Hello, my name is Genesis. I am trying to create an account with my college email for zoom but zoom is not allowing me to. I do not know what to do because I need to get to class like now. 

Good day! Four of our members in zoom organization are deactivated their zoom account by the zoom. And we already submit an appeal to activate the account last August 20,2021. May I ask, how many days zoom need to review the appeal to activate the account. And also can we ask the specific reason why zoom deactivated the account of a innocent Grade School Student.Thank you.

When teaching online, I usually had to answer questions from the chat messages from time to time. However, the recording generated afterwards does not contain these chat messages. This makes it quite annoying to review the videos. Is there any way to incorporate the chat message with the videos, just like what Youtube Live Stream does? 

Please do something so I can add members in my channel.

I have two laptops that after Zoom finish converting the recorded meeting would have the "Browse for Folder" screen pop up to ask for confirmation.  The problem is this would prevent another Zoom converting process to start.  You would need to press Ok or cancel it first.  The setting was the default setting by Zoom.  The recording was done via Zoom on Windows 10 without signing in.  Please advice on how I can fix this problem.

It appears there is no ZoomChat option available with ZoomRoom for personal use. There is an option at main scree for "Meet, "Join", "Phone", "Whiteboard", "Share Content", "Conntacts", but not for "ZoomChat". ZoomRoom is not in a meeting as there is no button for ZoomChat. The ZoomRoom is in personal mode and associated with an end user.How can users utilizing DTEN Me to reply to ZoomChat messages?Thanks,

Alguien sabe ¿Cómo se puede solucionar el error: 1132 de zoom?He hecho algonas cosas, tales como: Desintalar la aplicacion, intentar ingresar nueva cuenta, etc. Pero aún asi el error y/o problema no se soluciona. 

I created an account for my church and purchased only 1 license.  I want to add 5 users to this license. After I add them, will they be able to begin zoom meetings without me? I am hoping they can.  I tried using the bolt chat box but it does not understand.  Any suggestions will be mighty helpful.

Hi everyone! We have an OTRS Ticketing System running on Linux on a headless (i.e. no graphic interface) server.  We need to install a Zoom client in that server and create a user for it, so that the OTRS system could send messages about tickets to our employees through Zoom Chat. Has it been done by someone here?If so, can you give me some pointers?

Just for the record I much preferred the chat search bar above the list of current chats in the windows client.  Searching saved so much scrolling.  Yes I know it's just to the right,  the normal process is to do a quick scroll to see if the chat you want is close at hand, if it is not then I'd search.  I keep hitting start a new chat.

Hey, I have a pro account and would like to set up a personal meeting ID and a person link to send to clients. I'm in profile and personal meeting ID, I have ticked the option to use this ID for instant meetings but I still get a really long URL with part of the URL hidden. I also have no section to add a personal link - maybe Zoom pro doesn't have this functionality. Would appreciate your advice. Thanks, Sarah

Hello. I am not able to stop chat during a meeting, as a host. In the past I have been able to select "Participant can chat with... no one" and it would stop the chat until I restarted it. Has something changed? Sometimes we need to be able to moderate the chat box and sometimes that means turning it off.  Today I was not able to at all. 

I paid for the pro package but currently, the status is still at basic

When I conduct meeting as a host, is it safe to share my desktop documents with zoom? All data on my laptop is safe ?
