I keep getting this message at the top of my zoom account page:"Your payment card on file will expire in less than 60 days.  Please update your payment method or you will lose access to your paid features in the future." My card on file does not expire for 3 years.  I re-entered the card information just in case but still getting the same message.  I see others have had a similar issue but there is not any response from Zoom Support on their threads.  

I've changed my payment option, but it is still written that I have to update it because the expiration date is in 2 months. But it's in 2026!

No ways to cancel subscription or edit plan, contact customer service is the only method, waiting for more than 2 hrs, still waiting…what can I do?

Hello,I needed to purchase a 2-year Zoom Pro subscription for my company during end pf Sep 2024 but since could not find the option, I purchased a 1-Year subscription only. But we now need to extend the subsription by one additional year by this month itself. Thank you to advise hwo to proceed.

I'm trying to figure out how to get into an old account, but I do not have access to an authentication code or recovery code. I need to access this account for business purposes but no matter what I try I can't do anything. I try to submit a ticket with this account but I get told it doesn't exist even though I verified all the information linked to it. Does anyone have any ideas on what I can do? I tried to call customer support but also got told that this account doesn't exist.

I have been chatting with the virtual chat bot. Not getting anywhere. Looking for assistance on two questions I have related to adding users to my workplace pro account.   1. If a person has or doesn't have their own Zoom account what is the benefit to them or me to add them to my account? 2. Is the fee to add a user to my account the same as if they were to get their account?  Thank you in advance for your help! 

We've had a premium account for years and a personal meeting number, and we are all over the world and rely on Zoom.  We pay automatically each month, and all payments are up to date.  We go into Zoom to start an incredibly important meeting today, and our meeting id is gone, they've replaced it with a free account id, the history is gone from the account, and I can't use support because it claims I have a free account and does not recognize either our old personal id or our new one.  Help!  My claim email sent is classified as low priority, and we are losing thousands a day because of this.  It is quite an emergency for us.  What do I do?

Ik heb mijn btw-id geverifieerd op de VIES-database, en het is daar als geldig geregistreerd. Kunnen jullie mij helpen begrijpen waarom mijn btw-id niet wordt geaccepteerd in jullie systeem? I am hosting a meeting that will exceed the 100 participants allowed on my pro account. My billing cycle is on the 7th of every month, but my event is on the 10th of next month. Today is the 18th. If I purchase the large meeting upgrade today, will it be available for my meeting on the 10th? Or should I wait for my next billing cycle on the 7th?

I had created a Zoom account with my Gmail address, and wanted to upgrade to pro. When I purchased pro, I accidentally used my yahoo address. I want to change it to my Gmail, but when I try it tells me the address is already in use. Can I transfer my pro account to my Gmail?

Citibank in India has been taken over by Axis Bank.My standing instruction for bill payments is no longer functional. How can I delete my current standing instruction on my Citibank Credit Card and add a new standing instruction on my new Axis Bank Credit Card?

I need to delete the information for the credit card in the 'Billing' section. I cancel my subscription, and I tried to do this but it appears to change the payment only without deleting the existing information for the credit card.

I paid to renew my Pro on 12/29. It says on Zoom that I am upgraded but it won't give me access to a live person to understand why it still only gives me basic features.  I only get the 40 min and it caused a HUGE issue in an important meeting today

We created a worksplace pro account with licenses. If we invite Other users who also have a basic or work place pro,  will they lose their zoom schedules and their own recordings they have on their account? Will their zoom schedules and recording tranfer over after their license gets merged / upgraded with our account?  

I want to delete my account from my old work but ZOOM wants two factor authentication and I no longer have access to the phone or email. What do I do?

Why are there no date formats starting with DD?I realise this is an American company, but Zoom is supposedly a global program and there are multiple options for MM-DD-YY but no DD-MM-YY options.
