i have been using zoom chats for a while.. suddenly today it came with a message that i can not send a message to one of my coworker because he is not my contact.even though he is my contact.so here is what we tried to fix1. we removed each other from our contacts2. we added back3. even now if we try to send a text it comes with same message "you cannot chat with XYZ because m t is not your contact." we both can chat to other people but cant to each other. any help will be appreciated.Thanks  

Hi I can't chat with my friend. I used to chat daily with her but today my problem began When I send a contact request to her, she won't received my invitation, when she invites me, I accept and I see this following message If i click on "Start Chat", I can't send a message because I see this warning "Paula Moreno's account has been deleted by their account admin"

Hi, one big question. When i am sharing my STERO Sound from my PC to MAC the recipient receives the sound in MONO - its on his left side. When he is sharing his sound, I can listen to it in Stereo The recipient is using a METRIK HALO ULN 2 Soundcard. Has anyone also this issue ?  Thank you very much 

When I click on "participants" when in a ZOOM meeting, I do not see an opportunity to raise a virtual hand on the drop down menu of those participating. What am I missing? Thanks.

My "only authenticated users can join" function is permanently enabled. Any idea how to turn it off? In my settings, it says it is off. But when in a zoom meeting it says its enabled. Any participant that wants to join a meeting has to authenticate before joining. I did not turn this function on and at some point it just started being permanently on regardless of what the "on / off" switch does in settings. Any ideas?

Why my pending balance is showing even after cancellation. 

Previously, whenever I click on New Meeting my PMI would be used as the Meeting ID automatically.  That's because I was able to check the "Use My Personal Meeting ID (PMI)" box.  I now have a new paid account and that box is greyed out and is unavailable.  How can I go back to having my PMI used automatically? W. we would like the ability to read an attachment without downloading the file first.  It should open it automatically using the local temp file location as a repository.

Hello,I'm taking an online course through Zoom, and every few minutes the audio disappears for a few seconds. Shortly later I get a "Your internet connection is unstable" message on the screen.It happens through both Ethernet cable connection and WLAN. I have a 500MB connection, tested by ping 8.8.8.8 -t for 6 hours with 0% loss. My cable infrastructure provider also made a remote connection checkup and said no problem was observed.Yesterday I took the lesson through the WLAN of a restaurant I was at, and all went smoothly, which proves that the problem is in my house connection.Does anyone know what the origin of such a problem could be?Thanks.

Hi there, we are trying to update the Zoom Admin for a chat however(named B2 Chat)(Current owner is April Rangel-a0r07yw), the current owner is NO LONGER with the company so we cannot transfer ownership to someone else. How can i get assigned ownership of the chat if associate is no longer with company. We do not want to make another chat and loose vital information. 

I have a Macbook Pro and a Zoom Pro (paid) account. I can't get the Record button to appear when I host a meeting. I've logged on to the Zoom.US website and enabled the appropriate  options under Settings/Record, but when I go back to the Zoom app and run a test meeting the Record button still doesn't appear. What's going on?

Is there a way to show a copyrighted video to my class? We get audio but no video - regardless of platform (iTunes, Windows Media, etc.) or streaming from Amazon Video. In theory, we are legal for classroom use as a fair use. 

As a participant of a zoom meeting, I am unable to clearly hear the screen share of a video with music or words.  What settings on my computer do I need to adjust so that I can hear what is being presented?

Hello,I received the https address for a taped Zoom meeting and the ID. I clicked on the https address but  when I entered the ID, it either ignored the ID entry (  the space appeared again for the ID to be entered) OR I got the error message that it was the wrong ID. I appreciate any feedback. Thank you.
