I have looked through some other messages on the community forum about accidentally selecting the educator option when creating an account and needed to have it removed. All of the solutions say to submit a ticket but you can only submit a ticket if you are logged into the account you are asking about. But I cannot log into the account with the educator status on it. I am posting this from a different account but I would like to be able to access the other account and can't bc it prompts me for the organziational information. Any other suggestions besides "submit a ticket"?
Hello,I changed my email on my profile. But when I connect Zoom to my hosting platform: TekMatix, it shows my old email. I don't have access to this old email anymore. And I can't find where the old email is listed anywhere on my Zoom profile. Any idea how to find it and fix it?Thank you,Audrey Friedman
We have a PAID Subscription Account, that I currently can't access (I am using my personal, unpaid account to write this).ZOOM is saying that it is sending a 6-digit verification code to my email address (associated with paid acc) - however it is NOT arriving (I have checked junk/spam). Therefore - I do not have access to our paid account. Everything on the 'helpdesk' page - advises to sign in, then to submit ticket. However - I can't sign in! Iv'e been going around in circle for hours. The most frustrating thing. PLEASE can somebody help? How on earth do I speak or email technical support? Everything diverts back to nowhere (e.g. - "contact Zoom support") - when I click on the links - I'm sent back to a page with a list of options / advice (none of which is working / correct). Chrissie
Hello,I'm located in Thailand and trying to renew our Zoom accounts with a valid credit card (International Payments are allowed), however payment is unsuccessful. I've tried with different web browsers as well. I'm told to contact my bank, however the bank says there should not be any issue with payments. I also tried GooglePay and that didn't work (attached to same credit card). Thanks
My wife has a free Zoom account and when she tries to sign in on her laptop, she's being asked for a code from a 2FA app. Thing is, she doesn't recall having set up 2FA and isn't receiving any codes in her email. We've checked her junk email and she has not received any email at all from Zoom's no-reply email address. She is signed in to her account on her smartphone but there aren't any settings in the app for 2FA. We've gone through the various sign-in and 2FA support articles and none of them have helped. Any suggestions?
Hi There, I went on "Pause" for my pro plan on Nov 20th 2023. I received an email on Feb 20th stating that my monthly payment had been declined. On the same day I cancelled my pro subscription as I no longer use it, yet I am continuing to get emails stating that I have an outstanding invoice which covers Feb 20th to March 19th. I have not used zoom since before I went on pause and have no intention of doing so between Feb 20th and March 19th. Is there a way for this invoice to be cancelled and my access to my pro plan immediately withdrawn please? Thanks.
I see that there is an option to change a licensed user to a Basic plan, which gives a chance to transfer meetings, webinars and cloud recordings to another user. Would this transfer only meetings, webinars and cloud recordings created by the licensed user? Does this impact any meetings or webinars for which they are an invitee?

Hello ZOOM team. I have made my payment to renew my PRO plan, however they have downgraded me from PRO to basic in recent days. I need the platform ready, since I have been teaching courses through this platform since 2018 and I had not had any problems until today and I cannot find anyone who can provide me with adequate support or any telephone number to contact where they will answer.
I remember during Zoomtopia seeing slides cycle through for a Zoom Learning Center (I think??) coming later in 2021. Is there anymore information on that anyplace? How do we sign up, what courses/tracks/programs are offered, etc. I did the 5 Zoom Learning Academy tracks already, this sounded like something different. Thank You.

Hi!I do have the Pro plan at 15.99/mo but I see now that I am charged 19.99/mo?! I also see that it "doesn't include taxes and fees". I'm in Sweden - and it struck me now - are they adding the Swedish 25% VAT to that?! I am an accountant and thus it looks to me like this could be the case then. Can I avoid that somehow? When I try to sign in on my PC, it says "Your app version needs to be 5.14.5 or higher to sign in" I have downloaded a new version several times but it stays on the older version. I cannot find any customer service and I don't know what to do. Any advice will help. Thank you.
Good morning Zoom Support,What is the best way to send out bulk zoom meeting invites? Currently, when I send out large amounts of emails (re: 80+ invites) I am being blocked by Microsoft 365 and have to call IT support to get unblocked. Is there a way to have Zoom send these email invites rather than have them come from me? What are the best practices?Thanks, and have a good day!
I raised a ticket (BIL0209945) that I have yet to receive a reply for. Basically, my credit card has been charged with PHP37,814 on top of my usual subscription. Obviously this is in error as you do not even have a product of that amount. I am incurring penalty charges from my bank because i refuse to pay this. This was way back in October 2023 so you can only imagine the penalty stacking up. Hope you can fix soon. Thanks.

I've had a Zoom Enterprise account with no issues. Last week my meetings were getting cut off at 40 minutes. When I looked at my account, it now shows Basic instead of Pro. Did Zoom downgrade the Enterprise Platform?
I pay $17 per month for the basic level of with absolutely zero service. Zoom continues to tell me that my account has an outstanding balance and if I do not pay, I'll lose access to all paid features and cloud recordings. They have cut off my account in the middle of calls. But of course, there is no way to contact them. What do I do?
