Hello,   I have a Zoom Business Plus account and have been a Zoom customer since 2016.  Because new updates occur frequently, I am wondering if my understanding of cloud recordings is correct and up to date.  When zoom cloud recordings were first rolled out, I was informed that HIPAA compliant Zoom accounts could only record locally and not to the cloud due to HIPAA security issues with cloud recordings.  Is that still the case or have updates been made to allow HIPAA compliance in cloud recordings?  Further, my account allows for transcripts but my understanding is that transcripts are only available for cloud recordings.  So, are HIPAA compliant accounts able to benefit from the use of transcripts?

Trying to migrate to Hubspot, want to install Zoom into Hubspot. However, Zoom doesn't recognize me as having Zoom permissions, Hubspot recognizes my permissions. We have an API connector account that Zoom does recognize but Hubspot does not. 

Seeking information on integrating Zoom meeting and Zoom webinar with Dynamics 365 CRM. The integration/ETL tools that we use are Tibco Scribe and Azure Data Factory. Does Zoom have connectors for these tools or any information that can be provided on integrating with Dynamics 365 CRM? Also, does Zoom have REST APIs that can be used to integrate Zoom meeting and Zoom webinar data with the CRM?

I'm meeting with a counselor over zoom through my school, however she says we can't proceed until I sign a HIPPA form through Zoom. I have absolutely no idea how to access alleged form and have been emailing people for 3 days about this with no response. Does anyone know how?
