Request for Account Upgrade
Dear Sir/Madam,
I was not able to access my emails for a while and my Zoom Account was downgraded to a Basic plan due to non-payment of an annual bill of US$149.90. As a result of this I was able to process payment for US25.05 only today.
Therefore, I would appreciate if you could send me another invoice for 12 months subscription so that I should process payment and get my account upgraded again.
