Hola, en el día de hoy estoy teniendo problemas en sacar los reportes de conectividad de los usuarios.  En dichos informes me aparecen que se conectaron 0 minutos cuando estuvieron toda la reunión conectados.¿A que se debe esto?Muchas gracias.

My audio isn't working at all on any of my Zoom meetings. I noticed that it first started whenever I was joining a meeting from someone else's generated link but now it's happening on the meetings that I host as well. I've done the system checks for the mics on my notebook recommended by Zoom but to no avail. I can hear everyone else just fine. My video works just fine. But for some reason no one can hear me at all. I have several meetings that I need to host today. Can someone please help?! Sincerely,Steven

안녕하세요. 회의중이 아닌 줌에서 다른 사람들과 채팅으로 칠때 종종 자음과 모음 분리현상이 일어납니다. 재부팅도 해보고 최대한 노력을 해보았지만 어느 방법도 효과가 있지 않았습니다. 또한 줌에서만 복사 붙이기가 정상적으로 실행되지 않았습니다.When I chat in the zoom with other people in Korean, the consonants and the vowels are written seperated frequently. I tried rebooting the computer but it didn't work. Also, copy and paste( CTRL+C, CTRL+V) does not work only in the zoom.  I'm sorry that I am not good at English. 

Looking for a quick way to send in email a link to start a Zoom chat. Not a link to start a meeting, those are easy to find, but a link to start a chat. Thank you for your help!  

I cannot use some functions of the chat in Zoom app:- All graphs or gifs sent to me are not displayed (there is a grey square with an exclamation mark inside the triangle) - I cannot send any files or graphs or gifs as well (when trying to send a file to a colleague of mine, there is an error: Your account admin has placed restrictions on sending ...)- I cannot display any thread replies - there is an info there has been a reply but when I click on the arrow down to display the thread on the chat, it does not work Has anyone had similar problems to mine? Any ideas how to solve that, please? My Zoom account has been checked on different computers, of course.

Hi, is there a max number of invites that can be sent out from an ipad. Once I reach 15, when I type in the first name of the invitee, it is not shown from my contacts. All previous 15 were shown 

Discussion leader sends downloads in chat but I cannot receive them. Must I enable some feature  in order to receive downloads in chat?

When I’m in a group chat with multiple participants, it can be hard to tell whose comments are whose if they don’t have profile pictures. Being able to color-code chat bubbles would help. I would like to be able to assign a color-code to any/each user in a chat or channel conversation. This color assignment should set the background color of that user’s text bubbles in that chat/channel. This would help me visually group participants without having to look up their user profiles. Ideally, this color assignment should be unique to each chat/channel, so i could for example tag a user as “green” in one conversation but “purple” in another. But even if the color assignment had to be consistent across all of my chat/channels, it would still be better than the current condition where all users other than me are the same color. It would be useful if i could color-code people in a given channel or group chat; for example, in one channel it would be helpful if i could tag security tea

I recently stopped a recording of a zoom call and watch the video conversion process. However the new window that usually pops up following that with the options where to save the local recording never showed up. Any answers on how I can recover that recorded file??

Hello, currently when i am streaming using OBS feed to zoom video, my video only send 360P no matter how fast my internet is. however, if i use screenshare instead (2nd camera share) it will directly be 720P. does zoom limited the video feed?
