Checkout with added Large meeting promocode does not work. When clicking the Start checkout i only see popup window with message "Please Note - This coupon requires Large Meeting 500 to be added to your shopping cart"When i try the same thin without promo code, work fine. Does anyone have the same problem? Ok, choose not one-time, but monthly subscription, then it worked. Strange however...

How can I change my "free" account's email address? I closed down the original email about a year ago so no updates will be received there. I can get access to the profile and have tried to change the email and/or delete the account, but when it asks for my password it keeps saying the password is incorrect. I now have only 2 more tries to get the "right" password keyed in. Maybe just best if I create a new login account with my current email, but how do I remove the old account or recover the password and make changes?
Is it financially better to change from paying for my zoom account from Us dollars to sterling? I live in the UK and usual currency is ££££s...thanks.

Hello, has anyone experienced being charged money on your credit card, and the email confirmation of the order doesn't have any invoice copy attached to it? We are not aware of why are we being charged. Reached out to billing support and they said that it was credited back to your account which we can use on the next Zoom transaction but there is no email about it that we can use as reference. We also had a pending ticket about our account having reached a 95% limit when all our calling plan is unlimited. None of the support I chat with can tell us the reason behind it. I tried calling Zoom phone number and no one is answering.

As a federal employee, I should be able to register tax free. Zoom does not allow for this and thus I am not able to register for the professional conference that is currently ongoing. The purchasing agent requested this information on 4/19 and has not heard back. I tried using the chat feature and am currently waiting for customer support to pick up. The conference started at 9:00 am. I have been trying to resolve this issue from 8:00 am this morning 4/24.

Dear Sir/Madam, I was not able to access my emails for a while and my Zoom Account was downgraded to a Basic plan due to non-payment of an annual bill of US$149.90. As a result of this I was able to process payment for US25.05 only today. Therefore, I would appreciate if you could send me another invoice for 12 months subscription so that I should process payment and get my account upgraded again. I cancelled my Pro Plan on 24/01/23 and received a confirmation that it would end 22/02/23. However, 31/03/23 $230.89 came out of our business bank account from Zoom. I can't see this receipt on our account so i'm not sure what has happened here...
