Clips

Would like clip recordings to work with green screens so that virtual backgrounds work properly.

I can use my webcam in a meeting but not in zoom clips. How can I do that?

Hi - I recorded a clip using the new beta but can't see how to download it. I found a page with FAQs that says the page would give that option but it's not there. Can you help ?

My Zoom account recently updated an added the Beta "Clips." This app has taken over my computer and I cannot shut it off. I have read articles online that say to "toggle the enable/disable button" - but THERE IS NO BUTTON. This problem is interrupting my online classes and I do not know what to do. How do I remove this app?   Thanks!

Hello,   I tried Zoom clips for about 1-2 minutes, and after recording it told me it would upload and send me a notification via email. After an hours, I stilll haven't received anything.    Does it take longer than that? 

I made a Zoom Clip when I was testing video and audio. However, I cannot delete it now, because the button is greyed out. Both in my client and on the web. How do I delete my Clip? 

When I paste a link to a zoom clip I have recorded, on Slack, it doesn't expand into a clickable video. Loom does this and it makes the messages look like there's a video attached. But it doesn't happen for Zoom clips. This makes the clips not discoverable.   Ideally this has to do with SEO and access Slack has to Zoom clips pages. I have ensured that the clip is accessible to everyone in the company.

Can a company import all their Loom videos to Zoom Clips with the existing folder structures in order to delete their Loom account to transition fully to use Zoom Clips? 

I've recorded a clip but experiencing some issues with the video output. Audio works but I get a black screen throughout. Hello! Quick question... I'm a writer with ZDNet. and we're doing a small piece about the new Zoom Clips feature. I was just wondering when this feature should be available. We couldn't find it on any of our accounts, but Zoom mentions it as being "launched" as if its available now. Thanks for the help!

I potentially love the new Zoom Clip function. What I need to make it fully replace another service I use is that the end viewer can see the video with-out logging into their zoom account. Please remove that restriction and you have a deal-maker feature. Thanks!
