I just got my Zoom line a few days ago and I need it to function with SMSs. I don't have a Tax ID number and I need this line for work purposes, in case my clients decide to text me. Is there a way I can maybe use my SSN and have it accepted?
Hi - been trying to update my credit card info on the Zoom site. We are located in Canada and Zoom's system will not accept the change. Keeps indicating a province needs to be identified but drop down menu is only US states. Have been through all the help screens and even tried to set up second back up credit card with no success. Tried to work through their chat support. Spent a hour on hold on the phone. Any suggestions?
Does anyone know if there is a way to recover a recorded meeting from an account that isn't the "pro" version? The recording was "saved to the cloud" but the account that saved it to the cloud doesn't even have the pro version of zoom so cannot access said cloud. The account that zoom SHOULD have opened in does have that ability, but in this case it opened in the wrong account. It's impossible to submit a ticket or chat with anyone or even call, since the account is such a low standing for zoom admin.
The company is located in a country in the EU. It is nowhere on the invoice from Zoom from which country Zoom sold. It only says my organization number and that I paid in euros.Did I pay too Zoom in USA or a country in Europe?The seller's organization number must be on an invoice in Europe.Is it sold from the USA? The cloud video recording took place during a paid subscription period. I was unable to save the cloud recording before the end of the paid subscription period and it is now missing.How can I access this cloud recording? Do I need to renew my paid subscription to get access to my previous cloud record or are there other options?

I was using Pro account however last month, somehow my payment did not process and account was downgraded to Basic. When i realized it, and went to Billing section , I made the payment for last month as well as for current month. Still account is showing as Basic. I made the payment today. Chat option with live agent is also disabled as account status is Basic. How do i get it sorted?
