Hi, I paid and have an upgraded account with Zoom, but I recently changed my email, and when I did that, it disappeared, and now says I need an upgraded account. It is affecting my business, and if I do not get it resolved soon, will do chargeback. I don't want to, but also cannot get in touch with a human. Anyone in the community that can help?
I was offered discounts at 2 different times and both times I tried to accept them I was rejected. How do I fix this? I have tried to call into zoom 3 times but I can never wait the amount of time that seems to be necessary

Hi All,i couldn't reach zoom email for now, seems they have changed the support email or turned it downI don't know where can I get help.I purchase Zoom one yesterday and the next invoice should be one month from now which is 11 July 23, but on my screen, it still shows that my next invoice is 18 June 23 which is 6 days from now. Was on a Basic Package initially and then upgraded to the $149.00 Package. Believe all my sign-in info reverts back to Basic Package! Help please! Customer Support will not deal with Basic Subscribers.
I have tried several times to pay my monthly account charges to no avail. Each time I received a declined message.Funds are on the card. I even tried another credit card and got the same result. i am trying to upgrade my zoom account to pro, when do I need more than one license?
I have a monthly subscription for a Zoom account that I will call Account A. Every month, my credit card is debited and I receive an invoice for Account A at a particular email address. However, when I login to Zoom via that email address, I arrive at a different account – not Account A but Account B. I want to cancel my subscription for Account A ... but I can't, because I can only access Account B. I don't know if it's possible to have multiple accounts registered with the one email address. In case it is, I reset my password with Account B, hoping that when I logged in again via the email address it would take me to Account A rather than Account B. Unfortunately, though, it took me to Account B. Does anyone know how to solve this problem?
Hello, I have a issue with changing my password on zoom. Every time I try to reset my password, zoom sends me an email saying, "You recently requested assistance signing into zoom. Based on our records, to sign with Google, click the button below, then select sign in with Google" It then gives me a link to sign in on their website and not the page to reset my password. Please help.

Long time ago I created zoom account. But today zoom when I logging zoom account on google zoom asked me to my birthday and details. Then I entered my details site give me a new account. I can't access my past account. I don't why please tell me to that answer. And I don't have my past recordings also.
Hello All, Does anyone know of a number to talk to a Zoom representative regarding some special handling for billing and renewal? I believe we have an "account representative" associated with our account but the only email I can get from them is the support@zendesk contact. There must be a way to speak to someone at Zoom regarding a non-standard situation. Does anyone have such contact information? Thank you very much! Marc

Hi - so I unfortunately forgot to download a couple of videos I previously had stored on my cloud while I had a paid plan that expired while I was away on vacation. I forgot to download them to my computer before the licensed account expired. My account has now changed to a basic account and there is no support provided from Zoom. My question is: If I buy a paid subscription again, is it possible to recover the previously saved videos?
