How do I have a picture instead of my name  

Hello, Does the existing scheduled zoom meeting link still work after adding a Large Meeting Add-on to the account?We'll be having a big event that will require more than 300 participants, and our current zoom subscription can only cater up to 100 participants. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I am not able to access to the recording on cloud at the moment. Possibly, this is because I used up the data limit, I guess. When I tried to click the recording page, "You have not enabled the Cloud Recorder. (200)" comes out.I wonder how I can cope with this. I would appreciate if you could tell me the solution.Thank you.

Hello,During Covid's first wave, my company embraced the Home office and we use Zoom in our daily workflow.They're currently migrating the domain and instead of migrating my account they created a new one, explaining that since the account I'm using was created private (we just followed the steps they asked for), and the new one is an SSO , they cannot do this migration. I would like to know if there is any possibility of doing this, as it will be quite problematic to lose all the history related to some projects that I am running.I know I could change my SigIn "setup" email address, but since they created a new account, I can't use it and even if I could...my question is: can this be exchanged for an SSO account? (Cause if this is the case I can ask them to exclude and add after those steps).Thanks!

I set up a webinar as I've always done, pre-registering all participants so that the link can access the session right away.This time Zoom requires the registration of each participant and automatically approves, if the registration exists.Have there been any changes to the zoom?

According to the dtabase of help etc, if you drag a picture (I assume a jpeg or a jpg is ok?) into the chat window in a zoom meeting, it should automatically show in the chat.When I do this, the chat window just has a little picture icon and other chat members have to click it to open it in an external program such as microsoft picture viewer or whatever.How do I get the actual jpg to open IN the chat window, like it does in facebook messenger chat? ASmith

Hi all,I have found that when you are in a meeting of 30+ people where there is a lot of Q&A messages coming through it is impossible to focus on one message as the view automatically scrolls to the bottom when a new message is posted. this is easy to replicate:write a few messages, ask people to vote on a message so it goes to the top, then post a new message and the Q&A box will loose your focus and scroll to the bottom, you must scroll up again to find the message you were reading Can the auto scroll be removed? cheersRegulator

Hello,I have the pro version of Zoom. I should be able to record in HD. However, the quality of my recordings remains mediocre and does not correspond to HD quality.In the "In Meeting (Advanced)" section of the "account settings", the "Group HD video" box is activated.What can I do to fix that?Thanks a lot for you help.Véronic Parent

My computer was hacked. One of the consequences was that I lost zoom. I am an ongoing client. I reinstalled Zoom but I cannot access all the features that I used to have .E.g. schedule a meting etc. What do I need to do? 

HI folks, I have uploaded the virtual apps but am not able to get them to be my virtual background when in a zoom room. Do they only open when you are in a session? I have been attempting to sort this out on my own but having no luck. Laymens terms greatly appreciated.Thank you.
