to this feature? My system requirements for my Mac OS are fine, so that's not it. Any help appreciated!

Hello!  Appreciative of any help asap. Setup as follows:  I am recording someone participating in a sport lesson.  It is my Zoom account and I am using my iphone.  The clinician is on the Zoom with me.  The person being taught is on her phone with the clinician separately.  We would like to record the session with MY CAMERA VIEW, able to hear the clinician as well.  So we want to lock the screen on MY VIEW, not that of the clinician, who will be the speaker 99% of the time. We have only been able to record with it capturing the speaker, who is the clinician, every time she speaks, while we want to see the person being taught only, while able to hear the speaker's lesson.  Thank you!We have tried everything we know and have learned online.  Could someone please help asap?  

Hello, I accidentally clicked Educational Institution while trying to sign up and now I cannot complete a sign up through the email I wish to use Zoom through. Is there any way to undo this so I can continue the sign-up process, can you send me a support ticket? I cannot get onto any of my school Zoom meetings.  Thank you!

Hello       I'm designing a workflow for a health clinic.  If a call is started and a patient goes to a waiting room at the start, can they be put BACK into the waiting room after a doctor speaks with them?  Can a host leave a call with someone in the waiting room without the call ending?  In short, I'd like for a host/cohost to come and go on a call with someone in the waiting room without the call ending.Is this possible?Thank you!

I use my personal meeting room (same ID for each meeting) for telehealth with clients (I am a psychologist). In the last few weeks I have noticed that in the participants list (I use MacOS desktop zoom) participants who have left their appointment continue to show up in a submenu called "Left". Subsequent clients entering the zoom meeting can see this list, which obviously identifies the previous clients as their zoom names (99% of the time their full name) are visible. They can see the Left list in participants. I am unsure as to why this has suddenly changed. This is an urgent matter. I can only clear this list by ending the meeting and restarting. This means all participants in the waiting room are booted out and need to rejoin, destroying the very purpose of that room. Is Zoom For Telehealth (Zoom For Healthcare) available to Korean health service providers?

I was wondering if Zoom had any future plans to allow for Zoom Apps and Polls to become available when in Breakout Rooms. I am a Learning and Development Facilitator who helps onboard new employees, and the use of those features would greatly benefit our Welcome Session presentation. Thank you!

Wondering how to get started with Zoom AI Companion?      Here are some tips & tricks 👇👇   Set it and forget it. If you love the note-taking capabilities of an AI meeting assistant but keep forgetting to click the AI Companion “meeting summary” button at the start of your meetings, enable the setting to automatically start the meeting summary at the beginning of all meetings you host.   Get specific with your prompts. When you want AI Companion to help compose an email or chat message for you, you can include specifics like the desired tone or the purpose of the message in your prompt. This will help AI Companion generate a message that’s more in line with what you’re looking for.   Keep an eye out for the AI Companion icon. The great thing about AI Companion is that it’s present throughout the Zoom platform, so it’s integrated into how you work. I'm teaching a hybrid class this week - some students are in-person and some are virtual.  I was hoping to be able to use Zoom on my iPad to host the students who'll be joining us virtually and use the screen mirroring function on my iPad to cast the Zoom call onto the TV in my classroom.  That way, when I share my screen with my students on Zoom - and use my Apple Pencil to write on worksheets I've got on my iPad - the students in the classroom can see what I'm writing as well up on the TV.  I tried doing that today and Zoom wouldn't let me for some reason.  Does anyone here have any experience with this?  I've heard from a few teachers that they were able to do this in their classrooms this past year when some of their students were in-person and some of them were virtual.  But I can't seem to figure out how to do it myself.

Zoom Chat: How to configure account settings By default, users are allowed to chat with others in Team Chat. Admins can configure Team Chat settings in the Zoom web portal at the account level for all users in the account or the group level for a specific group of users. We have been experiencing serious lag in videos played in Zoom since February 28th. Before that time, we never had any issue with it. These are videos played during the same training by different trainers, using different computers, at different locations, all plugged into internet connections. (Not using wireless.) The lag is experienced by the attendees, but not the trainer playing the video. Audio is fine, but the picture is extremely jumpy. All the usual suspects are eliminated as all the trainers are experiencing it from different ISPs, locations, and computers.  Any idea what happening? Is there some issue with Zoom?
